Chapter 21: Clarification

Rachel's eyes were badly swollen, she kept crying all night after hearing the painful remarks from Alfa yesterday. Heart hurts! Damn, Rachel was only used as an impingement when she actually liked the stupid man named Alfa sincerely.

"Hey?" greet Maudy awkwardly.

Maudy can see the rigid movements of the girl in front of her, it certainly makes Maudy realize that Rachel is uncomfortable with her existence.

"Sorry, I just want to straighten out one thing."

Maudy let go of her clasping hands, the girl gently wagging her hair while raising her hand. The sound of claps emanating from Maudy made all the students in the parking lot focus on them. The students were curious about what drama would happen next.

Slowly everyone lined up to form a round row, surrounding Maudy and Rachel who had widened their eyes. Rachel was still digesting the events that were now happening before her.

Alfa immediately dashed lightning towards the center, her hand grabbing Maudy's shoulder making the girl stare at Alfa completely and turn her back to Rachel.

Maudy smiled obliquely, immediately lowering Alfa's hand and holding her chest.

Alfa looked confusedly at Maudy who was now walking away from her.
