The closeness of Naya and Akbar is increasingly visible today. While Al can only see friends and girls who are somehow always able to disturb his heart and mind.

While eating, a student came and gave Naya some food.

" Nay, this is for Elo Nay, he said the next class.." A student came to bring a cake that immediately made Naya drool..

One big bite went into her tiny mouth to make her lips pop. Naya was silent for a moment feeling the cake she was eating. But a moment later he continued to chew his cake with vigor. Al who sat in front of him was eager to clean the rest of the sue that was stuck around the tiny lips chatty. But as much as possible he kept it.

Al sat down again, the difference is now that the man is sitting next to Naya. While the girl who made the day was not calm was still busy eating the cake given by a person named Dio earlier.

" Lo why??". Ask Al in panic. But Naya could not answer, her breath felt heavy, her neck seemed to be suffocating until she began to have difficulty breathing. Next to her hand held Al's arm tight, while next to her already held her own neck.

Al grew increasingly panicked to see Naya's face getting pale, let alone see the girl look difficult to breathe.

" What's going on?". Ask doctor Siti

"We're taking her to the hospital! You're coming with me". Said Doctor Siti quickly after seeing Naya's condition.

" I told you the brothers first Doc". Before Al left, Siti's doctor prevented him.

"We need to hurry. Looks like he's poisoned or maybe he's got a food allergy. It'll be dangerous---"

"We're leaving now doc!". Hearing Naya's poisoning makes Al not wait until the doctor finishes his speech. He lifted Naya's body again and took her to the car owned by doctor Siti. Because the car belonging to the doctor Siti is parked closest to the UKS.

" I drove the doc". Said Al brandishing his hand after putting Naya in the back seat.

"You take care of him. I'm not ready to meet the angel of death". Doctor Siti sat behind the wheel to make Al resigned and sat in the back seat with Naya.

" Fast him". Doctor Siti's orders. Al just fainted and followed all Siti's doctor's orders.

"Kay hold Kay.." Said Al who was embracing Naya's shoulder and leaning the girl's head against her chest. He held Naya tightly as if afraid Naya would leave if she did not hold him.

"Dok.quick doc. I don't want him to do anything". Al panicked.

" Make sure his head is stuck". Siti's doctor's orders that are focused on driving her car. Luckily the streets are not crowded because it is still office hours.

"Kay.wake Kay..." Ogre Al, his eyes were hot. He does not like to see Naya's condition like this, he prefers to see the sweet girl as chatty as usual.

Arriving at the hospital, Al again carried Naya's body. Inside there is a doctor waiting, apparently Siti's doctor has called the hospital if he brings a patient whose condition is quite serious.

Al walked back and forth in front of the room where Naya was being handled. Long enough Al was there alone, because Siti's doctor participated in checking Naya's condition in there.

30 minutes waiting, finally doctor Siti out with another doctor. Al who saw him soon approached, he impatiently flocked doctor Siti with many questions.

"Where's doc? She why?? Is she okay??? What's the condition now?? You realize yet?? What is bik---"

Doctor Siti put her index finger on her lips, asking Al to be quiet first so she can explain Naya's condition.

"Did Kanaya eat any more peanut-containing food?". Ask the doctor tagged Ardo.

" That's what doc?". Al was confused. Because he did not see Naya eating foods containing peanuts earlier.

"His allergy is relapsing, thankfully you guys brought him in on time. A little late, I can't guarantee to save her". Al's life seems to fly somewhere to hear the explanation of Dr. Ardo.

"I'll stay first.." Doctor Ardo passes, leaving doctors Siti and Al alone.

"You accompany him. I'll take care of his administration first and his ward". Said doctor Siti.

" I'm sorry doc.please vvip room only for the nursery". Doctor Siti nodded. He knew who Naya was until he asked no more about the room Al had reserved for Naya.

"Wait inside". After Siti's doctor passed. Al went into the room where Naya lay helpless. In his left hand he had an infusion needle.

The girl's face was already slightly blushing, unlike a moment ago which looked pale like there was no blood flowing on her face.

" You make me hang, Kay". Said Al Lirih who was now sitting next to Naya's bed.

Eyelids that have been closed since then slowly move, indicating the owner will open it immediately. Slowly open Naya's eyes, Naya opened her eyes several times to adjust the light entering her cornea.

"Do you realize Kay?". Al asked enthusiastically as well as relieved.

" I'll call the doctor first, Kay". A few minutes later, Al is back with Doctor Ardo and doctor Siti.

"You go with him first yeah, I have to go back to school. I couldn't leave the UKS for long. Afraid someone needs it". Al nodded in understanding with the words of doctor Siti.

" Where? Still sore throat?". Doctor Ardo's question was answered only by a small nod from Naya.

"Uncle thought you were going to kill yourself". Doctor Ardo's temptation that made Naya glance at the doctor was sharp.

" Inpatient yes.uncle need to observe your condition first". Naya nodded back

"Other times be careful in eating whatever Nay". All Dr. Ardo's utterances were answered only by a nod by Naya.

" Have he been able to drink?". Al asked before Dr. Ardo left them. Doctor Ardo nodded

"Drink Kay first.." Al helps Naya drink the warm water the nurse provided a while ago.

Not long after, came two nurses who would move Naya to the nursery. Al faithfully accompanied Naya, he even forgot to inform the two sisters.

"We live first yes deck.kalo need anything press this button only. There will be a nurse coming". A nurse showed me the emergency button next to Naya's pillow. Al nodded obediently to the nurse.

" It still hurts?". Al asked gently making Naya look at him. Not usually Al is so worried, let alone talk softly. Usually the guy will nag him.
