Heart and mind are not in line
At nightfall Lisa calls Riefky first. "Hallo brother what does all this mean? Why do you come with your parents even talk about engagement even about marriage. Didn't I tell you that our relationship ended two weeks ago." Lisa asked without further ado.
"Lisa I'll keep marrying you, I'll take responsibility for what I've done. Our parents are happy with our relationship Lisa." - Riefky.
"I don't want to marry you sister, I beg you to cancel our engagement plans" Lisa replied lyingly, deep down in her heart, Lisa still desperately wants to marry the man she loves.
"Lisa I'm still getting married to you, isn't Mama Rose very happy we're getting engaged next week, Mama Rose told me not to cancel my intention of wanting to marry you no matter what happens up ahead." Riefky.
"Give up, sister, I'm tired" Lisa said and decided on her call.
"Sister Riefky why are you still in my heart even though you've hurt me, why can't I hate you yet when we haven't seen each other for so long and I miss you so much" Lisa said.
Lisa really misses Riefky, somehow the incident two weeks ago is so easily forgotten by Lisa because Lisa does not want to remember the incident back. Talking about her mother who turned out to be so enthusiastic about welcoming the engagement event that will be held in a few days again makes Lisa give up to pretend to refuse everything. Lisa is happy that finally her hope to be with Riefky finds a way and does not feel that everything will be realized.
When Lisa was thinking about how she would become Riefky's wife later on, her mind suddenly collapsed when the door to her room was knocked by someone.
"Who?" ask Lisa to stand up from her bed.
Someone entered with a bouquet of flowers and a box of small gifts, it turns out he is Riefky.
"Well what else are you here, brother?" ask Lisa sokambek.
"I'm here to mend our relationship and apologize to you again" Riefky replied.
Lisa thought for a long time, her heart felt happy when she saw the way sweet Riefky apologized to Lisa, while her mind wanted to reject Riefky's apology and reject her proposal. Sometimes the mind and heart are not in line in determining feelings in a person.
"I forgive you sister and will accept your proposal again" Lisa said, choosing to follow her heart and accepting Riefky's gift with joy. "Wake up sister, don't be like that later you will ache yourself." continued Lisa.
Riefky immediately stood up and hugged Lisa very tightly. Lisa's heart dag dig dug like to jump out. "Sweet thank you for forgiving me. I love you so much" Riefky said.
"Have let go of me sister, I can't breathe if you hold me so tightly" Lisa said.
"Hemm sorry I love I miss you so much for not seeing you for so long" Riefky said as she let go of her embrace.
"Why can you let your sister into my room?" ask Lisa curious.
"So I told Mama Rose that you and I were having a problem and I asked her for permission to let me into her daughter's room to apologize." riefky replied with a happy smile because her heart was relieved to have received an apology from Lisa who he had hurt.
"Oh so yasudah let's chat under aja brother with Mama" said Lisa invites Riefky to chat in the living room.
Lisa and Riefky are getting along again, Lisa has opened the door as sorry as possible for Riefky and will start everything back to the beginning. The two of them chatted cheerfully in the living room accompanied by Mama Rose who was very happy to see both of them getting along again.
