In front of the police station. El stopped with an irregular breath. He paused for a moment to take a deep breath. He saw a sign that read a police word. Then he looked to the side and saw a wide glass wall. There are some people who are introgating two people and one of them is.......

Her.

He was talking to one of the policemen who was handling him.

Then the car driven by Ardi came. Ardi rushed inside without seeing himself standing in front of the police station.

El saw Ardi go inside the police station. Without realizing it, someone saw it with a meaningful look. El looked again at the glass wall and Sam, sitting between them, looked at the eyes of El standing in front of the police station. Their eyes meet. El looked in Sam's eyes, he actually wanted to say hello and help in this matter. But, he hesitated to step his foot inside.

Bella who had just come stood behind El. He did not want to interfere in the personal matters between them.

The taxi stopped in front of the police station. He saw El standing in front of the police station immediately get off the taxi car. "Based on the fucking chick!", he said, approaching El and Bella.

El looked back, it was Laura. He walked over to me.

El in pain held her cheek with her right hand.

Bella did not stay silent. He immediately defended El. He stretched out his hands so as not to be hurt by Laura. "What do you mean?. Why did you slap my best friend?", angry Bella.

Laura put on a sly smile and crossed both hands in front of her chest. "This must be you!. I've told you repeatedly to stay away from my fiancee!. But, it seems like my threat means nothing to you!", Laura said angrily.

Bella who heard Laura's confession was shocked. He looked back and loosened both hands. "Do you know El as this woman?" asked Bella.

El was silent withstanding the pain he felt at this moment. His red cheeks showed the cross-section hand because his hand had gone down beside the thigh.

"If you want to live in peace, keep your distance from my fiancee far away. If you need to move now to your home country!", threaten Laura.

"I'm not afraid of your threats, Laura!. I'm here, just worried about him. But, that doesn't mean I still have the same feelings as him!", El said firmly.

"I didn't hear wrong!", said Laura. "Isn't this all because of you, you caused this mess?" said Laura.

"It's not Laura. I was not at the scene!", answered El to defend himself because he was not in the incident.

"Omong empty!", snapped Laura who raised her hand again to prepare to slap El's cheek again.El lowered his head afraid of being hit by a slap again. But, before raising El's cheeked hand, there was someone who held him perfectly. "Stop Laura!", ask Sam.

El was stunned to hear someone's voice. Then he lifted his head to see it.

"It all has nothing to do with this woman!", said Sam shaking Laura's hand violently.

"But baby, am I worried about you?. Could it be that just once you didn't make me like this?", Laura revealed while holding onto a battered facial wound.

"Ok!", replied Sam releasing Laura's hand. Because his whole face was full of wounds. He glimpsed El's right cheek, there was Laura's hand that formed a red color. He gave an ice cube directly into El's hand which was wrapped neatly in a handkerchief. "That's for you so that you don't report Laura on the charge of molestation!", great-granddaughter Sam immediately invited Laura to come inside.

El held onto the ice cube. Chilly. Yes, he felt something change in his heart as well as his own. "Am I wrong if I'm still worried about him?", said El slowly while holding the ice he was holding.

"No El. It is the human heart that still cares about other human beings. Means your heart is still sincere has not turned rigid", said Bella.

On the other hand Sam who was already inside only saw El from the glass wall. He must be able to show El that he is capable without himself.

"Now we go home yuk?. It's night" Bella took El's hand. El just obeyed Bella's step that brought her home.

The Next Day.

El is still lying in bed. He still closed both his eyes.

"El, you didn't go to college?", asked Bella but there was no word from El. It's not usually El like that. He then approached El and slightly shook El's body slowly. Hot, yes the body is very hot. "Geez El, you have a fever!", panic Bella while holding El's forehead. He immediately contacted the doctor who was on duty at the campus. "Hallo Doc, my friend is currently having Dok fever. May I ask to check on my friend?. I was in the room!", explains Bella who immediately turned off her phone after hearing the answer from the doctor. He immediately took a cloth compress with warm water. And put it on El's forehead. "El wake up El!. You must be strong!".

The bell rang from the door, it must have been the doctor. Bella approached the doctor immediately. He opened the door to welcome the doctor and allowed him to examine El.

The doctor came in and checked El. "High heat. We must give the infusion so that the heat can go down!", said the doctor who checked El's condition.

"yes Doc. But, if El is treated here, can Doc?. Without having to go to the hospital?", Bella asked worriedly.

