Leo was sitting on a bedside chair, where Devan had been lying weak since he last month. Devan's body began to take care of her compared to when she was healthy. Leo's the only family he's got right now. A family that is not in the sense of blood, but a family that is always present in every situation.

His uncle, Devan's only inbred family only thought of him as a hindrance to having Astra Group. And Devan has fired him from the post of Deputy CEO, for corruption and treason by selling company secrets to rival Astra Group. That's one of the reasons why Leo chose to hide Devan's current situation.

Mama Devan died when Devan was 15 years old. That's what made Devan cool and dirty mouth like now. But, Leo is able to make Devan slowly transform into his old self, even if it is only in Leo.

Then, three years ago his father died following the late wife who he loved so much. Losing a parent for the second time made Devan fall back.

Until the moment Devan met Mia one year ago, her smile had completely returned. A smile that Leo had never seen before.

"Dev, you don't want to wake up?" Leo starts the conversation again, even though only the sound of Devan's life support is always answered.

She was so nervous, because the last time she was with Leo, Mr. Alex is so cynical and sarcastic. He's afraid he can't keep that secret out of his mouth if only Mr. Alex bluffed her just a little.

"Why you?" Arka who had since noticed Mia's movements, realized her strange attitude.

Arka chuckled, running from before Mia and Mia chased after him while giving small blows as she reached Arka.

Until the moment Arka was in the corner of the room Arka heard a whisper in her ear.

"Wake up and meet the woman of your dreams."

Arka turned to her voice, but found no one. Then, the voice came back and continued to repeat.

"Arghhh.." Arka covered her ears.

Mia who saw that panicked.

"Why are you?"

"Hey.." Mia was about to touch Arka's hand but was immediately pushed hard by Arka which made Mia crash far enough.

"aww.. Arka's.." Mia complained of feeling pain in her ass.

Mia was still in her position when she fell, she cried because she could not bear to see Arka who looked so tormented.
