For Kahiyang

For Kahiyang
63: Keeping the Promise

Six months have passed. Kahiyang and Satria really live their lives. Kahiyang focuses on his final semester, while Satria is busy with the foundation and also takes care of Hanna.

"Papa was a surprise for Hanna" Satria said, landing her ass in a poolside lounge chair. Hanna back to training her legs regularly by swimming with a coach.

"What surprise is Papa?" hanna asked, holding a towel that covered her body so as not to get cold.

Satria thrust a white envelope, "try Hanna open," he said.

The little girl opened the envelope slowly. "Disneyland, Paris?" hanna asked in surprise.

Satria nodded her head, smiling. Hanna screams happily. His desire to vacation at Disneyland soon materialized.

"Thank you, Papa," slammed into a hug, smirking Satria's cheek. For the first time Hanna looks so happy, after the incident two months ago.

"It's also London, isn't it, Papa?" hanna asked to confirm Satria's promise first. The promise Hanna always remembered.

Satria flinched, again remembering her promise. 'Is he going to meet?' ask Satria in her heart.

The girl he loved seemed to disappear in the earth. Her phone number is inactive. Satria tried to ask Bitna, but was refused. Satria has completely lost Kahiyang since her last encounter in the hotel lobby.

"Papa will try. May he meet us" said Satria, his tone sounding weak. Satria is not sure if she can meet Kahiyang.

"Make sure you want, Papa. Later Hanna who talked with her beautiful sister," said Hanna reassured her father.

Satria hugs Hanna, kissing the top of the head. His expectations were as great as Hanna's. Kahiyang words that he used to remember 'If you want to come to me, I hope your problem is over'. Satria held the greeting until the time came.

After giving his daughter a surprise, Satria rushed back to school. Iren contacted him, giving him news about Bitna who was waiting in the room. Satria asks Bitna to come.

"I'm sorry, it's been a long wait" Satria told Bitna, who was sitting on the sofa. His school uniform is still attached. Day break, making it easier for Bitna to get to the office of the head of the foundation.

"What will it take until you call me to come?" bitna asked, though he knew his true intent and purpose.

"You must have known what I mean," - breathing out - "for the last time, I want to ask and ask a little for your help" Satria said.

"What help?" ask Bitna.

"May I know Kahiyang's address in London?" ask Satria. Bitna was silent, thinking for a moment.

"But ..." Bitna's not done talking, Satria interrupted.

"My daughter wants to meet" he said. Bitna was silent.

"I want to help, but you don't tell me that I gave the full address" said Bitna.

"I promise. I won't say anything to Kahiyang" he promised. Satria only wants to grant her daughter Hanna's wish.

"Well," Bitna wrote down Kahiyang's full address in London, then handed it over to Satria.

"Thank you for the help" said Satria. The owner of the foundation developed his smile, feeling happy. They will meet soon.

Finished giving Satria the information, Bitna returned to the class. There is a sense of sympathy and also the sincerity of Satria's love that makes Bitna melt. Bitna hopes her brother Kahiyang gets his best mate.

"If you can, morning flight from Paris" Satria told Iren.

"Okay, sir," Iren replied, then rushed out of the room.

Satria opened her phone screen. The photos of Kahiyang and Hanna are plastered as wallpaper on the screen. The photo he had taken when Hanna studied painting in the hospital.

That smile, that ayu face always filled his mind. Satria remembers very well for the first time he was fascinated and began to be interested in Kahiyang.

Her gentle attitude towards Hanna, her patience taught her daughter and it was as easy as Kahiyang familiarized herself. Satria.

Indeed his admiration is not wrong, all deserve to admire and also fall in love. But the desire to have that becomes wrong. Satria positioned Kahiyang to be the third person in his household. People will assume no good with him and Kahiyang. In spite of the fact, Ingrid committed the affair first.

The awaited day arrives. Satria and Hanna will fly tonight to Paris. He fulfilled his promise as a father.

Hanna's legs are healed and better than before, making Satria steady take her daughter on vacation.

"Hanna is very happy to be able to vacation with Papa," he said sitting next to Satria in the business class of the famous airline of the country.

"Papa also seneng can realize the wishes of Papa's daughter," Satria replied, stroking the top of Hanna's head.

"Papa ..." cried Hanna.

"Look, baby" replied Satria. Waiting for his daughter to speak.

"Because we're on vacation together, can Papa take our beautiful sister on vacation with us?" hanna asked softly, her eyes wailing.

Satria finds out Hanna's question. To come to London alone, Satria still hesitated. But his daughter asks to take Kahiyang on vacation together in Paris.

Breath sounds, "sorry baby. Papa can't. Kahiyang must be busy in college. We can't bother him. No papa, we're on vacation alone? After that, Papa promised to take Hanna to London. Meet Kahiyang's sister," persuaded Satria gently. Satria does not want to make Hanna's heart disappointed when the two of them will enjoy the holiday.

Hanna lowered her head. Satria crouched down in front of her daughter. "Don't be sad. Papa will make this holiday more exciting. We'll try all the places in Disneyland" Satria said, hugging her daughter.

"Yes, Papa. Thank you," Hanna returned Satria's embrace. Relieved, his daughter was not disappointed. Hanna is very understanding.

Direct flights from Indonesia to Paris take approximately 17 hours and 15 minutes. A pretty exhausting journey. Luckily Hanna didn't complain as much and fussy as she used to. The last time I went to America was with Ingrid when Hanna was two years old and they were very troubled.

Satria pushes a trolley containing two large suitcases and Hanna's backpack. They arrived on time at Charles de Gaulle airport. And for the first time Satria set foot again in the country after a dozen years ago when he was a teenager with his extended family.

Paris has fond memories for Satria. Memories he always remembered and ever poured on the canvas. Two years ago, Satria gave the painting to an art gallery in London.

"Thank you for the painting. We'll put on display at an art exhibition every year at the beginning of the year" the gallery's London staff said.

"I hope for information my data is not known to anyone. I just want to share my memories with everyone" Satria said.

"good. I'll keep it tight" he replied.
