MARA'S WISH

This morning Mara was still asleep in the blue blanket that wrapped her body. Arthur who had just come home from jogging shook his head when he saw the wall clock that showed eight o'clock in the morning. He immediately walked over to his beloved wife.

" Dear wake up!" Arthur shook Mara's body slowly.

Mara did not flinch, it made Arthur seem worried.

" Dear why are you?" Arthur pulled out a blanket that wrapped his wife's body. He placed his palm on Mara's forehead.

" Oh my God, Mara's got a fever." Arthur said worriedly.

" Dear wake up!" Arthur patted Mara's cheek.

" Dear wake up! Don't be like this!" Arthur slapped Mara on the cheek again.

Mara opened her eyes, she looked at Arthur with a glare.

" Dear is anyone sick?" Arthur looked at Mara.

Mara shook her head.

" How can you shake your head when your body has a fever like this baby." Arthur kissed Mara on the forehead.

" I'm fine, Mas, I just need a break. You beat me up all night until I ran out of energy." Mara closed her eyes again.

Arthur smiled in light of last night's events. He really beat Mara mercilessly until morning, but he still did it gently.

" I'm sorry!" Said Arthur.

Arthur took off the shirt he was wearing, then he took off the pajamas worn by Mara. He got into the blanket and hugged Mara to do skin to skin. Mara wrapped her hands around Arthur's stomach and sucked her face into Arthur's chest.

" Go back to sleep! It's easy this way to bring down your fever." Arthur said in a nod of his head by Mara.

" What a pity this beautiful wife of Mas, forgive my dear." Said Arthur kissing Mas's forehead.

" It's Diem! I'm going to sleep again, if you keep talking I won't be able to sleep anymore." Mara.

" All right, baby." Said Arthur.

" I want to eat yellow watermelon, do you want to buy it for me?" Mara asked with her eyes closed.

" What will you do now?" Ask Arthur.

" Now only Mas. The buruan buyin!" Mara.

" Well, I'll buy it." Arthur got out of bed.

Arthur immediately picked up the clothes in the closet and put them on.

" Go, baby." Said Arthur kissing Mara's forehead.

Arthur walked towards the door, as he was about to open the door until Mara called him.

" Mad." Oh."

" Yes." Arthur looked at Mara.

" Don't go, I don't think I'm cold anymore." Mara.

" Not really cool anymore? Later if not fulfilled can our children become ileeran Ihoh dear." Said Arthur.

" No longer, I want to hug you." Mara's words made Arthur chuckle.

" All right." Arthur climbed back into the bed and hugged Mara.

Mara closed her eyes again, while Arthur looked up at the sky room while stroking Mara's head.

Bi Ningsih opened the door, Arthur put a finger on his lips to signal his mother not to make a sound. Bi Ningsih nodded her head. He walked with a tray of food in his hand to the table and put his tray up there. He got out of there and shut the door.

Bi Ningsih came back down with a happy smile. Jaka sir who saw it was astonished.

Bi Ningsih sat on the chair next to the dining table.

" Mom just got out of Arthur's room, sir, I feel like Arthur is so happy living with Mara. He looks very in love with Mara Sir. I didn't think Arthur could get what he wanted. If you look at the social status, it is impossible if Arthur can unite with Mara. Even though I knew Arthur loved Mara a long time ago." Bi Ningsih.

Arthur sat on the edge of the bed after putting on his clothes while waiting for Mara. Mara came out of the bathroom.

" Is that the mother who brought you here?" Mara asked, pointing at the table.

" Yes this morning." Sahut Arthur's.

" I'll reheat for lunch." Mara.

Mara sat on the edge of the bed, Arthur kneeling in front of her while stroking her distended stomach.

" What is Papa doing inside? You must be starving because your mom hasn't fed you." Said Arthur.

Arthur kissed Mara's stomach and stroked her again.

" Darling hasn't it been kicking that drum yet?" Arthur looked up at Mara.

" It's Mas, but still weak so not so felt when touched by hand." Mara Sahut.

" Healthy in here baby, Papa can't wait for you to be born. Papa's gonna take you for a walk to the park every morning, baby." Said Arthur talking to the baby in the womb Mara.

" Mom tomorrow if it's seven no, we're USG again yes. I want to know her gender." Mara.

" Mas does not agree that you want to know the gender, dear, if Mas want it let it be a surprise when he was born later. Arthur came out of his room with cold food. Mara looked at her departure with a smile.
