"Kakeek!!!" Shouted Glorva who realized Jidante was standing not far in front of him.
"How can you call them?" Jidante asked who was still gawking at the fact that the spirit of light was really in front of him, even with a very large number.
"They? What do these fireflies mean?" Glorva made sure.
Hearing Glorva summon a spirit of light called a firefly makes Jiante sculpt in shock, "You? Calling the spirit of light that way?" Surprised Jidante, his whole body was about to soften.
"Even I can't summon the spirit of light' Inner Jidante.
"Spirit light? Is that an amazing thing?" Tanya Glorva made sure with her sparkling eyes.
Ctakk!
Jidante rang Glorva's forehead until he grimaced.
"Huffff, let's sit down and I'll explain" He asked, then he sat on a log with a bonfire in front of him.
The grieving Glorva followed as he rubbed his fisted forehead. The thousands of spirits he summoned also followed, making Jidante sigh almighty the time.
"At least you sent them back first, are you going to keep bringing in thousands of spirits?" He said while massaging his forehead in frustration.
Glorva realized that he also did not know how to return the spirits he had called.
"Anu, I don't know how to return it''S been slow, he scratched his non-itchy head.
"Anu? Is that Anu?" Wonderful Jidante who first heard of this foreign thing.
Glorva was flabbergasted, again he was flabbergasted to bring the language of his previous life.
"No, I'm just saying" She blurted out, "So what should I do?" he continued to shift the conversation.
Jidante let out a slow breath, "I never summoned a spirit of light, even this is the first time I have seen a spirit of light" he explained.
Glorva raised an eyebrow, put on a face of disbelief, "Aren't you a sorcerer? You also have the light element, right?"
Jidante nodded.
"I do have light element magic, but I can only use 10% of it, and my main magic element is dark magic" he explained.
Glorva who listened to the fact felt familiar, "Ah so he is the darkness that is very powerful, he had appeared in the story during the royal war that almost killed Wivon, the crown prince. But doesn't he have a partner? Ah right, her partner was a sorcerer who was dubbed the master of light" Inner Glorva after recalling the contents of the novel she had read.
"So you're the dark one, if I'm not mistaken, was my mother your partner? He's the master of light, right?" Glorva said to make sure, he began to know little by little the puzzle pieces scattered.
Jidante looked at Glorva, suddenly his eyes seemed to be emitting guilt and sadness at once, That's right, I can use a little light element because of your mother, I can use a little light, darkness and light are two things that cannot be combined, but because of your mother, those two magic can be two things that complement each other" he explained, he stared at the dark sky remembering his memories with his genius student, Davia.
"That's right, light will lose its role if there is no darkness, and darkness will forever be dark because there is no light" Glorva said.
"I thought my mother was a great person, I was proud to be born of her" he added, how Jidante who listened to Glorva chuckled.
"Well you do look like him, even more so his original attitude" he chuckled.
"Huh, but why is a person as good as himself able to die in the war huh'' Lirih Glorva that makes Jidante shocked.
Jidante who knows the facts hidden from the world feels very guilty, he is filled with anxiety when Glorva mentions about his mother, Davia.
Seeing Jidante who was just speechless, Glorva tried to melt the atmosphere, I was wrong, he died because he had managed to do his job well, isn't that a cool thing?" Glorva said with a smile on his face, he looked at the spirits of light that flew to illuminate the darkness.
Glorva was also thinking of a way to bring back the spirits he had summoned, "Did I imagine them to be lost enough?" Inwardly, he closed his eyes and tried to imagine the spirits disappearing.
Shortly after, he opened his eyes slowly, "Huff is still flying" he complained when he saw the spirits still roaming around him.
Jidante only observes Glorva's movements, "Had Davia also called upon the spirits of light, but I had forgotten how he returned them" Inner Jidante, but soon he remembered something.
Jidante approached one of the spirits, as he observed, the spirit looked like a very small fairy with glowing wings. Jidante saw the mouth of the spirit moving, but he could not hear it.
"Glorva, try to observe one of the spirits up close" He told him, Glorva immediately did as ordered by Jidante.
Glorva puts one of the spirits in his hand, when observed, the spirit looks like a very small human with long ears.
"I-this is a tinkerbell species? It's funny" Inner Glorva looked at the spirit with sparkling eyes, "I guess they're just ordinary fireflies" he said.
"Our name is not a tinkerbell, we don't know such a creature. And we are also not as weak as fireflies''' Sahut the spirit with a voice that is like a mosquito, but can still be heard by Glorva.
Glorva's eyes were increasingly sparkling to hear the spirit lurking, "Oh my God, you're such a funny creature, you can hear my heart? It was magical" Shouted Glorva ignoring Jidante who was confused to see his behavior.
"You're so weird, aren't you Davia's daughter?" Ask the spirit.
"True, do you know my mother?" Ask Glorva back.
The spirit seemed to be breathing rough. "I don't think you guys are really similar, I'll introduce myself when we're just the two of you later, so we'll go with your permission" said the spirit glancing at Jidante at a glance.
Glorva who understood immediately nodded, "Alright, I'll call you again when we're just the two of us" he said. The spirits nodded and gathered into one before they finally disappeared.
The place that was once bright, is now again covered by darkness.
Glorva came back to Jidante, "So you've succeeded?" Said Jidante who was smiling.
Glorva just nodded and smiled, until he remembered something he had to do.
"Can we teleport?'' Ask Glorva who arrived and made Jidante shocked for the umpteenth time.
"You're sure of the question"
"I know you can, so help me today.'' He said cutting off Jidante's words.
"Nean must be in desperate need of me right now" Her inner grimaced.
Jidante took a deep breath, "I can no longer use teleportation magic" he explained.
"The last time I used this magic was during the war, since then I can no longer activate this magic, nor do I know why" he said.
"Truely, if so, there is no way we will walk this far to go somewhere" Inner Glorva resigned.
"Well, then I'll go to bed first, tomorrow I have to train early" Glorva said with her face, water welled up in her eyelids, she didn't want to be caught crying.
"Sorry Nean, tonight you have to endure the pain yourself, I cannot approach you" Isak Glorva said in his heart.
"I'm useless" he said again as he continued to sob. This night he kept crying in silence while blaming himself for not being able to do anything for Nean.
Jidante who observed in silence also felt a sense of despair in Glorva.
"What does this have to do with George's boy, but it seems he's really serious" Inner Jidante.
