81. A father's conscience
Stanley and Jorgie heard that Jeniffer was kidnapped, of course, and not playing. Both especially Jorgie regretted his carelessness that loosened the scrutiny of the nephew. He should have known that the Sukmajaya family would never let go of Jeniffer who had taken Edward away.
Aster can only calm the husband's heart through a gentle caress on his back. While Joseph can only be trapped for feeling guilty when Jeniffer was kidnapped in front of his eyes. Even Andre gave him permission for a few days until Joseph's physical and mental condition recovered.
Edward, who learns from Joseph that his brother was kidnapped, immediately suspects the involvement of his grandmother and father in this case. He wanted to see the young man to discuss further but unfortunately none of the calls were answered after he had reported the news.
"Mama, do you know anything about Ci Jeniffer's abduction?" ask her when Risda is cooking.
The woman threw the carrot and knife she was holding and headed towards Edward who looked at her strangely.
"When did it happen, son?" risda asked with trembling hands.
"It happened two days ago, Ma, Edward knew from Bang Joseph," replied Edward who tried to calm the mother by rubbing his hands gently.
"Joseph?" Risda was puzzled because she had never heard that name.
"Joseph Zedekiah, his house is 2 houses away from us, Ma," Risda immediately recalled the handsome young man dressed in office that he often saw.
"Oh, is he Joseph? Mama just found out," said Risda while nodding.
"Ma, is there a good chance that this is the work of Amah and Papa?" edward asked in a whisper as if afraid if their conversation sounded out of the house.
"It seems like it is, son, because they have planned to get rid of Jenifer again" said Risda after exhaling many times.
"Mom agree with their idea?" looking intently at the mother's eyes.
"No, Mama actually felt guilty about Jeniffer. The child is innocent, the wrong thing is just the understanding of the adult to make him a victim," Edward was dumbstruck when he heard the tone of regret that came out of Risda's mouth.
"What do we need to do, Ma?" Edward felt dizzy with this fast happening.
"Of course we have to find Jenifer as quickly as possible," it was not Risda's voice but Verry's that made the two men turn their heads with a confused look.
"Why can Papa talk like that?" tanyain make while squinting her eyes a sign of suspicion.
"Papa honestly fretted when he saw me*um gaze of the sturdy men towards Jeniffer. As evil as Papa is, it is impossible not to let the girl herself become the victim of an unknown person" said Verry with a soft word.
Last night he could not sleep because he imagined the face of Jeniffer who begged him to be saved from the body of the sturdy men.
"Pa, it's been two days, is there any chance of Ci Jeniffer surviving the bren*sek men?" edward began to cry.
"So far it is safe, Amah you who love to see the condition of Jeniffer who is still intact clothes and there are no wounds all over his body," replied Verry.

Karina was shocked when she heard the door of the house being knocked violently and immediately opened the front door and saw a young man with an anxious and crying face standing there.
"There was but Joseph was a mess, nobody could grow up" Karina explained.
"Amah, this is important about Ci Jeniffer, if we are late to help him then his body will be targeted by the men bren*sek," cried Edward who then cried loudly.
"Come in first, calm yourself down and tell slowly. Let Amah call Joseph and we find a solution together," Karina took with her while tapping the body of the young man who began to look weak.
Karina prepared chamomile tea for Edward to feel more relaxed before he called Joseph to come down to the living room. At first the young man did not want to see Edward but because Karina told what was said by Edward made Joseph immediately run to meet the lover's sister.
"So how do you know if Jennifer's going to be an easy target for those waji*gan men?" joseph asked with a fiery voice.
"Papa says," Joseph and Karina are shocked to learn that it was Verry who told the son about Gilda's plan.
"Why was it now that Jeniffer was kidnapped? Why not just yesterday his conscience was functioning," jolted Joseph making Edward gasp.
"Joseph Zedekiah! Calm yourself, emotions will not solve the problem. Instead we should be grateful because it turns out that his father Jeniffer has realized and admitted his mistake," Karina reprimanded Josep bowed.
"Sorry, Ma, now what should we do?"
"Jeniffer's tracking device is still there, right?" tanya Karina fished for the son.
"Joseph stupid, why wait 2 days. It should be monitored directly through the GPS," Joseph condemned his stupidity, if anything with the lover eat he will not forgive himself for life.

"I regret over believing the myths and sayings of the older people in my family that the first daughter would bring ruin," Karina only noticed when Verry started telling stories without any intention to cut them off.
