For Kahiyang

For Kahiyang
48: The Meeting of Two Men (I)

Satria is back to her routine as before. He refocused on the foundation. For two months all the work and affairs he left to Iren. Satria's return brings a breath of fresh air to Iren. The complexity and fatigue of taking care of everything by itself is enough.

"Where's the vacation, sir?" asked Iren with the intention of insinuating.

"I should take a year off, let you be happy," Satria replied to Iren's insinuation and laughed.

"Ah, I could have," replied Iren.

"Where's my schedule?" satria asked after taking off her coat and hanging it on the standing hanger.

"This is sir," - offering tablets - "the father's schedule for one week" Iren continued.

Satria checked the score and remembered Kahiyang.

"Tomorrow at noon, there was a meeting with Mr. Aldric from the British Embassy. It's a contemporary art exhibition next month" Iren said.

"We'll meet at the fair?" Satria monologues in her heart.

Exhibition by Kahiyang and his team. Satria just remembered about it.

"Sir! How silent? Father can't come? Or do I send a foundation representative to tomorrow's meeting?" asked Iren, seeing the leader was silent and daydreaming.

"Huh?? No, no need. Let me just," - be aware - "Yes already, please prepare me some milk coffee!" abugn.

"Well, sir," Iren replied and resigned.

Satria was standing facing a large glass window, looking towards the parking lot during her first meeting with Kahiyang a few months ago. A pretty tough first meeting. There was only a fight at the time.

"Really, I can't forget you. I was so stupid back then." he muttered.

Iren went back into the room, putting down the milk coffee cup Saru that Satria had asked for earlier.

"Sir, remind for Saturday tomorrow there is a Market Day event at Senior High. You are asked to come to give a welcome as well as open the event," said Iren.

"OKAY. Yes, I ate out this afternoon. You don't have to prepare food for me" Satria said.

"Alright, sir," Iren replied, nodding and exiting the room.

Satria sipped her coffee slowly. Then focus starts his work that piles up a little.

Kahiyang sits alone in a coffee shop. He silently watched the people passing by that afternoon. Kahiyang just finished Curatorial class. Where the class studies science, knowledge and understanding of curator and curation work.

Next month the task of the Curatorial class will be held in Indonesia. Kahiyang and his team will fly to Indonesia. His meeting with Satria which he was currently thinking about. Kahiyang knows very well that Satria is one of the promoters of his art exhibition with the team.

"May we not meet. I won't be able to meet you. I'm ashamed of my situation" murmured Kahiyang.

Although Satria does not know the truth, Kahiyang still feels unable to meet with her ex-lover. Kahiyang is afraid to make mistakes in his art exhibition later.

Kahiyang opened the notebook. An empty page opened and he began sketching lovers sitting on a bench outside the coffee shop.

"They seem to love each other and fall in love. Hopefully forever," he said as he continued to move the pencil and looked back and forth at the pair of lovers.

Lastly, he dissolved the initials of the name in his sketch. Kahiyang plans to give the sketch to the model in the picture.

"Finish," Kahiyang said, completing the sketch.

Kahiyang got up, put on his bag and hat and went out of the store.

"This is for you," - put the sketches down - "hopefully happy always," Kahiyang continued, then left.

The couple were surprised and happy to see themselves in such a beautiful painting. They say their gratitude. Kahiyang smiled then waved, leaving the coffee shop. Kahiyang returned to campus for his next course.

It was a pretty hot day in Jakarta. Satria drove her car to one of the restaurants in the Mall. Satria plans to buy a batik shirt for Market Day on Saturday.

Satria ordered a set of Sakura negri food. He sat alone facing the inside of the Mall. The figure of the Earth is visible from his view. And a very coincidental moment happened. The earth went into the same restaurant. Satria could not escape observing the Earth until their gazes clashed with each other.

"Self" answered Satria.

"Can join?" ask Earth.

"Please" answered Satria, allowing the Earth to sit before him.

Satria saw a ring that was circular on the ring finger of the Earth. "Ehem," Satria cleared her throat. "I ate first" Satria said after the waitress placed her order on the table.

"Ah yes, please," said Bumi.

"Mba, I also ordered the same menu," he asked the waiter.

"Good, sir."

The earth reached into his mobile phone vibrating in his pants pocket.

"Hello, noon doc," she said.

"............."

"I'm having lunch, doc," replied Bumi.

"............."

"Good, doc. After lunch, I went straight to the doctor's office" replied Earth again.

The call is over. Earth put her phone back in. Satria remained silent, focused on the food before her.

"How's your daughter doing?" ask Earth to Satria. Earth still remembers the accident Hanna had a few months ago.

"good. It's better" replied Satria.

"Thank God" said the Earth.

"Thank you for the attention" said Satria.

They fell silent again. The earth waited for the food to come, while Satria was still focused on spending her lunch.

As Satria knows, Bumi is Kahiyang's current husband. But reality is different. Bumi is not married to Kahiyang and he knows very well if Satria still has a taste for his ex-wife.

"What about your home?" celeukan Bumi successfully stopped the movement of Satria's hand that was reaching tempura.

"You mean?" ask Satria.

"It's not important. Just just asking. Not answered nor does it matter" said Bumi.

"We're doing fine. You don't have to worry. I won't take anyone's wife" Satria said in a slender tone.

"Wife people?" earth Mumm. He believes that Satria does not know about the void marriage.

"Goodoo. So none of us had Kahiyang" Bumi said in her heart.

"I'm done. Excuse me," said the. Suddenly Satria got up and went to the cashier.

Earth smiled broadly at how upset Satria was.

"Make one bill my bill and that person," - pointing to Earth - "I paid!" satria said with great emphasis.

"Okay, sir," replied the female cashier. His hands actively counted the order quantities of Satria and Earth.

Satria finished paying for her lunch then went to the famous batik outlet. He tried out some long-sleeved batik shirts in black, brown and blue dongker.

"You don't have to pay for my lunch" Bumi said. He was already standing right in front of the locker room door when Satria finished trying on the batik shirt in the tentengan.

Earth held a red banknote of three sheets and he put it in the pocket of Satria's shirt. After that, Earth went.
