Chapter 13

One month has passed, in the end Joana and Dave have returned to their beloved country. Dave clasped Joana's hand tightly as they exited the airport.

Sunglasses perched on Dave's pointed nose. Adding to the good looks of this man rose many times.

"Welcome back, sir." Say hello to the driver who invited Dave and Joana home. "Welcome, miss," she said to Joana.

Joana just smiled in response to the greeting.

"How's the company doing?" Ask Dave to Edric. Dave's personal assistant and best friend.

"Safe controlled. Just calm down!"

"Oh, then we go straight to my house" Dave said.

"But, Mr. Darius asked Mr. Dave and Ms. Joana to return to the main house." Said the driver who is usually called Mr. Pet.

"Go home to my house. My wife and I will rest!"

Not to argue, Mr. Pet immediately turned the direction to Dave's private house.

An hour later they finally arrived home. Some of the servants immediately welcomed the return of Dave and Joana.

"Darling, you rest first. I have a job for a while." Dave said as he stroked his wife's hair. "You guys, please take my wife to the main room!" Decree Dave.

Joana follows several housekeepers who will drive her to Dave's room. While Dave, this man went to the study with Edric.

"Quick say!" Said Dave.

"Your two repeatedly came to the company to meet with you and ask for your home address" Edric told reporters.

"What do you want?"

"I don't know either. But, mister Altan is only looking for you, not Joana!"

"I don't think of Mr. Altan as my father-in-law." Dave Sahut. "He was the cause Joana suffered all this time."

"You're in love with Joana?" Edric asked suspiciously.

"I've broken into it" Dave replied casually.

"Then, what about your agreement?"

"We agreed to end it."

"You're serious?" Edric did not believe it.

"Do I look like I'm joking now?" Dave asked back.

"Oh, one more. I found this social media account always denigrates Joana's name. Said Joana was a killer. I don't understand what that means?" Edric said.

Dave looked at the social media accounts. Although Dave does not know who is behind the account but Dave already knows all the problems.

"I have a job for you" said Dave.

"What?" Ask Edric curiously.

"Find this Doctor, at the hospital xxxxx....." Dave gave Edric one name.

"Who is he?" asked Edric curiously.

"Just do it, don't ask too many questions. I'll tell you everything!"

Dave went back to the room, this guy saw his wife sitting on the couch.

"Darling, why are you sitting there? Why don't you get some rest?"

Joana smiled faintly, she felt unworthy to be in Dave's very luxurious room.

"I'm waiting for you" joana lied.

"Let's take a break, tonight we'll go to the main house."

Joana according to her, she lay down on her husband's arm which became a pillow.

"Darling,...!" Call Dave.

"hem, yes. What's up?"

"I saw some stories about babies. It doesn't seem so bad, they're pretty adorable."

"You're also from a baby. There's no reason to hate babies" Joana said.

"Em, that. What if I make a baby now!"

"But it's still noon, my husband!"

"Get hold!" Said Dave who grabbed his wife's hand and told her to touch Dave's blunt sword.

"Then I'm gonna hold it till night but you have to promise me" Dave said.

"Promise for what?" Joana asked suspiciously.

"Then let's have dinner together" Andina said.

"How's Joana, has this bastard made you any trouble?" Ask sir Darius.

"Did he feed you properly while abroad?" Ask Miss Andina.

"My husband always pays attention to what I eat" Joana replied again.

"Will Brother Dave accompany Joana shopping?" Ask Davina curiously.

"Your brother always told me to buy whatever I wanted. But, I don't want to waste money."

"Did he give you enough money?" Ask sir Darius.

"Can't you eat quietly?" Reprove Dave. "Stop interrogating my wife!"

"We're not interrogating. We just asked," Davina said in self-defense.

Dave snorted in annoyance.

"Darling, hurry up and finish your meal after that we go home!" Said Dave.

Joana looked at everyone at the dinner table in turn. He feels uncomfortable now with Dave's attitude so hard.

After dinner, actually, Madam Andina wanted to invite Joana to chat, but Dave took her home.

"You can meet tomorrow. Let us go home tonight" Dave said.

"Well, did you go home too?" Ask Davina. "I also want to get to know my sister-in-law further!"

It took them twenty minutes to get home.

"You promised to play upstairs. Let's do it now!" Answer Dave.

"Oh. Gosh darn. You're really crazy, aren't you tired of playing night?"

Dave took off the dress that his wife was wearing, this man immediately kissed Joana's back that there was a forgotten mark. Dave, this man stopped for a moment to look at this scar. There is a grudge that he keeps for the pain that Joana felt first.
