Bella was already inside the ward. He told me that someone they met that night was around the campus. His face was badly hurt. "Seriously she's not here?" asked Bella.

"No Bell. He's not here. Maybe you've seen it wrong" El replied, looking into Bella's eyes.

"I didn't see El wrong. Seriously. I swear, I saw he was the same guy who got out of that car. Perhaps the man was the driver!", Bella explained.

There's no way Sam's here. How did he know I was being treated. But, from Bella's confession, Bella can't be mistaken. Because Bella had already seen and met him at that time! thought El.

"Hi... why even daydream?", said Bella disperse the reverie El.

El rubbed his face slowly. He thought about what Bella had explained. "Sorry Bel, I don't know!".

"I'm pretty sure he was here. And I'm pretty sure he still cares about you!", Bella said.

"But he's not here, Bel. Maybe, he met someone at this college".

Bella shook her head unconvinced. "He's a busy man El. There is no way that there is anything urgent in this camp. He has many men. He can send his men to handle the case in this camp, no need for him to come. Everything must be in order!", explained Bella at length.

There is a truth to what Bella said. He has a son and the clever secretary is amazing. Why did he come to this college? thought El who rubbed his face slowly.

"Dok, I want to ask, the doctor today has checked El how many times as long as El has been aware?", asked Bella who was so curious about the story from El.

"Bella's the kind of person who wants to know, sister. He always asks unimportant things. And that's the speciality of Bella!", obviously El is looking for an excuse so that Saga does not suspect.

Bella smiled awkwardly at the look on Saga's face..

"I've guessed from earlier, if Saga said the same Ma'am. Sorry mbak, it's been a hassle Mama".

"It's okay, El".

"Oh yes Ma'am, how to become a secretary of Kak Saga?", asked El eagerly heard the story from Tamara.

Saga and Olivia entered the ward, before they knocked on the door first.

"Sister Oliv", great-granddaughter El happy. She hugged Olivia in her arms. "I miss my brother!", said El.

"So, I miss you too, El", said Olivia, who had let go of her embrace. "It turns out you could be sick too. Kirain a swordsman can withstand!", tempt Olivia.

"I'm just a regular human, brother. Not a power ranger!", replied El laughing.

Tamara sees the familiarity of El and Olivia like a brother and sister who had not seen each other for a long time. And he did not forget to look at Saga who was beside him.

"When are you here?. Why didn't Saga tell me?", asked El who was annoyed to see Saga who was smiling happily because she managed to play with her feelings.

"Seriously?", asked Olivia in disbelief.

"Well, I have missed the news!", said Olivia jealous to see the closeness of Saga and El who are getting more and more friendly.

"That's all thanks to El, brother. Who has introduced me to Tamara!", replied Saga who did not blink to see the eyes of El are so beautiful.

"Because El knows what's best for you. He was like a Big Brother who was always selective in seeing people from any point of view!".
