Naya's days passed happily. Never once did Naya feel unhappy, Akbar always made her have no chance to complain. All forms of love Akbar lavished on Naya. Making Naya's love for the man even bigger.

It had been a few months after his engagement to Akbar. They did decide the marriage would be held when Naya completed her only education less than one year away.

That morning as usual, Naya prepares to go to college with her sister-in-law, Aisha. As usual, Kai's chatty mouth will look after his sister to take care of his sister-in-law and future nephew.

" Said the nurse, brother Akbar is in surgery". Ken and Kai couldn't hide their surprise.

Returning to the operating room, Naya ventured closer. When it was only a few meters away from the middle-aged woman who was still crying, Naya tried to call him.

" The operation was successful. Everything is going well.we will put patients in the ICU first for us to monitor the next 24 hours". The doctor's words are like water in the heat of a desert.

Naya and Akbar's mama couldn't help but cry when they heard Akbar escape death. They are all very grateful.

Not long after out two nurses pushed a cage containing Akbar's unconscious body. Accused of the man was attached various medical equipment, his head was bandaged completely because it had just been operated. Naya again shed her tears at Akbar's appalling condition. Many bruises and cuts were torn all over the man's body.

Naya did not leave the hospital, despite being persuaded by everyone. But Naya insisted on waiting for her heart to open her eyes. Naya and everyone's prayers were heard by the creator. This morning they got good news if Akbar's condition was stable and could be moved to a regular room. How happy Naya and the whole family heard the news.

The family could only see and give support to Naya who looked devastated seeing Akbar with this helpless condition.

"Wake up brother..Nay can't see Gini's rich brother". Naya cried as she pleased, she wrapped her face beside Akbar's body. His body trembled violently withstanding the cry that was about to explode.

" Nay can't do it without a sister". Naya's voice sounded trembling. Everything in there shed its tears.

"Sa-the..." Naya stopped her crying and immediately looked up. His eyes met with my eyes Akbar who forced a smile on him.

"Sister..." Naya could not continue her words. He hugged Akbar's body tightly as if he did not want to let go again.

Ken who saw Akbar awake immediately called a doctor and nurse who moved quickly to check on Akbar's condition. The doctor smiled with relief after checking Akbar's condition.

"Thank God, Mr. Akbar has passed his critical period". The doctor's explanation made everyone breathe a sigh of relief. Naya returned to crying, crying happily and relieved.
