Chapter 8 ~ unfriendly welcome at all.

In the middle of the Frunaium forest. The 3 men who took special quests were walking while chatting with each other in the middle of their journey towards their destination, the Goezhou cave the source of the monstrous Auras that made one city panic.

"Hey! Isn't this weird?" Ask the second man to the other two.

"Yes, this is so weird. We have been walking for quite a while but no animals have appeared or monsters that are common in the middle of the forest like this. Maybe this includes the effect?" Said the first man.

"Maybe it's true that way. This monster according to the news circulating he is very terrible, it could have been his act as well." replied the second man.

"If so, just by his aura alone can make the famous animals and monsters quite strong and savage who are the middle inhabitants of this forest escape. You two be careful when we fight it" said the third man who worried about the other two men.

"Understand!" Said the other two men at the same time.

Moments later, I saw a 10-meter-high gate. I was very happy because after a long and tortuous journey the matter had been completed now.I was finally able to get out of this cave as well. I walked up to the cave exit gate and pushed it with both hands then said "Welcome to the beautiful outside world! Finally after a long time I can see you too, a fantasy world" I said with passion.

Suddenly someone greets Arata from the front with a kunai aiming for Arata's head but Arata can avoid it easily.

The person slowly started to look, they were 3 men. The first man looks big and wears iron armor and complete equipment like a knight, the second man looks more or less the same as the first man but the second man does not carry a shield. While the third man looks to have the largest body compared to the others, the third man also wore armor but the armor used was only on his right boat and made of leather it was intended to show his large and sturdy body, the third man also had a large sword on his back, the third man who is none other than the boss/leader of the other two men. Each of them also wore a necklace with a purple square board that was 7 cm long and 1.5 cm high and there was an Epic inscription on the necklace board that was white.

Arata was confused as to why they were attacking him, he asked them that casually "what's the matter? Why are you attacking me? Have I ever done anything wrong to you?" Arata remembers very much that when he was in the cave, he never met or only saw a real human being.

"Lucky! Looks like Goddess Avrius is siding with us huh. With your body seriously injured, you might be able to fight against the three of us who are still very fresh and powerful" said the third man.

"Eh? Whahuh? What do you mean? Who is the Goddess Avrius?" I asked in wonder. I wonder where the lucky place is, when they around here I do not see anything that benefits me.

"You don't need to know who Goddess Avrius is because you're going to die soon." Arata remained silent like a fool, and he continued his words.

"It looks like you're a fool huh, monster" said the third man with a faint smile but clearly that smile was not a good one.

"Huh? A monster?" Arata looked back and left, but there was no other living creature besides himself. Arata asked in wonder "what do you mean me?"

The third man said again in an angry and insulting tone to Arata.

"it seems like you are really stupid! There are only three of us and you. If you're not who else, you human monster!"

"Wait, wait, wait. You guys seem to misunderstand, I'm not human." Arata misspoke, he said again to justify his words.

"ah! No, that means I'm just a human being just like the two of you" Arata tried to deny it because that was the reality that Arata knew.

"From your first words it is clear that you are a monster. Don't try to lie to us, you monster.seen from the outside you are like an ordinary human, but your aura is incredibly strong and big like that, where can we believe. If you are a supreme rank adventurer, a special and elite warrior, or a classmate. We may believe it but you are the one who just came out of the cave safely" said the third man.

"Agreed" said the first man and the second man also said "strongly agree"

"What is that cave?" Ask Arata who does not know anything about the cave because the original Arata is a soul reincarnated into a body that is in the cave and never once saw the outside world, this was the first time Arata had seen the outside world.

"That's right, you don't even know it" said the second man.

"Don't do a lot of bacots! you monsters! Let's just attack it and get the reward as soon as possible" said the third man who couldn't wait to get the reward from the king.

"Wait on! wait!" Said Arata.

Arata still tried to dodge the 2 men's attacks easily but because his body was already severely injured. Arata also had enough trouble if he had to last longer. Arata is faced with a difficult choice once again, killing these 3 humans or killing them. Arata certainly did not want to die and chose to kill the three of them.

