Episode 49: Family Is Not An Important Thing, It's Everything (2)

Bella decides to go inside the house before her father cancels the dinner.

Aiman's father was back to chatting with Abiyan.

"What about your work, all right?" ask Aiman's father.

"Alhamdulillah smoothly sir," replied Abiyan.

"You're still active in the company?"

"Still sir, papih is still active as part of the Board of Commissioners with Amang Ahmad, his brother papih," explained Abiyan.

"What are you doing?"

"Thank God be healthy, sir," replied Abiyan.

"Frank and Mamih send greetings to the Father and Mother."

"If possible, sometime papih and mamih want to meet with the Father and Mother."

Father and mother, it feels not match, but to call father, Abiyan has not dared.

"May, may, I also want to get acquainted with them," Aiman's father said as he nodded his head.

Aiman's father tells about the origin of his family and the family of Mother Alya. It turns out that there are similarities between his family and the Abiyan family.

Mamih Abiyan turned out to have Sundanese blood from his father's side the same as Mother Alya who is also Sundanese.

What distinguishes their families is the origin of the fathers. If the papihnya Abiyan native Batak, Aiman's father is Javanese, precisely from East Java. But his parents had long settled in West Java.

After saying goodbye to Mother Alya and Bella, they immediately left.

After performing the prayers of the magrib and dhikr, Aiman and Abiyan's father decided to wait for the prayer time with other fathers.

"Eh Mr RT, yes sir, how are you?" Abiyan replied as she reached out her hand to shake Mr. RT's hand.

"Alright, Alhamdulillah is always healthy," replied Mr. RT while turning his eyes towards Aiman's father.

Seeing that immediately Abiyan introduced Aiman's father to Mr. RT.

"Deliver you sir, this is Mr. Aiman, Bella's father."

Aiman's father and Mr. RT also introduced themselves, some of the fathers who were there also met.

They then gathered on the terrace of the mosque while chatting.

"Sir RT, In Shaa Allah in the future I will often visit my ex-wife's house," Aiman's father deliberately told this so that in the future there will be no unpleasant rumors for Mother Alya.

"Please sir, this complex is open to guests who want to visit residents here but I hope you understand the rules that apply here" Mr. RT reminded.

"I understand that" Aiman's father replied.

"Hopefully sir, please pray that things will go well" Aiman's father responded.

Abiyan approached and greeted the father.

"Yes Om Galih, I was visiting Bella's house, there happened to be an event today" Abiyan said.

The father who was called Om Galih by Abiyan smiled while the mangosteen.

When Pak Galih's view collided with Aiman's father, Mr. Galih looked surprised.

"Why faith!" he shouted while approaching Aiman's father.

Aiman's father nodded with a faint smile. It was a surprise to meet someone he used to know.

Someone close to someone who once made his life a mess. A really unexpected surprise.

And most likely they will often meet in the future. May this reunion bring good, Father Aiman hoped.

They shook hands and asked each other the news.

Not yet had Pak Galih asked further Aiman's father, a father talking to Abiyan.

"Son Abi, Yea Adzan yea, it is time to pray Isha" he asked Abiyan.

For some reason out of the many people here, this father asked Abiyan who was adhan. Abiyan did not want to think negatively then he would fulfill the request.

Abiyan smiled and nodded her mark willing to do so. Some people seemed hesitant, seeing the appearance of Abiyan who was bule, they did not seem to believe an Abiyan could make a call to the Adhan.

A look of admiration and disbelief was seen after Abiyan proclaimed the Adhan. Yes, Abiyan can do well.

All get ready to pray Isha congregation.

After the prayer, Abiyan approached Pak Galih to say goodbye while apologizing for not being able to stop by Mr. Galih's house.

Abiyan thought that if he stopped by first to say hello would definitely take a long time considering how his wife was.

Mr. Galih did not seem to mind especially Abiyan said there was a family event at Bella's house.

Aiman's father immediately said goodbye to the existing fathers and of course with Mr. Galih.

Mr. Galih was surprised to see Abiyan together with Aiman's father. Wanted to ask but it seemed like they should leave immediately.

It seemed like he had to delay his curiosity, later he would ask Abiyan.
