Hope Like an Angel
Yuda

Some people saw us as we were gathering, more precisely in the direction of Judah and his brother. His body was taller and there was a burn over his right eye.

"Commander Leonardo, aren't you wrong to take her to a table with you? Weak doesn't deserve to eat this good." He spoke insultingly to Yuda, his face irritating.

"Take care of your attitude, Azriel. You're at my restaurant, I can easily throw you all out." Leo stood up and replied firmly.

"With all due respect, Commander. I only object to the presence of the Weak near you. I mean, all he did was fail and couldn't achieve pure success." Azriel who turned out to be his name, it was so annoying, there was no end to him bullying his sister. Yuda was seen clenching his hands furiously, his head lowered.

"I know you love him very much, Commander. You're the best Chairman I've ever met. But Weak cannot be praised like this. Look, even he's wearing a white shirt without a suit, that's stupid, right?"

GREPS! With the nimble Judah standing up to strangle Azriel, all the attention centered on us all.

"Yuda!-" Jennifer exclaimed stifled.

But... Yuda's face... He was afraid...?

"Oh? You're strangling me?" Azriel glared, her voice getting heavier and creepy. Yuda's entire body trembled violently, slowly releasing his strangulation. What the hell is going on...?

"Let's go. Commander, I suggest you don't pay for weak food. Let him spend his own money." Azriel takes her friends away, they finally get out. The curious noise and attention that was directed at us slowly began to dissipate, leaving Judah standing with Leo.

"Don't think. Let's eat." Leo patted Yuda on the shoulder, they both sat back down.

Silently, we are still confused as to what happened.

"Yuda?" Raphael lowered his head towards her, asking subtly.

"My brother is like that. I'm sorry, yeah..."

"No! We have to fight it anyway!"

"No, Raphael." Leo dissolved the ambition, raised his hand.

"Why? Do you see how many times he called Judah "Weak"? That's so annoying! Moreover, he is a big brother!"

"Raphela." Yuda.

"Why, Yuda? You have strangled him! Why is it being removed?!" Raphael raised his voice, he was getting stiffer.

"I deserve it. There's a reason Brother behaves like that." He was still down, his face half embarrassed, half sorry. What happened that time...?

"But that story is for another day. I don't want to dissolve this happy atmosphere."

"It's okay, Judah. Come on, let's hear it. You are our sabbath." Jennifer smiled at him.

"really?"

We all nodded. Yuda has helped a lot without realizing it. Report an Arkane raid, weaken Ava's hand, inform Leo's position, and even kill four hundred monsters. I don't mind if I have to hear a story about him.

He took a breath, exhaled it.

"All right..."

We are ready to listen, all attention is on him.

...***...

Six years ago, the weekend, the kids must have waited for one thing. Morning television show.

Azriel and little Yuda are watching a cartoon, about a great ninja fighting a robber.

"Come on! Hit him! Hit the enemy!" Azriel raised her hand in support of his ninja. Yuda was watching happily.

Buk up! The ninja managed to hit two robbers and knocked them unconscious. The rest of them escaped, but with his speed, the ninja managed to capture them all.

"Yes! Ninja is so cool!" He thumbs up on the television.

Whip. TV turned off, Azriel facing Yuda now.

"cool right? That ninja?" He asked cheerfully.

"Yes. Cool, Brother." Yuda smiled sweetly.

Judah was indeed a quiet and gentle child, whereas Azriel was always spirited and determined.

"Oh, jeez! I'm late for futsal! First yes, Yuda!" Azriel looked at the clock on the wall, then rushed to run, hugging Judah first.

Azriel was gone, the duration of her training was about two hours. Judah waited for his brother to help the people, or his father. He's a good boy.

His father came with his catch, he was a hunter.

"Dad! You're back yet?" Yuda, who had been sitting outside the house, stood up and ran to see his father, hugging him tightly.

"Remove your weak hands from my body. I want to clean up." Flinched, Yuda instantly let go of her embrace.

