By Water Level, it might be Early Earth Level 3 to Peak Sky Level 1. And the last one was Fire Level , probably Early Heaven Level 2 to peak 4.

The possibility that the Higher Level meant was the Natural Level. That means the strongest swordsman here is a Fire Level swordsman, or Sky Level." Thought Ho Chen who began to understand the power of the world he came to.

Tio Bai swung his long machete at the soldiers who were trying to defend with their shields, in one swing, some of the soldiers who were trying to defend were thrown backwards crashing into his comrades who were behind, in a single swing, their shields split in two.

Ho Chen looked back at Wu Jian for a moment then turned his head towards Tio Bai and his two companions who were now running towards him.
