Helena is packing, after finishing cooking now she is dressing up by polishing her face slightly to make it look more fresh and bright.

Helena intends to deliver lunch for Ans, and she also wants lunch with her husband and wants to drink milk made by Ans.

Before leaving, Helena calls Ans to let her know she's going there to bring her lunch, and it was clearly welcomed by Ans because they will have lunch again with Helena which means they will be together again.
