For two weeks in Medan city of my birth, I always take grandmother for a walk. The two of us also often eat out and visit relatives.
I also invite him, for a vacation to the tourist attractions of Bukit Lawang and to other places. I was very happy to see the look on my grandmother's face that looked very happy when I was with me.
I deliberately spent my money just to make Grandma happy. Cause I don't know when else we'll meet and have fun like this again.
Without notice, time goes by so fast. I accompanied my grandmother for two weeks at her house.
Now comes the time for me to return to the city of Batam. Raising sustenance to meet the needs of the grandmother, father and his two children.
"I'm balek ya, grandma. Take good care of yourself here! Don't eat late, don't forget to take medicine, and don't strain!" tell me to him.
"So grandma there is no phone money I just yes, let me send it later right! If there is any problem, call a neighbor to help grandma!" continue me again.
I say goodbye to Grandma and kiss her on both cheeks. After that, I hugged her old body tightly with tears that wet my cheeks.
This is the moment I hate the most - goodbye. It's hard to part with the person I care about the most in this world.
"Yes, Ndah. You also take good care of yourself in the city of people. Don't do anything that's not there. Do not forget to pray, and take care of your health!" grandma said while returning my embrace.
"Yes, grandma. I will always remember all of Grandma's messages. Yes, that's it, I'm saying yes now, Grandma. Assalamualaikum," my pamit.
"Wa'laikum greetings," replied the grandmother.
I began to stretch my arms, and kissed the back of his hand with reverence. After saying goodbye to my grandmother, I began to step on my feet to get out of my childhood home.
"Be careful on the road, Ndah!" granny squealed while crying and waved her hand at me.
"Yes, Grandma." I replied while replying to her hand.
After the parting with grandmother who was very draining tears ended, I immediately rushed to step towards the rickshaw base which was on the side of the highway.
"Bang, please take you to your Kualan bus terminal! But then we stop first at the Bika Ambon store yes, bang" I asked the rickshawman.
I hurried up to the rickshaw while lifting the suitcase, and placed it beside my seat.
"Okay, brother e." replied the pedicabeer.
The rickshawman started the engine of his vehicle, and slowly drove it to the highway.
Shortly after, the rickshaw I was riding stopped in front of a fairly large shop.
"By the typical of Medan," that is the name written on the banner that is displayed in front of the store.
"Wait a minute, bang!" pinta.
"Yes, brother e." replied the rickshawman.
I immediately entered the store and ordered Bika Ambon as many as four boxes. After finishing paying her bills, I rushed out of the store and walked with quick steps towards the rickshaw.
"Let's go now, bang!" take me.
I went straight up into the rickshaw and placed the Bika Ambon box on my lap.
"Okay, brother e." reply.
The pedicab I was riding drove back to the bus terminal, and five minutes later we arrived at our destination. Arriving at the terminal, I immediately went down and paid the fare while saying...
"Yes equally, brother e." replied the rickshawman.
After receiving the fare, the rickshawman returned to run his vehicle and passed away from before me.
"Ngabarin Haris first, ah! Later forget him if I come home today." murmured me.
"Bang, pick me up at the airport at three o'clock in the afternoon!"
After sending the text message to Haris, I immediately walked into the terminal to buy a ticket. After getting her, I sat in the waiting room with the other bus passengers.
A few minutes later, the driver asked us to get on the bus. All the passengers complied, and began to queue one by one to board the bus including me.
After all the passengers sat neatly in their seats, the driver began to drive his vehicle at moderate speed on the highway.
The journey that took approximately three hours to the airport was also started. I leaned my head against the back of the chair, looking out the window. Soon, sleepiness began to strike my eyes.
I also began to close my eyes, holding tightly to the backpack that was on my lap. Because it was so good sleep me, without feeling the bus I was riding had arrived at Kualanamu airport.
The passengers were back in line to get off the bus, carrying their luggage and belongings, including me.
After getting off the bus, I immediately walked to the departure gate to check in. After passing through several inspection processes and so on, it was his time to wait for departure.
"Bang Haris, I miss you." My inner self sat in the waiting chair.
After a while waiting, calls for passengers to Batam began to be heard.
We all got out of our seats to get back in line and step into the plane.
"Bismilahbornrahmanirrahim, please protect our journey to the destination of O Allah, amen." I pray in my heart.
Shortly after, the plane took off and began flying above the clouds. About an hour or so, the plane we were on landed perfectly at Batam's Hang Nadim airport.
"Alhamdulillah" said my gratitude.
After I got off the plane, I walked straight to the suitcase. And after getting her, I walked back towards the arrival door.
Arriving outside the airport, I immediately picked up the phone from inside the bag to contact Haris.
"Hello, assalamualaikum, bang." Greetings.
"Wa'laikum salam, where are you, Ndah?" ask Haris.
"I'm standing at the door of arrival, bang." I replied.
"Okay, you're there now!" balas Haris's.
"Yes, bang." I replied.
I closed the call, and put the phone back in the backpack that was on my shoulder. It didn't take long, and Haris came to me.
Without hesitation or embarrassment, I immediately hugged Haris body in front of the crowd.
"I miss, bang." I said while releasing my embrace from Haris' body.
