Currently the Blood Devil sakte was having a meeting with all the group leaders. The Blood Devils sakte was different from the other sakte, they divided several groups, lookout groups, strategy groups, and assassin groups. The Blood Devil Sakte was led by Wei Heng.

“How now? Do we need to ask for help from the other sakte?" ask one of the group leaders.
