Chapter 20: The Widow

Angel saw the results of the investigation of her man Eleanor. Angel was stunned to learn the fact that Eleanor was a widow. Angel feels above the wind because her rival is a widow. Of course Eleanor's status would be hard to accept by the Liam family. Mia's older sister Angel had to be a virgin in order to marry Liam, which is why Mia who married is not her self.

"Hahaha, I almost got fooled" Angel said with an evil smile.

Now Angel will not be afraid to compete with Eleanor as she will give her full attention to Cessa and Liam. All this time he was abroad probably because of that Cessa could be close to Eleanor. Cessa needs a mother figure beside her, because she is already here then Angel will give all her attention to Cessa. Eleanor will slowly disappear.

Huff, Angel's ending can sleep well. There's nothing Angel needs to think about anymore.

Meanwhile, Cessa and Eleanor have just bought a new company. Cessa is so happy that Eleanor bought herself the latest issue of the series.

"Thank you, Mama" said Cessa with a happy smile.

"Dear together, what's Cessa going to lunch for? Want Aunty to make it?" tanya Eleanor made Cessa's eyes sparkle.

"Cessa wants mama's mushroom soup, Cessa's been spilling now. Come mama we have to go home now," said Cessa pulling Eleanor. Eleanor just laughed happily and followed Cessa.

In about 10 minutes they reached Eleanor's house. Eleanor went straight to the kitchen while Cessa was unloading her toys in the family room.

Eleanor began to prepare her cooking ingredients. Cessa loves her mushroom soup.

"Mama, can Cessa help you?" tanya Cessa came over to Eleanor who was cooking.

"Hm, there's no dear. Aunty was almost done," replied Eleanor making Cessa pout.

"What if Cessa helps Aunty taste her mushroom soup?" eleanor asked making Cessa nod with pleasure.

"Okay mama" replied Cessa happy again. Cessa tasted Eleanor's mushroom soup, her eyes sparkling with delight.

"It's delicious mom, Cessa is so hungry now" Cessa said, making Eleanor smile.

"Alright, sweet boy please prepare a plate on the dining table huh. Aunty's gonna bring soup."

"Ready to do mama."

Cessa puts the plate on the dining table assisted by Amel.

"Thank you aunt" said Cessa, thanking her for being helped.

"Tiny miss."

Elsewhere Liam is rushing towards Eleanor's house as he gets a message from Cessa that they will have lunch of Eleanor's mushroom soup.

Liam immediately parked his car in Eleanor's yard.

"Miss, Mr. Liam is coming" said Amel in the dining room.

"Please come here" Eleanor replied, making Amel nod in understanding.

"None right."

Not long after that Liam came still with his work suit.

"Can I have lunch together?" liam asked, making Eleanor turn her eyeballs lazily.

"Please Liam," Eleanor replied later.

Liam is having lunch with Eleanor and Cessa.

"Thank you Princess" said Liam kissing Cessa's forehead after they finished lunch.

After lunch Eleanor prepares to wash the dishes but Liam prevents her.

"Let me be El" said Liam, making Eleanor frown.

"Since you've allowed me to have lunch here, then I'll wash the pyrinh" Liam said with a very sweet smile.

"All right, it's up to you." Eleanor leaves Liam washing the dishes. Eleanor accidentally leaves because Eleanor's heart is about to be dislodged from her place due to Liam's sweet smile. Is Eleanor in love with Liam? Every time Liam saw Eleanor's heart beating irregularly. Eleanor is no longer a teenage girl who is drunk with love. But Eleanor could not deny her feelings. Who would have thought that he would fall in love with Liam worthy of his teens who had just found first love.

"Mama," call Cessa making Eleanor aware of her daydream.

"Where's papa?" cessa asked Elenaor to point at Liam who was doing the dishes.

"Mama, let's take a look at Cessa's new toy" Cessa says, leading Eleanor to follow Cessa into the living room.

Eleanor helps Cessa compose the separate doll's body before Liam arrives.

"It's over?" eleanor asked Liam to nod her head.

"El, I'm going back to the office. Princess don't bother mama okay?"

"Okay papa."

"Be careful Liam" said Eleanor, making Liam kiss Eleanor on the forehead and then Cessa on the forehead.

Again, Eleanor's heart rate was racing. Oh God help Eleanor.

Like Liam, Eleanor and Cessa reassemble Cessa's toy into a full-fledged luster.

"Connects," said Cessa shouting happily.

"Vessa!" calling Angel made Cessa turn to the origin of the voice.

"Miss, this lady wants to pick up Miss Cessa." Amel came in unison with Angel.

"Good afternoon Eleanor, sorry I came suddenly. I'm here to pick Cessa home." Angel sat next to Cessa.

"Honey, let's go home with Aunty" Angel said, making Cessa shake her head.

"Aunty, Cessa still wants to be with mom."

"Aunty's gonna buy Cessa lego and have some water if Cessa wants to go home with Aunty."

"No, Cessa's got lego and berbie."

Angel sighed softly, then he glanced at Eleanor who was playing the phone.

"All right, Aunty's coming home. Later if Cessa wants to go home call Aunty yes," said Angel gave up. He can't force Cessa now.

"Yes Aunty," replied Cessa looking at Angel who was preparing to go home.

"Eleanor, I'm sorry."

"Yes please."

"Mama, Cessa is sleepy." Cessa yawns wide making Eleanor immediately approach and hold Cessa.

"Aunty will read you a fairy tale" said Eleanor, making Cessa nod with delight.

"Thank you mama."

Eleanor recites the fairy tale until Cessa sleeps.

After making sure Cessa slept, Eleanor took her ipad and continued her work.

While working Eleanor remembers Angel, in the past she had met Angel.

Ah, Eleanor remembers. Angel married Liam after a year of Cessa's death. Will fate change? In this life Cessa is still alive, will Liam and Angel get married next year? Their relationship is very close, of course like her Liam is going to marry Angel.

What do you expect Eleanor, Liam to marry you? Oh, you only have the heart of his wife. There was nothing special about Eleanor so Liam had feelings for Eleanor.

Eleanor shook her head and resumed her work.