"could. We need to get him to the medical room on campus. In order to get good care!", advised Doctor David because on campus complete facilities provided by the campus.

"Well Doc!", replied Bella.

Doctor David was holding El with all his might. And Bella's in charge of carrying the doctor's bag.

In the health room. El was laid in bed. "There are patients!", David said, giving directions to other doctors. They act quickly and appropriately. Bella is waiting in front of the room.

Bella walked back and forth in front of the door. He was afraid that something might happen to El because El was unconscious. "You're strong El. You must be strong!", he said many times.

Trings... Trings... Trings...

El's phone rang a sign there was a call. Bella holds her phone confused. "Sir Saga. How about this, lift no yes?", said Bella because confused to find what reason. "What matters is not the man who was last night. It seems like a different man!. Her name is different!", said Bella who then picked up the phone. "Hallo?".

Saga was confused by the voice that held up El's phone. He glanced at the phone screen to see the name on the screen. Ellen. Yes, the number that is headed is Ellena's number, but why the sound is different. "Who is this?", asked Saga puzzled.

"Sorry Brother. I'm a friend of El's dorm", replied Bella afraid.

"Then where's El?".

"El is ill and is now being treated at a campus facility!", explains Bella.

"sick!. What pain?", asked Saga, shocked to learn that El was not well. "Then why not take him to the hospital?", he continued.

"Yes already. I will be there soon!", replied Saga who immediately decided on her phone unilaterally.

El received first aid with an infusion. He was lying limp in bed. He called someone's name. "Sam... Sam... Sam...!", call El with eyes still closed.

Doctor David examined El. It turns out that El is rummaging because the effects of fever are too high. After checking on the whole El, he came out of the room to inform Bella.

Saga ran to approach Bella who was pacing in front of the health room. "Where is El?", asked Saga worried about dying.

"He was being examined by a team of doctors. We have to wait for the doctor's decision first!", explains Bella.

David came out of the health room. He saw Saga in front of the room. "Saga".

"David". Say them together. He approached his old friend. "You checked Ellena?", asked Saga.

"Yes. You know El?", asked David back.

"Yes. Her friend. How's he doing?".

"He has a high fever. But we've been giving first aid to El. Hope he gets better soon!", said David.

"Hopefully".

"But?", said David hanging.

"But why?" asked Saga, who was puzzled.

"But he always rants someone's name. He keeps calling her name".

"Who?", asked Saga. He hoped it wasn't Sam's name El called.

"Bush!".

Deg. Saga was stunned at David's reply. He did not expect that El would still name the person who hated him.

"Who is he?. What does this have to do with El being named Sam?", asked David in full search.

"She's Dok's ex-fiance", Bella's dad. "Last night El had a fight with Laura in front of the police station because Sam and one of the bar visitors were arrested by the police. They make a mess in the cafe where I work!", explains Bella.

"Laura. Sam's fiancee?", asked Saga to confirm.

"Yes Brother. Laura thought all this was because of El, so El got a pretty hard slap on her cheek. To the extent that El's cheeks are flushed", Bella continued.

"You mean Sam, Samuel, Ga?" asked David.

"Yes. You are not his personal Doctor?", said Saga sarcas.

who immediately snatched into the room followed by Bella.

"Why do I have to see him again!", said David annoyed who followed them inside.

Saga approaches El's still-covered bed. He sat near the bed. "El..wake up!", said Saga softly.

El blinked his eyes slowly. He saw Saga at the side. "Sak Saga", call El weak.

"We go to the hospital. I'm afraid something happened to you", Saga said softly.

El shook his head weakly. "I'm starting to improve, brother. Brother don't have to worry. I must be strong Brother".

"Sister sure you must be strong!", Sahut Saga gave her spirit. He saw El's right cheek still flushed. He stroked that sick cheek. "It hurts?" he asked.

"Lumayan Kak's. Brother must have heard from Bella huh?", said El weakly.

"I'm sorry El, I've told them all the same!", said Bella.

El looked at Bella weakly. He actually does not want Saga to know the problem last night. Because it will make a bad impact on both of them.

"Why don't you tell the same brother. Brother is worried that you are hurt by them!", said Saga.

El holds Saga's hand making sure that he will be fine with them.

"I'm afraid El, they'll hurt you beyond this. We better go to London soon, so that we don't see them again!", suggested Saga.

El nodded his head signifying agreement if they were to leave the country immediately. Her tears did not feel like they were dripping on their own.
