CHAPTER 23: The Coming of Abraham

Elena stroked her queen's stomach slowly. The food in front of her was already depleted by her so Elena was already feeling full by now.

"Have you?" bryan said, still staring at his phone.

Elena looked at the doctor in front of her. Whether the man saw his nod or not because from now on Bryan focused on playing a flat object in his hand.

"We're in your father's room again now" said Bryan, turning off the screen and putting it in his pocket and getting up from his seat.

Elena who saw that then got up. He looked at Bryan who had started walking out of the canteen making him quickly follow the Doctor's steps.

"Dok." call Elena.

Bryan who heard that instantly stopped his steps and turned to look at the girl who called out to him.

"What?"

Elena put on her face. "The food hasn't been paid Doc." Yeah, he remembered that the food hasn't been paid yet but Bryan had already walked out first from this canteen.

"Ck! are you stupid or forgotten? you don't know who owns this hospital?" bryan replied.

"Eh-" Elena forgot that this hospital belonged to Bryan, so that guy shouldn't not be paying for food here?

Bryan gave a small smile looking at the cute expression Elena showed. His smile was barely visible because Bryan was just a small smile. Then after that Bryan turned around to continue his steps toward his goal.

Elena sighed slowly and then walked back to Bryan. He tried to balance his steps like Bryan's legs so that he would not be left behind by the man.

Just a few trips out of the blue Elena felt like someone was calling her from behind.

"Elena!"

Hearing her name being called made Elena stop her steps and turn around to see who called her earlier.

Bryan stopped when he felt the girl beside him stop. He heard a voice calling to Elena so he joined in to look at the origin of the voice.

"Elena!"

Suddenly a handsome man came to Elena and Bryan who was still standing in his place. Bryan's eyes sharply looked at the man with a probing look.

"Sir Wilson?" Elena smiled as she looked at the handsome man who was already right in front of her.

"I was looking for you from yesterday but only now I meet you" said the man who was said to be Wilson.

Bryan was just silent, he still saw the movements of the man in front of him. Although he really wanted to leave this place and take Elena away from the man.

"What are you looking for me?" ask Elena bangtung.

The man in front of him is Wilson Pratama who is none other than the owner of the Restaurant where he worked yesterday. Wilson is a pretty successful young entrepreneur in this city. The branches are quite a lot located in various regions, especially the handsome face makes many women out there want the man.

"I want to apologize for your dismissal, I don't know of any such incident yesterday and I've warned the person who fired you not to dismiss the employee." obviously Wilson was looking at Elena badly.

Elena rounded her mouth. Any problem until his boss is looking for him. "Father sir, I know it was also my fault because I picked up the phone during business hours and left the restaurant anyway."

"No, it's not your fault. I heard you went to see your sick father, right? so it's not your fault" Wilson said back to reinforce that this wasn't Elena's fault.

Elena just smiled. His boss was very good to him during his work there, making him feel a little vibe in his heart when getting the attention of Wilson.

Bryan cursed inwardly when he saw Elena smiling sweetly looking at the man before him.

"As a sign of my apology, I accept you again working at the Restaurant. You want to, right?" continued Wilson.

"Ma"

"He's been working on me so he won't want to go back to work at your restaurant" Bryan held Elena's hand tightly and walked away from there.

Elena rounded her eyes and took a step with Bryan because her hand was held by the Doctor. Elena occasionally glanced at Wilson unhappily then looked back at his path.

Bryan walked at a fast pace making it difficult for Elena to keep up with the man's pace.

Elena was a little upset. What's wrong with this guy? why would you suddenly take her away? he was so bad for his boss.

Until in front of a room Bryan also released his grip from Elena's hand. Then look at the girl.

"I don't allow you to work at that restaurant." Bryan chilled.

Elena frowned. "Why indeed?" this guy should have allowed it, right? if he works quickly, he will pay for his father's treatment and his debts.

Bryan looked at Elena meaningfully for a long time and then turned around to enter the room behind him without a word.

Elena was again irritated by the man's behavior. Why did Bryan often leave her with nothing to say? he was a little curious about the doctor's answer. Elena took a slow breath and immediately entered the room that Bryan had entered. Yeah, that room is his Dimas-Bapak nursery.

Bryan went into the room. Suddenly his steps stopped when he saw this room filled with several people.

Elena who walked behind Bryan again hit the doctor's hard back. He complained of pain in his forehead because of the sudden stop from the person before him.

With annoyance Elena tilted her body and stared at the direction in front of her which made Bryan stop his legs. His eyes twitched when he knew who was in front of him now.

Elena then tightened her body back on Bryan's back, she was afraid of some people's gazes in front of her.

"Mammy? Papa? you guys here?" bryan asked, looking at Abraham and Meldi, what are the two masters doing here? and do you know where Elena's father is being treated in this room?

"The father here wants to look at the candidates for besan" said Abraham with a slanted smile looking at his first child and turned his eyes to the man who lay weak in the gurney of this room.

Dimas smiled. "Why didn't you tell me you actually wanted to get married?"

Elena looked at her Father and walked slowly towards where Dimas was. He feels a little guilty now.

"Sorry Elena sir, Elena doesn't tell you" Elena said when she was next to dimas. If only his father knew why he wanted to marry the doctor, Dimas would not smile like this.

Dimas stroked the cheek of his second son. "Why dear, you know for sure you alluded to, did you say how?" Dimas glanced at Abraham briefly and then looked back at Elena. "Sir Abraham has explained everything, Mr. Restuin your marriage. If Elena is happy you will also be happy." continued Dimas.

Elena's eyes were already teary, actually this was not her will, she was unhappy if she lived like this but how else? for the sake of Mr. Elena will do anything.

Meldi smiled sweetly at her future daughter-in-law. She knew that she was a good girl so she was very supportive of this marriage.

Abraham looked at Bryan who was still standing there and looked at Elena who was beside him.

"You must be prepared." said Abraham with a meaningful view.

Elena took off her embrace from the father and looked at Abraham with a questionable look.

"Prepared?" bryan asked, he knew for sure this Papa was planning something.

From the direction of the door of the room Dimas suddenly entered several people who hold a number of knick knacks in their hands.

"The ruler is on his way now so you please prepare yourself."

Elena and Bryan's eyes were round. What say? a ruler? for what?!
