I Just Want an Om

A confession

The time that continues to travel brings the story of every earth creature, like a wind that blows dust into a story of the past. In the future the time again presents a different story, delivering choices as if giving us the opportunity to continue learning adults with a variety of stories.

The wind has thrown Jodi and Diamond back to the homeland. The joy they felt emanated from the faces of the two.

After disembarking from the plane, Jodi and Berlian were escorted by his assistant to a plantation on the top of western Java.

That's where Jodi's parents live after they get bored with the hustle and bustle of big city life.

Both of Jodi's parents have lived in the area for ten years. There they lived on their tea plantation.

Jodi's father was named Ferry Bagjadireja and his mother was Eva Peminov of Dutch descent.

After taking a flight of approximately two days, Jodi and Berlian finally arrived in his beloved homeland. And now they're on their way to the plantation where Jodi's parents live.

Look tension on Jodi's face while Diamond looks so sumringah.

“Papa tense huh?.” Diamond Temptations.

“Ah... this is all because of your strange request anyway.”

After a journey of about three hours, they finally arrived at a vast tea plantation, their car entered the tea plantation, and, seen from a distance old Dutch-style house with a spacious yard as if welcoming their arrival.

The car that took them to the courtyard of the house. Then Diamond got out of his car and ran towards the house after Jodi who looked lazy behind him. While Riksa who escorted them so enjoy the beautiful scenery around it.

Diamond knocked on the door of the house, but there was no answer, so he walked through the side yard to the backyard.

In the backyard, Ferry's father Jodi is sitting on a rattan chair enjoying his coffee, while his wife Eva is in the back garden of the house, it is a little far from the Ferry but can still be seen from there.

“Hai opa!.”

The sound of Diamond surprised Ferry who was looking at his wife in the garden was picking vegetables.

“Hai... Who are you beautiful child?.” Welcome to Ferry.

“Opa has forgotten me?.” Diamonds approaching Ferry.

Then Jodi was seen approaching Ferry from the side of the house. Ferry saw an apparition of Jodi coming towards him.

“What?.” Ask back Jodi who felt she did not understand.

“I'll let you back as long as you come with your future wife.”

“I think papa has forgotten about it.”

“Until when did you stop taking care of that kid? Until you forget that you also have to have children and take care of your own children. Isn't she already big and able to take care of herself?.”

Meanwhile, in the back garden of the house, Eva who looks cool taking vegetables in shock with the voice of a girl.”

“Why didn't he bring his wife here, where is he now?.” Ask Eva.

Hearing the girl's words left Eva in shock for a moment, her face deathly pale with a gaping mouth. Seeing Eva's reaction, Diamond was a little surprised, he quickly took the drinking water which happened to be at that time on a wooden table was seen a bottle of drink that allegedly belonged to Eva. And Diamond helped Eva give her that water.

“Aduh... oma... quiet…. Let's drink some first, oma relax huh? Breathe in and then throw out slowly. let's do it over and over again oma.” Diamond said a little panicked. After a long time, Eva looked calm and her face was not pale anymore but her eyes continued to look at Diamond, she seemed to be speechless.

“Omma must be surprised to hear this reality? We came here to ask for blessing on oma and opa, we love each other and we decided to get married.” The girl said innocently and Eva was still speechless and still speechless.

“At first between us did not have love for each other, but the more days time brought our feelings to something that made us comfortable with each other. I beg you.. don't separate us.” Diamonds pleading with teary eyes made Eva unable to bear to see them.

Meanwhile, Jodi who has made coffee and now the coffee in his hand, looked from a distance his mother and Diamond who was familiar talking.

“I came today here to bring my future wife like what papa asked for!.”

“Then where is he now?.” Ferry asked, Then Jodi approached her father and brought his father to his feet and took him a few steps and took him to look at Eva and Diamond.

Jodi pointed at Diamond with her face, “tuh would-be son-in-law papa was talking to mama there.” Said Jodi. Hearing what Jodi said suddenly made Ferry shocked half to death.

Ferry's reaction was the same as Eva's reaction earlier, Ferry looked deathly pale and rounded his eyes.

“Omong empty what are you saying! You bad boy! From the first until as old as this can always make a riot in the family.” Ferry banged Jodi's arm.

“Aw... uh.. papa... stop hitting me... papa stop!.”

“You're kidding not funny!.”

“But this is papa's reality. I'm going to marry him! That's why I brought him here to see you!.”

“Pa.. please hear my explanation. At first we walked normally like father and son, but over time our feelings grew and we also did not understand why this could happen. We love each other pa, we can not live apart, we plan to get married and please give us the blessing.”

“Heh! Do you realize what you said, huh?!. How could he possibly love a man who was his father's age!.”

Then the two fell silent as they saw Diamond make a sad face, and Eva tried to calm her down.

“Jodi, take Diamond for a walk in the tea garden, the view is great. Mama wants to talk important with your papa.” Eva said, gesturing with her eyes at Jodi. And of course Jodi understood then took Diamond away.

Meanwhile Eva sat on the rattan chair next to her husband by massaging his forehead.
