Fighting with shadows

The entire Yun Empire was in a panic when there was a tremor on the ground, plus there were several large mountains that also erupted along with the tremors of the ground.

But the panicked residents were unable to run and get out of the city or village they lived in because the shadow of Ho Chen had installed a protective shield for them.

The Magic Queen unleashed the power of the dark circles that were at the back of her head. The black circle turned into a gigantic palm and captured Ho Chen's body.

"Hows it? Are you still able to escape from the clutches of my black magic hand?" said the Magic Queen while clasping her palm with a wide smile.

"I admit you are stronger than I thought, even your strength exceeds Hanzi's," the Magic Queen said.

Ho Chen himself did not reply he only smiled coldly while staring at the Magic Queen who looked very proud of having managed to grasp Ho Chen's body with her dark circle magic.

The Magic Queen clasped her hands tighter, the dark circle magic could be controlled with her hands. The Magic Queen intended to crush Ho Chen's body with a single squeeze.

"Gurgh!!"

Ho Chen shouted loudly after his body was squeezed very tightly by the black circle Magic before finally staying still with the body not moving anymore.

"Chen..!"

Everyone shouted out to call Ho Chen who looked dead grasped the Magic Dark circle of the Magic Queen, even Qiao Lin shouted louder than all of them.

The generals and the soldiers only gulped at the horrifying sight, they could not imagine that those who were squeezed by the Dark Circle would have their bones crushed.

"The..!" Qiao Lin intended to break through the protective shield that Ho Chen had made, yet he was unsuccessful.

Qiao Ho himself tried to calm Qiao Lin down, while Feng Ying, Wang Dunrui, Hanzi and the six energy shards tried to destroy the energy in order to get out and help Ho Chen.

Actually Feng Ying, Ming Hao and Hanzi could move places, but the shields created by Ho Chen really could not they break through even with space-time magic though.

When everyone thought that Ho Chen was dead, suddenly Ho Chen's body which was still grasped by the Dark Circle turned into white smoke and then disappeared.

"Eh.! What's going on?" Wang Dunrui was startled after seeing Ho Chen's body disappear, as well as the Magic Queen.

"Where is he? Is he dead?" The Magic Queen was puzzled as she tried to find Ho Chen's whereabouts but did not find him either, before she finally saw Ho Chen sitting cross-legged on the palace roof.

"You...?!" The Magic Queen looked extremely furious, she was already convinced that Ho Chen was dead with the condition of the shattered bones. But in fact Ho Chen was still sitting casually staring at him with a flat face.

"Lin'er calm yourself down! Chen'er is still fine, Look!" said Qiao Ho pointing to the roof of the palace where Ho Chen was sitting cross-legged.

Qiao Lin turned his head up and saw Ho Chen who turned out to be fine, even like not fighting at all.

Feng Ying, Hanzi, Wang Dunrui and all of them also turned their heads, they were confused as well as breathing a sigh of relief after seeing Ho Chen was still fine.

"You almost made my old heart want to take Chen'er off!" muttered Feng Ying.

Ho Chen then got up and moved his back, he looked like he had been sitting there for so long that he straightened all his bones.

"Are you done? Defeating one of my shadows makes me tired of waiting" said Ho Chen, although he spoke slowly, but his voice was heard throughout Anming city.

"Shadows? Since when?!" The Magic Queen frowned she was completely at a loss for words. The Magic Queen did not expect that from the start she had only fought with Ho Chen's shadow thus upsetting him.

Not only was the Magic Queen shocked, even Wang Dunrui was also shocked. He did not expect that Ho Chen's shadow alone was already able to compensate the Magic Queen who had joined the eight strongest demons, even he was not sure he could compensate.

"Well, it's my turn!" said Ho Chen then soared into the air and released all of his energy.

After that appeared a white light in the shape of a circle behind his head and saw five different lights forming like the tip of a very pointed spear standing on each edge of the circle.

The energy released by Ho Chen made everyone shocked, even the Magic Queen was pushed back by the energy waves belonging to Ho Chen, and the shield protecting them started to look cracked.
