LET IT!

That afternoon, Jack returned to the apartment. He soon followed his wife upstairs.

“Sayang.!” Call him to Mayang while pushing the doorknob.

“Ya..” replied Mayang.

“Are you ready?” jack asked, he approached his wife who was sitting by the window.

“Aready? Where are we going?” asked Mayang, he forgot. That, Jack had promised to take him to Mayang's parents' house.

“Loh! Where to? Said you wanted to see your dad?”

“Oh, yes. I forgot,” said Mayang while patting his eel.

Mayang immediately prepared, faithfully, Jack waiting for him in the room.

“Udah, sis.. Yuk, we're leaving,”

Mayang and Jack were escorted by some of his men. Immediately rushed to the residence of Mr. Jono.

After traveling for about an hour and a half, it was finally a two-car car. One was driven by Jack himself, and the other was driven by his men, arriving at the Sunday market area not far from Mr. Jono's residence.

Immediately, Mayang got out of the car and ran towards the residence of his parents who looked lonely.

“Sayang.. Don't run!” jack exclaimed, he did not want his wife to fall and get hurt.

Mayang did not listen to Jack's words, he continued to run and after arriving, he immediately knocked on his father's door.

Tok tock..

“Dad.. Is dad home, it's Mayang!” mayang shouted, he shouted impatiently. As for Jack, he only shook his head to see his wife's behavior.

“You guys keep on standby! I don't want anything to happen to my wife!” Jack kept reminding his men, to stay alert.

“Nothing, Sir. We found no sign of Iwan!” answer Erick. He and several members of the Dragon Clan served in the western part of the forest. Joe and Argo, as well as several other members of the Dragon Clan, served on the southern side of the forest. But they haven't come back yet.

“Hopefully, Joe and Argo discover the whereabouts of Iwan,” Dean said. He is very anxious, he is afraid, Jack will go berserk if they do not find the whereabouts of Iwan.

Not long after, Joe and Argo as well as several other members of the Dragon Clan returned. They immediately reported their search results.

“How's Joe, Argo?” ask Dean and Erick at the same time.

“Sorry, we didn't find Iwan. But, we found a sign of the former whereabouts of Iwan. We also searched the area, but did not find it. It seems, his colleagues had already discovered his whereabouts first and took him away from that place,” Joe explained all his conjectures.

“If it's been like this, what should we do?” Dean was getting restless, thinking about the possibility that would happen.

All could only remain silent, no one dared to open their voices. They are afraid of being wrong in speaking, and make the situation even more murky.

“I have to contact Jack immediately, better, he found out earlier than he knew later,” Dean said. He immediately pulled out his phone and called Jack.

Jack was standing behind his wife, in front of Mr. Jono's door. Suddenly reached into his pants pocket, as his phone rang.

“Before awhile baby, I pick up the phone first,” said Jack. He immediately said goodbye to Mayang, to leave for a while from that place.

Jack too, a little away from his place and Mayang together.

“[Hallo.]” replied Jack.

“[Hallo Jack, I want to tell you. That, Iwan's whereabouts were not found,]” explained Dean who was across the phone.

“[What? How could? You're over 100 people, but can't catch one injured person!]”

“[I'm sorry, Jack. We've been down the river and the whole forest area. But Iwan doesn't exist. And chances are, he's been saved by his people,]” Dean explained.

Jack thought, long enough he was silent and weighed. “[Yes already! Leave it alone, but continue to increase alertness. Don't let your guard down!]”

“[Good, Jack!”] sahut Dean across the phone. After that, he ended the call.

“How? What did Mr Jack say?” ask Erick.

“He said, let it go. But, we have to be vigilant. It could have been Iwan and his men coming back to attack at any time,” Dean explained.

While at Jack's place, after he spoke by phone with Dean. He immediately returned to the place where Mayang was.

“Honey, how? Does your father exist?” ask Jack to Mayang. He saw, the door of Mayang's parents' house was not yet open.

“Know, Brother. From earlier there was no answer,” said Mayang.

Suddenly, a middle-aged man carrying a cardboard box on his shoulder, shouted Mayang's name.

“Home..!” call the middle-aged man.
