Chapter 24 - Making Peace with the Mass

Dafa thought both his parents and Rega at least held an engagement event first, unfortunately his mind went far when the parents had decided their wedding will be held two months from now.

Of course, two months is very fast, but last night his father said their marriage was three months from now. I don't know what happened so that the three months time was increased to two months, maybe because his mother was so excited and happy to see him get married quickly.

Today was the first day Dafa invited Iin to lunch while meeting with one of the WO employees who will hold their wedding. Today, Dafa is officially holding the status of a real husband.

Today, although busy, Dafa took the time to help Iin discuss their marriage. He doesn't want to make Iin's own hassles. Although their marriage was the result of the match between the parents, Dafa did not want to miss feeling the precious moments of taking care of all the busyness about their marriage.

Dafa also wants to take part in their wedding plans that start from the concept of marriage, clothing, buildings, catering, and many more things that may be very very confusing later. But Dafa will try to enjoy all that because this is his marriage, a marriage that will only exist once in his life.

Iin entered Arza's room, where his boss seemed busy with a pile of files he had to sign.

"Sir Abizar Ragaskara when to go home Inggrid, I'm tired of having to handle his work too" complained Arza asking when his father came home.

"Tomorrow Mr. Abi has returned Mr. Arza" replied Iin

"Sir Arza isn't having lunch already during your break?" Tanya Iin reminded Arza

"Order food as usual Inggrid, I am lazy to leave the room if my work is still piled up like this" replied Arza

"Yaudah, I ordered the food" said Iin began ordering food at his subscription place.

"20 minutes more food Mr. Arza comes, then I permit out yes sir want to take care of the wedding" said Iin.

"But you don't want to know, you can't Resing before you can get a new secretary" Arza said, leaving her formal language.

"Yes, my dear brother" Iin replied and then closed the door to Arza's room.

Iin back his work shirt, he packed his stuff into his sling bag. After that he began to step away from his work desk that was neat, and began to check his phone. There is one Wa notification of a new number that Iin does not know. With great curiosity, Iin opened the message and read it.

Assalamualaikum Iin, this is with Dafa. I'm on the way to pick you up, sorry to keep you waiting. I'm still stuck because of it.

Reading a message from Dafa, Iin immediately stored the mobile number of her future husband in his contact. Iin gave Dafa his name in his contact with the name 'Dr. Dafa'. After saving Dafa's mobile number, Iin replied to a message sent by Dafa.

"Who's looking?" Ask Iin when it's right in front of Dafa

"I'm looking for you" he answered

"I'm sorry, make you wait" Dafa said unkindly.

"No papa" Iin replied with a smile to convince Dafa that he seriously did not mind waiting for Dafa.

"We're leaving now?" Ask Dafa who was directly influenced by Iin.

Dafa led Iin to his car which he parked near the lobby. Both movements are observed by many company employees who want to go out or enter the company building.

Dafa did not care at all about the surroundings, as well as Iin who did not take a headache with the gazes of the employees and the employees who looked at the two were curious.

When the two arrived at Dafa's car, Dafa gantelnya opened the door for Iin. His small actions clearly flattered Iin, Iin immediately got into the car and put on his seat belt. After Dafa sat on the steering wheel and started the engine of his car, it was not intermittent how long the Dafa car drove slowly to defend the highway which was quite solid because the clock still showed lunch time.

"How are you doing today?" Tanya Iin broke the silence that occurred between them.

"Thank God, busy as always. Especially when the weather is erratic, many children come to check because of fever and flu" replied Dafa

"What is your job?" Ask Dafa back.

"Today I wasn't too busy" Iin replied honestly

"Ohiya, I was curious from yesterday, why did you take a child specialist?" Ask Iin

"Because I like children" Dafa replied so surprisingly to Iin.

How Iin was not surprised, Dafa's face always displayed a flat and cold countenance. Although Iin admitted that the man beside him was still handsome, even many women out there admired cold men like Dafa. It's just that Iin does not believe that Dafa can be friendly and warm to children even though according to his observation a few days ago, Dafa seems to fortify himself from the crowd. Dafa was even indifferent to his surroundings, as if he were in a different world.

Last night Iin already knew the reason why Dafa was like that, he only hoped that in the future Dafa could make peace with his past. For Iin will always accompany him, fighting together to achieve the happiness they both dream of.