Well, here it is. For some reason, no matter how great Judah's struggle to become stronger, greater, never a single smile was given by his father.

In fact, Judah had been waiting for days for the return of his father, his name was Zask. But, with a pure embrace, Zask scolded him instead. Even calling his hands "weak".

Amazingly, never once did Judah feel weak. Hundreds of times that hurtful word was called, it would not hurt him. Because those words did not come out of the one person he deeply believed in.

During the day, Zask was already sleeping in his room. Judah was still waiting for Azriel, staring out the window of his room enjoying the bright light of the sun.

"Great brother, yes.he is strong physically, his running is fast and his martial skills are cool. She's my role model." Judah said in his heart. This is a normal thing for him. Every time his sister hasn't come home, he daydreams about her, idolizing her.

"Oi, Yuda!" Zask exclaimed from within, Judah rushed to his father's room.

"Y.. Yeah, Dad?"

"Take me a drink." He woke up suddenly, commanding roughly. Yuda immediately ran to get a glass, and filled it almost full of water. Unfortunately, just as he was about to give it, there was Zask's sweaty water that made him slip. Buk up! Yuda fell down, his broken glass pierced a bit into his stomach.

"Aw!" For a nine-year-old child, of course the stab wound is not a joke.

"God! How stupid are you?! Bring a glass with you a lot of flaws!" Zask exited his room, scolding Yuda's drooping body. No matter, he took out a new glass, filling it full. Back to her room, BUK! slam the door shut, lock it.

"Okay, accuse me..." Yuda desperately refrained from shouting. His stomach was pierced by a thick shard, not deep, but sore.

"I'm home!" The sound of Azriel coming from outside and the ball being kicked. He entered cheerfully.

However, looking at Yuda who was enduring the pain, his sister's face turned completely anxious and worried.

"Juda!" He ran over, helping her sit down. Seeing his stab wound, Azriel was confused as to what to do. He is great in physical terms. But treatment and medicine, the reliable Yuda knows it all.

"I... What should I do? Yuda, what should I do?!" He cried out sadly.

"Don't panic, brother.it's just a small wound..." His poor sister smiled softly. Pressing the wound seriously.

Eleven minutes, the wound's been held, the bleeding's stopped, it's washed with clean water and soap, so it's safe. And it was all done by Judah alone.

Now, they both sat on the sofa. Azriel was guarding the sleeping Judah.

"Yuda..." Azriel stroked her sister's snoring head over her thigh.

"Next week, I'm going to the futsal Olympics. I am now eleven years old, I have dreamed about this race for a long time. So, pray I win..." Said smooth. Without him noticing, Yuda had already woken up from earlier, only pretending to be asleep so that he could endure the pain for longer.

"Yes, Brother. May we win." He said in his heart, still closing his eyes.

"Ah, Zahriel." Heavy footsteps came closer, Zask approached the two of them. Yuda pretended to be asleep.

"Dad! You're home yet?"

"Yes. Why are you willing to sacrifice your thighs for Yuda? Your legs are sore after exercising." Zask chuckled, insulting his youngest son.

"It's okay. He was wounded earlier, and treated him alone. I'm just helping out to sweep the bells on the ground." Reply Azriel calmly.

"But, he doesn't deserve such protection. Your feet are more important than hers, Judah is weak."

Yuda was still pretending to be asleep, he tried not to look awake. It's very painful...

"Yuda is not weak, Father. He's smart."

"Oh yeah? That time when I took you out hunting, he was so limp in the woods that you got hurt for sacrificing yourself for him. Don't forget, a while after that you denied yelling for hours about how weak your sister was to your mother until she wasn't strong. That damn woman left us, she should have taken Yuda!" His father cried out loudly, his voice hurting both ears of his son.

At that moment, Yuda finally got depressed. Azriel, whom he trusted so much, once thought he was weak beyond his knowledge.

Yuda's heart was no longer strong, he wanted to be furious, his breathing was heavy. But still thought to be asleep by his Brother and Father, he survived...

At least for now...
