Beijing, China.

At 07-12

Two men were walking in an alley, and the alley was crowded with houses surrounding it.

These two men walked leisurely without paying attention to the surroundings. The characteristics of the two men are very clear with glasses and typical middle eastern clothing, and a man with an ordinary suit and face is not a resident around here.

"I don't think you're that famous in this area" he said, checking his notes.

"That's natural, because my family, especially my uncle, is an influential person in this area, so my father asked me to help him with his case."

The man beside her heard every word of her best friend even though she was busy checking every word of her note, but that would not prevent her from hearing all the words thrown by this east-blooded man.

The night had not yet arrived, but darkness had already filled this area. Cloudy clouds have enveloped the city, plus an array of stone blocks neatly arranged to form a building that is worth living in. So that made this alley dark for a moment and there was only a whitish gray sky above his head.

Each building is neatly arranged along the road so as to form an alley that is often passed by many people. Every way there are many wooden doors and vents that decorate it, every terrace of the house there are many wet and dry design objects arranged so on a solid black rope.

Every now and then the occupants of each building glanced out at their windows and saw people passing by in this alley.

At any moment like this, Doctor Ray Wolfa occasionally glanced at this partner and observed him walking quietly and inconspicuously, thus making his existence thin for a moment.

"Is this a habit formed from training or going through many battles during this time?" Ask Dr. Ray.

"You mean?"

"Step your foot" said Ray as he closed the little notebook. "Step distance is always the same length, the distance of the foot that steps forward and the foot that is behind is less than 5 centimeters, very regular and stable, the distance of the foot that steps forward and the foot that is behind is less than 5 centimeters, it's as if you're an ex-soldier who has gone through a lot of rigorous training. Your heel always lands first, carefully and without sound. Let me guess, maybe this habit has been attached as long as you've been on a lot of secret missions."

Fu Chen silently for a moment responded to that then opened his voice:

"You're wrong, Doctor."

Ray smiled and said:

"Of course it is wrong because this is only a guess from a friend, sometimes the guess can bring the truth and sometimes it can also carry a joke. But, seriously, where's my fault?"

"You're good at observing anything" Fu said. "But you suck at seeing lies."

"Indeed that's right," Ray responded grimly. "Deduction is based on truth, lies are the most evil enemies. That's why you and I are the best couple... Fu."

Fu looked into his eyes for a moment and sighed indifferently and said frankly.

"I didn't do anything, Doctor. As your partner, I'm just following you, listening to your explanations, helping to catch criminals who are running away or fighting."

Hearing that made this Doctor laugh and kept his little note behind his suit.

"When I came here only for vacation, but when I came instead I was presented with a murder case first."

"Well, no one asked you to handle this case."

"Well, that's right, but seeing you handle this case alone makes me unable to stay silent. But..." instantaneously his steps stopped and it made his best friend also stop. "What do I have to admit, you want to hear it?"

Fu looked at himself seriously and nodded in response would agree to hear it.

"Tinkering?"

"I mean about this case," while putting both of his hands in his pants pocket. "Last-lately I just assumed every case was just a game. As a detective, I hate this. But I had no other choice. As you say I'm a keen observer and my brain works well, it's hard to ignore the obvious."

"Can you be more specific? I'm still confused" said Fu.

Ray stopped looking at this friend from the east and turned his gaze towards the front, with eyes full of sincerity and cunning.

"When dealing with the case, from the beginning I knew who the killer was."

"You can always deduce the real killer."

"No, I already knew before I concluded, even before I had a clue, I already knew who the killer was. This is not fun at all. It even feels frustrating. If you already know the answer, solving the puzzle becomes uninteresting anymore, even slightly torturing people."

Fu just silently heard it and didn't make a sound.

"But the one that tormented me the most" Ray said. "It is an unsolved mystery. Tell me, Fu... Why do you always know the real killer? This I've been watching since our first case."

There was a momentary silence and these two men had no voice anymore. Until finally this middle eastern man opened his voice first.

"You don't know it yet."

"Yes, after solving our second case," Ray admitted. "I thought at first it was just a coincidence. When you look at the real killer, your breath quickens and the look in your eyes changes. I watched this happen in every case, so I became suspicious. I try to see it as a game. To test whether my deduction is consistent with my intuition. The results are interesting as well as frustrating as well. I have to admit, you are great. You can know someone or not just by looking at one."

Hearing that made Fu sigh and shake his head.

"I'm sorry then, for interrupting your pleasure, Doctor," Fu said. "You know for yourself what I'm like. I'm always worried that if we make a mistake, we can't let the real killer get away with it. Especially when it comes to an innocent life demanding justice behind other realms, I know you take all your cases as your pleasure, considering you're a thirst for inspiration with your new stories. I have no intention of taking your pleasure, so I prefer not to tell you until the case has come to a proper conclusion from you."

Ray sighed and thought the answer he heard was just a coincidence, but it was all true. No one has fun on the life that demands justice behind the other world, just because they are no longer in this world. Not that they completely disappeared from this world, they remained there until that justice reached him.

"Sometimes my observations are also often wrong" Ray said. "Truth is forever more important than personal joy, otherwise it makes no difference to me than a criminal. But, you always keep your intuition first and it's a very appropriate action, just in case my deduction is wrong, you can straighten it out..."

Fu immediately interrupted between the words of his Doctor friend.

"Your injuries are never wrong."

"Not necessarily," Ray shrugged his shoulders. "Humans must have made a mistake."

"That's right. But, someone like you if you're wrong will only ruin your reputation."

"Fu, friend!" Ray scratched his head back and raised his tone. "No need to give importance to my reputation! I don't care a little, really."

"Oh. alright," his face did not express anything when this friend spoke in such a tone, and just put on a casual expression.

"I know that I can count on you" the Doctor said happily. "You and I are going to be the nightmares of the criminals that exist, we can definitely solve all the puzzles of any kind! All right, let's get back to your family's residence as it gets darker, and I'd like to give you this report right away."

Hearing that only made Fu smile thinly and these two great men stepped their feet as quickly as possible.

Crime is an act or behavior that always harms anyone, also very detrimental to society in the form of loss of order and order.

But, evil exists to fill a role in this life for the sake of balance. Life is full of scales that are always filled on both sides, if one side loses one of its contents then damage occurs on the complete side.

Eliminating each other, that is how this wheel of life works and it will always be like that until the word "End" appears in this world.
