Derry fell unconscious before getting on the bed, Lisa looked panicked and ran over to Derry.

The time is 06:00 in the morning. When Lisa is so anxious about Derry's condition, Lisa's phone suddenly rings, Lisa takes the phone from her bag, which calls Riefky.

"Why did Riefky call me this morning? I have to ask her for help" Lisa said, raising a call from Riefky.

"Hallo brother can I ask you a favor?" asked Lisa without making small talk because she was so anxious about Derry's condition.

"Seek what's Lisa for help? Why does your voice sound like a panicked person?" riefky asked across the street.

"My friend's brother is unconscious, can you please call the doctor to come to Apartment The E 25th floor on this floor there is only one room, I beg your help brother." lisa said to ask Riefky for help.

"OK you wait for me and my personal doctor to come there, please don't panic calm yourself. I hung up." replied Riefky and closed the call.

Turns out Riefky lived in The E Apartment as well. After hanging up the phone from Lisa, he immediately contacted his personal doctor who lived in the same apartment to go up to the 25th floor and wait for Riefky in front of the elevator to get in together.

As Riefky exited the elevator, a handsome man dressed in casual clothing did not look like a doctor waiting across the elevator door, and he was Andreas' doctor.

"Not wearing national clothes?" riefky asked Dr. Andrew.

"It's Sunday, I'm off, but because of a sudden call so I went upstairs without changing" replied Dr. Andreas.

"Oh, let's follow me Doctor Andreas." take Riefky along while walking to find the room Lisa was referring to.

Riefky and Doctor Andreas had the same thoughts, they were amazed by the luxury of being on the 25th floor of the apartment they lived in as well, completely different from the other floors. After walking quite far from the elevator they finally found the only door that was on the floor of this apartment. Riefky rang the bell repeatedly, finally the door was opened by Lisa.

"Let's go in Riefky, let's get the doctor to help my friend who fainted." Lisa asked them who had just arrived.

"What really happened to Lisa, why are there so many broken glass? Who is Lisa here with and why is she even in this apartment?" riefky asked in his heart.

Doctor Andreas approaches a man lying on the floor beside the bed and asks Riefky for help to move the man into bed.

"Kiki let's help me lift him up on the bed" said Dr. Andreas.

Riefky was confused and could not help but ask Lisa. "Who is this man?" riefky asked as she lifted Derry's body and laid him on the bed.

"Let me tell you yes brother, now please brother Derry first let me quickly realize" said Lisa who felt guilty about Derry's current condition.

"Oh this man is named Derry, it seems like the two of them have a special relationship." Riefky said.

Riefky understood Lisa's current condition, not wanting to force Lisa to explain it right now. Riefky looked at Doctor Andreas who was checking on Derry's body condition.

"My lady please have permission to take this Master to Hospital E for further examination with a specialist in anatomical pathology" said Dr. Andreas.

"What happened to Derry Doc? What's sick Derry? Why take him to a specialist?" lisa asked worriedly and shed tears.

"Let the doctor at Hospital E explain it to Miss after more intense examination of the patient. Miss please be patient and do not stress ya." said Andreas calm Lisa who looks anxious.

"Doctor Andreas when you didn't know what he was sick of?" riefky asked with a cynical smile to Andreas, who was also Riefky's best friend during High School.

"When viewed from the condition of this Master's body, it looks like he has cancer. But let's be clear we should hear from a specialist later ya." said Doctor Andreas and immediately call the ambulance to pick up Derry and take him to Hospital E.

Lisa is shocked to hear Andreas' explanation, but is even more devastated and blames herself. Riefky hugged Lisa trying to calm her down.

"Don't cry anymore Lisa, Derry will be fine, later we follow her to the hospital huh" said Riefky.

After a few minutes the ambulance arrived at The E's apartment, paramedics headed to Derry's room and carried him into the ambulance. The ambulance driver drove up his car and rang the siren.

Arriving at Hospital E Derry immediately taken to the Emergency Installation to be examined more intensely by a specialist.

Riefky and Lisa, who had been following the ambulance from behind, reached the hospital and saw Derry being pushed by paramedics into the Emergency Room. Lisa was still crying, she was afraid something might happen to Derry.

"Lisa I don't want you to constantly cry rich gini. I want to take you somewhere so you don't feel sad anymore, you want to?" riefky asked her to relieve Lisa's sadness while wiping away Lisa's tears.

"Where? What about Derry's sister?" ask Lisa who still wants to be in the hospital to wait for Derry to wake up.

"Consecret. There is a doctor who handles Derry, there is also a nurse who is ready to stand guard for 24 hours for Derry. Later if Derry's aware I'll ask Andreas' doctor to call me right away. How's it?" ask Riefky.

"Yes already I want my sister, but what about my appearance, I went home first yes to change clothes because I did not bring a change of clothes" said Lisa.

"You're coming with me, we're going to the Sahara boutique to change your clothes, will you?" riefky asked while holding Lisa's hands.

"How many total legs?" ask Lisa at the cashier.

"It has been paid by Mr. Riefky, Miss." replied the cashier with a smile.

Lisa approaches Riefky and pinches Riefky's stomach until Riefky recovers the pain.

"Kok I pinched the hell was I wrong?" riefky asked as she stroked the stomach pinched by Lisa earlier. "Let's go, you look beautiful. Riska Thank you for dressing my girl well." said Riefky and passed away leaving the boutique by embracing Lisa's waist.
