Every night Bastian will stand in front of the main door of Mr. Dewantoro's house with the intention that is, waiting for Mr. Dewantoro to come home. In this house only Mr. Dewantoro who he always misses and hopes to always be next to him because only Mr. Dewantoro really loves him. Like the figure of two parents substitute mother.
Not long after the sound of the car was heard until the sound of a step then followed by an open door made Bastian quickly reach for the work briefcase owned by Mr. Dewantoro and welcome him happily.
"You haven't slept?"
"Not yet."
"Why haven't you slept?"
"I can't sleep."
"Why?"
"Because Bastian hasn't seen Father."
"really?"
"Yes sir."
Mr. Dewantoro smiled. She stroked Bastian's hair and grabbed him and took him to the couch.
While on one side, Melinda and Reno are seen standing at the end of the closet making Melinda whisper something into Reno's ear.
"Look! Bastian is no good. He took your opah and now look not at you being embraced but Bastian."
"And now you still want to love and care about Bastian? Bastian is a bad guy, he just broke into this house just to take your opah," he continued.
"Oh yeah Bastian."
"Yes sir" said Bastian who was seen sitting on the sofa right next to Mr. Dewantoro.
"Father wants to give something."
"What is that sir?"
"I'm sure you'll be happy."
Mr. Dewantoro again stroked Bastian's hair attentively making Bastian more comfortable with Mr. Dewantoro.
"Father has decided that tomorrow you will go to school."
"School?" bastian asked unexpectedly.
"Yes, you want to go to school?"
"You sir, will," answered Bastian, making Melinda, who heard this, burn her heart even more.
"Oh yes, you will tell your children to buy school supplies for you and you also have to take care of the letters so you can go to school and now see Bastian!" his orders then he reached into his suitcase and pulled out a paper.
"See this! This is your birth certificate and here is Mr. Dewantoro's name with the name of the late wife of the Father."
Both eyes Bastian moving staring at the surface of the paper that reads his name there is also the name of Mr. Dewantoro with his late wife then does that mean he has officially become the son of Mr. Dewantoro?
"Oh yes Bastian, I want to tell you if for example someone asks you whose child then call it if you are the son of Mr. Dewantoro, understand?"
Bastian just nodded. He stroked the surface of the paper where his name was there.
"Hows it? Is this house good? You happy living here?"
Hearing that made Bastian feel like crying. It seemed he wanted to complain about the attitude and nature of Melinda, his son to Mr. Dewantoro but, he could not and he was also afraid if he had to say this. Suddenly both eyes Bastian who had been blocked by tears was staring at Melinda who looked glaring at him as if he was threatening him at the end there along with Reno whose face also looked different. He could see the face of anger for her.
Bastian knows it looks like Melinda has managed to influence Reno to get Reno to hate her too.
"So you're Dewantoro's son?"
"Yes, sir," Bastian replied with a nod as the fat man read a paper and stared from toe to toe, leaving Bastian a little uneasy.
Yes, Bastian seems to know that this man does not seem to believe too much if he is the son of Mr. Dewantoro. It seems that Bastian also knows that rich children have their own aura while poor children will still have an aura of poverty even though they have been raised to be rich children. What else must this be the provision.
Today Bastian officially entered the school and Bastian also did not expect if he was immediately raised to the 5th grade, this is the advantage of one of the rich people who can pay for everything so that Bastian does not have to bother having to sit in the 1st grade SD because of the age of Bastian who has turned 10 years.
Bastian never expected that he would go to such a highly branded school. The buildings are terraced, the canteen is spacious, the library is large and filled with rich people.
Throughout the process of teaching and learning Bastian continues to look seriously at the teacher who is teaching it does not seem too difficult to understand the lesson just that Bastian must take a reading lesson, and reading lessons, counting and writing in the afternoon and it's all paid for by Mr. Dewantoro, so nice of the man.
The first day of school seemed to be such an unpleasant thing for Bastian that he didn't even have the slightest friend. Everything looks busy until finally Bastian's eyes are wide open and his smile is glaring at the figure of Joy, the friend of the newspaper seller who looks fun talking to his friends.
Bastian rubbed his eyes was not expecting if he had to meet with Joy who was enough he missed.
"Jay!" her screams made Joy turn her head and her eyes popped out.
Bastian knows Joy wouldn't have expected Bastian to be in this school either.
"Bastian!" Show Joy not to think.
...****...
Now Bastian and Joy are sitting in a park staring at the people who are playing there.
"So your mother is dead?"
"Yes," Bastin replied, looking down.
"So when you dumped those wipes and papers into the streets you were being chased by thugs?"
Bastian nodded
"I think you're lucky enough to be a rich kid."
"Ah, not really. Mr. Dewantoro's son is evil."
"Yes I know that sometimes the whole house is not all angelic heart, there must be one who becomes a demon," he explained making me laugh.
"Oh yeah, I'm pretty glad we could see you again, and I haven't seen you in days."
"Then what about the others?"
"Who?"
"Everything. Badrul, Sodiq"
"It's okay there's just sad" he cut.
"Who?"
"Mandra."
"Mandra?"
"Yes, the wagon is gone."
Both Bastian's eyes were rounded. He forgot to return the wagon that belonged to the Mandra.