Arata pulled the katana from the sheath on his left waist and swung his katana towards the neck of the first man very quickly like a flash of lightning struck but suddenly a third man appeared and confronted him with his greatsword.

"Finally you want to fight as well, even though your body is already badly injured like that. Seen from here is obvious, right? That you're gonna die here! The monster!" The third man said he was very confident that he could kill Arata but in reality it was not as beautiful as expectations.

"Is that right? I thought you were gonna die!" Arata said casually as usual.

The first man gets angry and then thickens the katana Arata. The first man swung his greatsword again towards Arata's head quickly but Arata was able to fend him off despite considerable distress. Arata breathes irregularly. Suddenly the first and second men attacked Arata from behind, but Arata who realized that was also clenching the great sword of the third man and crying out the simultaneous attacks of the first and second man. There was a 1 vs 3 fight where 1 person was already very weak and seriously injured while 3 people were still very fresh and healthy as well. Arata fights desperately against the three of them until Arata finally reaches his limits, Arata also chooses to use ancient magic again that is space and time freezing magic.

Space and time magic is magic that freezes all space and time around the wearer, no living thing can move when it is already in this magic area.

While Arata was fighting desperately, Arata said quietly "freeze space and time" instantly the entire place and time around Arata was frozen like a statue. Those in this ancient magic will not be able to move or think anything. They are really in a time of stopping.

Arata knelt down and spewed blood from his mouth then stood up again albeit with a slogan. Arata quickly slashed the heads of the three of them using the legendary katana then shut down this magic. The entire space and time around Arata was back to normal.

Suddenly when the three of them came to their senses, their heads were already separated from their bodies. They were astonished and surprised, they did not know what was going on. Slowly their consciousness disappeared and died.

Arata also falls and is revealed but he is still unconscious.

"ah! I did it again" Arata murmured inwardly.

Arata turned his back and lay down and Arata took the apple from his dimensional space storage magic using his right hand while the legendary katana was placed on the left. This apple is not an ordinary apple because judging from its color alone this apple is very strange because it is light blue and found in the same strange cave.

Arata accidentally finds this apple in the cave while looking for a way out. Arata looked left-right, when Arata realized there was no living creature other than himself in that place. Arata swiftly picked up the strange apple and put it into the dimensional space storage. Arata took this apple on the grounds "who knows when he was not finding any food, at least I can keep eating even though only one apple is a little strange. After all, it's in a cave and there's no owner either, so this doesn't include theft" and Arata leaves.

Arata was currently staring at the apple that was pointed at the sky suspiciously. Arata hesitates to eat it because from the experience Arata got when in the cave and eating strange foods, he always felt pain, there were even some that almost made him die.

"Do I have to eat it? This strange apple" Arata murmured inwardly as he looked at the strange apple hesitantly. A while later, Arata finally established himself to eat it because he was very tired and hungry and his magic energy (Novra) was also almost exhausted. Arata ate it, at the first bite Arata felt this apple is very tasty like the taste of apples in the previous world. Arata ate it greedily until it finally ran out and threw away the rest of the strange apples that could not be eaten.

"It tastes good like an apple on earth. I also did not feel any pain even though my body no longer hurt but I still could not move. It might take quite a while after eating it" A few moments later, Arata finally recovered completely as before, as if Arata had never sustained any injuries. His body was completely recovered as before. Arata got up and sat down. Arata suddenly thought of the words of one of the men.

"My aura is terrible, isn't it? If it is true, then I will not be able to visit the city where humans live in this world.I have to hold this Aura to a minimum so that humans do not fear me." Arata muttered.

Arata thought for a while and found the answer. Arata sat down cross-legged and closed his eyes, he looked like he was being imprisoned. Arata focuses all of what Arata believes to be Novra or magic energy and presses it to a minimum until it almost reaches Novra zero. The layman who saw Arata probably thought that Arata was very weak at all, having almost no magic energy at all.

Novra is magic energy that not all living things necessarily have in this world.

Arata can squeeze his Novra almost to zero as well thanks to the strange apples he eats. If there is no apple it is possible that Aura Arata can only be pressed a little and still make the humans afraid of him but Arata does not know anything about the strange apple.
