Friend Outrage
65. Kilas Jay

A helicopter landed safely on an island. Its small size makes not many passengers that can be carried by the helicopter. It may be enough for 5 or 6 people. And it looks like the helicopter is not carrying people but rather a food supply for the island.

There were only three people who got off the helicopter. Two of them were pilots and co-pilots who directly took some food supplies into the island. While the other one goes straight to the only resort on the island.

Along the way, everyone who passed by him must have greeted him with great respect. Likewise with him who returned all the greetings with a smile.

"Welcome, Mr. Jay." Respect one of the servants while bowing his body. Jay cleared his throat in response for the maid to stand up straight again.

"Where's the boss?" Ask Jay about Bira's boss.

"As always, sir. He's still in his room." Answer the waiter politely.

"OKAY. But is there any development with the boss' attitude?"

"It seems that there are not many masters when compared to a few days ago since he returned to work."

"Well, thank you for reporting and looking after the boss. You can go."

"Good, sir." The waiter left Jay.

Jay then continued his steps towards the room where Bira was. He slowly opened the door of the room. And after it opened, the first thing he smelled was the smell of alcohol.

The room wasn't so messy. At least there are only bottles of wine scattered which makes the room look messy. The rest is still neat like it has not been occupied by someone.

"Sir, it's Jay." Reveal Jay while closing his nostrils. From the smell of alcohol that he smelled, it can be ascertained that drunk by his boss is not a drink indiscriminately because the smell is really hot.

There was no response from Bira. So in this way, Jay approached the position of Bira who was sitting leaning against the glass wall of his room.

"Am I that bad, Jay?" Tanya Bira asks Jay for his opinion.

"No sir. You don't suck at all. All my life, you've been the greatest person I've ever met." Jay replied sincerely from the bottom of his heart.

Bira does not seem to respond to Jay's answer, either through speech or from body gestures. He just looked straight ahead with an empty mind. A second later, he downed back the wine beside him. He was no longer wearing a glass because it was destroyed when he threw it in any direction.

"Am I really that bad?" Bira asked the same thing again.

Jay's emotions started to flare up. Her tears couldn't bear to come out. But if he does then the situation will not change even worse. So he just threw his breath out violently.

"Sir, you don't suck at all. You are a great man. Do you remember how we met?"

Bira again downed the bottle of Wine.

"We met on the street by accident because I wanted to return your wallet. However, at that time the people who saw it thought I was the one who stole it. Even so easily I'll be taken to the police station by them." Jay breathed for a moment.

"Honestly, I could only leave at that time, sir. I want to return the wallet. But what people say is true. It is true that I wanted to steal your wallet. However, after getting your wallet, my mind told me that what I did was not right. So, I chose to return it, even though it was too late. People immediately speculated I was a thief and executed me and took me to the police station."

Bira did not look at Jay in the least. He only listened to Jay's story while drinking a bottle of wine.

"At that time I was really resigned. My life has always been filled with violence and hardship. I don't know who my parents are. Even to eat I have to steal or do other dirty things. So, it's only natural that I think that prison is the place of my life." It didn't feel like Jay was starting to shed his tears. It was like he was traveling through time where he could feel everything again at this very moment.

"However, you came to bring me a ray of light. It's not just me, sir. Donny and all your subordinates are the ones you've helped, sir. If you weren't around, I might have died in prison and Donny's been wiped out by loan sharks. But you came as a savior, sir. A little man with all his prowess." Jay wiped his tears for a moment.

"Remember what you said to me at the time? Bad people are many. But conscious and willing to act are only those who are really strong. You helped me, even gave me a chance to change. Without you I'm nothing."
