Wretched
"ALPHA!!!"
.......
Herman was still looking at the door of his house even though Aleta had disappeared 10 minutes ago. The man clenched his hands tightly restraining furiously. He could not bear to actually drive Aleta out of there, but it was also all the boy's fault. Let him know how good he has been to give the boy food and shelter all this time.
Vela looked at her husband with a strange look. The woman was inexhaustible with her narrow mind-path. Why should I be expelled? Why should we be violent?
"Mas, you are outrageous," said Vela breaking silently between them.
The aunt, who was behind the master, is now retreating. Actually he was there, watching the lady tormented. Even he saw for himself how Herman had behaved to Aleta since childhood.
"Who do you mean?" ask Herman coldly.
Vela smiled gently to return the coldness of her husband. What does she have to do with this husband?
"Mas, I'm smart enough to understand what I mean."
Herman stared intently at his wife. The real wife is just a mother to Aleta. The wife that made Aleta even more angry with him.
"You have no right to tell me. He's my son, not your son. So, it's up to me to do it!"
There was a pulse of pain when Herman heard the words. Vela's chest is painful. She already regarded Aleta as her own child. But, Herman said as he pleased.
"I'm not her real mother. But I'm a girl too, man. His fragile heart needs to be guarded. I'm the only one you hurt with words just don't feel at home, let alone Aleta you hurt everything."
"I don't know, Mom. What do you want, what do you want? I'll give it up, we'll just get divorced" Vela said in a hoarse voice.
The woman entered her room, as soon as possible packing to leave.
Herman looked at the woman from the front of the room. She did not love the woman, she did not even notice the woman in the slightest, but why was her chest tight when she heard the word divorce from her mouth?
"Stop." Herman went into the room. His hand tightly held Vela's hand, stopping the woman who was busy packing.
Whether there was any encouragement, his hand wiped the tears of the wife. Conscious or not he immediately hugged Vela so tightly. He did not want to lose his wife for the second time. He doesn't want to.
"Don't go. I'm sorry."
......
Aleta walked down the street so slowly. These nights where he goes, he doesn't know. Clearly, his feet chose to stay away from the residential area. He could not go to Aksa's place anymore because it was too close to his house.
Aleta's phone is there, her wallet is there too. But he was reluctant to use both and preferred to keep going.
"Where to? I may not have rented a hotel. Expensive."
"Gue can't go to the house. They can't know."
Aleta's feet finally continued to step and step. Elvan's name flashed in his mind. He is reluctant, but somehow his hand is moved to pick up his phone and contact Elvan.
Tut tut tut tut
The call was connected but not lifted.
Aleta continued her steps. One of his hands was carrying a bag, and the other was still trying to call Elvan.
The girl finally stopped near the bus stop. Maybe he'll get on that bus to save money.
"Thank you, Van. I don't know your house," he murmured.
Finally the bus came, Aleta went straight in without hesitation. His hands are busy calling Elvan. At the third stop, Aleta opted down. The girl felt quite far from her home.
Her tiny legs stepped into a simple food stall nearby. Maybe sticking out her stomach could make herself a little stronger.
"Excuse me, mother" called Aleta to the shop owner.
The shop owner's mother finally came out. "Eh ana cah ayu, let's sit first nduk."
Aleta sat in one of the chairs. He smiled looking at the shop owner's mother.
"You want what pesen?" ask the mother is friendly.
"Fried rice equals iced tea, ma'am."
The mother immediately made Aleta's order. After she matured, she returned and sat down in front of Aleta.
"Well, where's the bag going? It's night already."
Aleta ate her fried rice with a confused feeling, asking herself where she was going. Yes, although this is only after Isya, but it can indeed be said night. And a clock like this would be hard to find a place to spend the night.
"I want to find a contract, ma'am," Aleta replied quietly.
"Girlah, uwes wengi loh. How was it not this afternoon?"
Aleta smiled awkwardly looking at the stall owner's mother. If he knew he was going to be sent off like this, he would have sought a contract and got it by now.
"Pinten, ma'am?"
"Fifteen thousand, nduk," answered the mother.
His feet were moving in an uncertain direction. Just follow where this path will lead him as if there was an end ahead there.
Aleta cried again, she admitted she was wrong for running away and not coming home. But can the father think that Aleta is like this because of it? Can he understand that all this time his attitude has hurt Aleta? Can her father appreciate Aleta's efforts to make herself proud?
No. gabe. The answer cannot be. His father could not possibly appreciate him.
Aleta's feet stopped stepping when she arrived in front of a cafe. His eyes squinted sharply at the figure of a man in front there.
"That's-Elvan, right?" ask him to yourself.
Aleta smiled broadly, for some reason she wanted to ask Elvan for help. He immediately stepped closer. His smile was endlessly expanding.
But, his feet suddenly stiffened. His eyes glared in disbelief. Elvan suddenly hugged the girl who came out of the cafe. Carry him quickly to the car.
As he was about to turn around, Elvan unintentionally stared at Aleta. The guy blinked a few times until he finally realized it was really Aleta.
"Aleta?" muttered.
His feet were trying to get close, he wanted to ask why the girl was carrying such a big bag all those nights?
"Aleta?" I was slow as if I could not believe it.
Aleta only smiled faintly, her eyes starting to look glassy again.
"Where are you? Why-"
"You're leaving. Back to lo again."
Elvan looked at Aleta in disbelief. Was the girl drinking wrong? Why talk like that? If it were true, he would be happy.
"Ta-"
"But not so. There are more girls."
Elvan recalls Megan being in the car with Arkan and Gavin.
"You're wrong pa-"
"So I left," said Aleta, cutting off Elvan's words.
Aleta began to turn around about to step away, but her hand was blocked by Elvan so tightly.
"Don't leave before I explain what happened."
Aleta laughed heartily. Her tears are flowing. What should he listen to? The fact that Elvan is happy with another woman?
"Nothing to explain. Off!" Aleta tried to take off Elvan's check.
"Gue's gonna come off, but it's gonna blow me," asked Elvan gently. His eyes could not stop staring at the puffy and slightly pale Aleta.
"Lo sick, Ta?" Aleta quiet. He had no taste for answering Elvan's question.
Elvan's free hand rubbed his cheek slowly. "Lo cry, why?"
Aleta remained silent. Impregnated the gentle rubbing of Elvan on her cheek. Somehow he felt he would miss what Elvan was doing.
"Detach, Van. I want to go," said Aleta.
Elvan actually took off her clasps, after which she hugged Aleta quickly. He was afraid of losing Aleta for some reason. Maybe because he's going to London?
"Gue will miss you, Ta."
Aleta frowned confusedly, but she also felt that she would miss Elvan. Inevitably, her tears flowed.
"Detach, Van. I want to go" Aleta said again.
"Where are you going?"
"Find the contract, get out!"
Elvan looked at Aleta in disbelief. Doesn't this girl have a pretty big house? Then why look for his contract at night?
"Gue anterin" said Elvan quickly. Then the boy remembered that there was Megan, Arkan, and Gavin in his car.
Aleta saw the doubt in Elvan's eyes. The girl thinks Elvan is worried about the woman in her car.
"Gue himself," said Aleta managed to break away from Elvan.
I don't know what crime Aleta did, but suddenly her body bounced away because the car from behind Elvan just hit her.
