...CHAPTER 4...
...Mission Attracts Husband's Attention...
... ...
The next day, early in the morning Cathrine went to the company office of her future husband. Cathrine got off after parking her Avanza car and quickly entered the main door of the large, towering building.
“What Mr Devan has come?” he hurriedly asked a receptionist there.
“Emm is not yet Miss, it looks like Mr. Devan is still on the road.” said to be surprised to see the arrival of his future boss wife who had arrived earlier than his own boss.
“Ok, alright I wait in his room only.”
Without asking again Cathrine rushed into the elevator and climbed to the 8th floor where Devan's room was located. A few minutes later the elevator opened and he walked back into Devan's room as usual, and regardless of the employees there who were watching him with a different view, some like it and some don't.
“Em, sorry Miss Cathrine you want to make what?” ask Devan's secretary as usual if his boss's lover stopped by the office he would be nimble to offer him, worried that later Cathrine would sulk because he felt disrespected by Devan employees. They all have memorized the true nature of Cathrine who likes to complain about the shortcomings of her subordinates to Devan.
“Capuchino is hot, as usual.” his door as he wagged his hand at the secretary to quickly leave him.
“Ba-good Miss..” nods the secretary then he closes back the door to Devan's room.
Once in Devan's room, Cathrine opened her phone and was about to call her future husband while walking back and forth with a feeling of uneasiness and anger that had been unbearable from last night.
"Oh, now you're getting busy apparently. Are those photos true, if you were already married behind my back?! Just watch out, Dev, if you're really lying to me! I will never forgive you!" his wrath while clutching the phone tightly in his hand.

While Devan just finished calling his client in the room, soon he put on work clothes and prepared to leave. Earlier, Devan went to the dining room wanting to have breakfast sandwich bread and a glass of orange juice as usual which he always asked his Aunt Sari, ARTnya. While walking through the door of Silvia's room, she stopped her steps for a moment and glanced at Silvia's room, which was already open but in it she did not see Silvia. He nodded to ask.
“Where is he?” mumbling slowly.
Yes, after her marriage to Silvia. Devan did not sleep in a single room with Silvia. It was at Devan's own request, because his heart was not ready to be inwardly to marry Silvia. It was only her pity and guilt that she felt towards Silvia, for her heart had been locked tightly for a single Cathrine.
Devan sighed deeply and exhaled loudly, then raised both shoulders he was not too concerned with Silvia's important affairs he had fulfilled all Silvia's wishes to marry, as compensation for the accident that befell Silvia for herself.
Devan continued his steps to the dining room. Suddenly the man was surprised when he saw Silvia who was already sitting at the dinner table while eating her fried rice breakfast voraciously with her mouth full.
Silvia was equally surprised to see Devan who was standing at the table, then she showed a sweet smile on her lips looking at the man who had just been her husband for a day. "Hallo good morning." he said.
"Morning.." her reply was flat. Devan slowly pulled up his chair and sat down in front of Silvia.
"Would you like some breakfast?" bargain Silvia still with her sweet smile.
Devan glanced at the fried rice on Silvia's plate with a single gulp. The fragrant smell of cow's eye eggs and fried sausage that arouses his tongue, as well as the sprinkling of onions on his rice, honestly it makes Devan's stomach whine to ask for it. Usually he does breakfast sandwiches and a glass of fruit juice just to want to keep the body athletic. But somehow seeing the fried rice Devan so eager to taste it.
"Is that harmless?" tanyakanya.
"You mean?" Silvia frowned not understanding.
"Well that heavy food, is it going to make my stomach go belly up?" chirps Devan.
Silvia gaping then he became giggled amused to hear it. "Geez, of course not if it's not too dry. After breakfast is good, even eating rice every morning will increase energy in our bodies. If you don't want to be fat, don't get used to dinner at six. That's what a bother is!" insinuations.
"Em, that's not what I meant. I'm just not used to breakfast with rice. Oh yeah, where's Bi Sari?" devan asked who immediately switched the conversation while looking to his left right looking for a middle-aged woman figure who was almost twenty years caring for and helping his needs.
"Why, does he usually make my sandwich? Then why isn't there breakfast on the table?"
"I told Bi Sari not to make more breakfast for you. Now I am the one who will replace Bi Sari's job to serve you. Like preparing food and drinks."
"W-what? I didn't tell you, did you, after all, have your legs not healed yet?" surprised ass. Devan did not think why Silvia would bother to take care of it even though she still needed help.
"Let's just relax I can cook while sitting down. That I put the gas stove in a rather low place to make it easier for me to cook it.." explained Silvia while showing the cooking place she had changed yesterday with Bi Sari to Devan. To be honest, Silvia prefers her own hand cooking compared to having to buy food outside or helper cooking.
"At some point I'm used to doing this." she added.
Yes, from a young age Silvia was already good at cooking after the departure of her late mother. Silvia at that time, always wanted to comfort her late father so as not to dissolve in sadness because in staying away her mother first by learning to cook like the late mother taught. Silvia's mother died from a fall and brain hemorrhage. So do not be surprised if the late Silvia's father was so very lost, so Silvia at the age of 20 years the late Silvia's father still remained at home widowed.
Devan nodded slowly and looked back at Silvia who resumed her breakfast.
"May I ask for a little." pinta Devan a little doubt, but he did not deny his stomach was very hungry and asked for his right to be filled immediately.
Silvia smiled then nodded. "Okay, wait a minute I'll get you..."
Silvia took a clean plate that had been prepared at the dinner table with a napkin on it and then dipped fried rice that was still steaming hot in the glass bowl container and took one cow's eye egg and sausage fry. "You want the fried onions?" silvia asked again worried Devan did not like the processed spice that is famous for the community is able to make our mouth and body smell.
"Em can be a little..." Devan smiled a little, honestly, it was a long time ago that he no longer tasted home cooking after he had a relationship with Cathrine, the woman he loved so much. In order to maintain the body and appearance in front of Cathrine he was willing to stay away from food even habits that he actually liked.
After finishing preparing a plate of fried rice and giving it to Devan, then Silvia poured warm tea in the teapot into Devan's glass.
"How good is it, right?" Silvia glanced at Devan with a happy smile because Devan looked very greedy to eat it, as if the man had not eaten all day.
"Enak! Yes it was delicious." he said nodding, subconsciously he was praising Silvia's cooking.
Silvia smiled happily in her heart. One thing he has got from tips to attract the heart of a husband. First is about the stomach, a wife must be clever pampering her husband with the best food wife version. And where if your husband will praise his wife's food, then that is the beginning of the happiness of their household. Surely this will be Silvia's own mission, so that Devan slowly forgets and leaves Cathrine in his life.
