El rushed into the ER, he had sent a message to Sella, asking for their whereabouts. El sees Sella sitting in the waiting room. He immediately approached his friend. "How is Saga, Sel?", asked El so worriedly.

Sella stood up to welcome El. "The doctor is examining him El" Sella replied. "Then, where is Sam?" asked Sella.

"I had a fight with him. I told her all about her brother's behavior all along. I don't want, if Saga is to blame for the breakup of my engagement with Edwan. I don't want to, Saga got all this, because Saga is not wrong at all. Saga always helps me when I'm hard. And the justification that Brother Edwan has been saying all this is nonsense", El revealed as he sobbed.

Sella hugged her best friend to stay calm. He didn't want El to feel guilty about what happened today.

Mr. Ardi tried to call his boss many times. But the result is nil. He was worried that something would happen to his boss. He then looked for the whereabouts of his boss through his mobile number. And he found a last point his boss was at. He immediately took the car keys and went to the last point his boss was at.

The doctor who handled the Saga came out with the sisters.

Sella and El ask about Saga. "How's Don doing?", asked El.

"It's fine. But there was a big wound that had to be resolved with a small operation" the doctor replied.

"Small operation. What operation is doc?", asked Sella.

"His nose is broken. And we'll take a little surgery" the doctor replied.

Deg. El feels guilty about all this. He immediately ran towards the ER room to see the state of Saga.

Saga was lying on the bed with her eyes open.

El approached Saga with a broken feeling. "Sak Saga!", call El in a raucous voice.

"El... Are you here?", asked Saga.

El nodded his head. Her tears fell on that sweet cheek. "I'm sorry, brother, all this because of me?. Excuse me, brother?", said El, sobbing.

"Stttt... What the hell are you talking about?. I'm all right!. I don't want to see you cry like this El?. Please stop!", said Saga feeling guilty.

Hix... Hix...

"But this is all because of me, brother?. I'm the one who brought Brother into my personal matters. The brother who always helped me even got this treatment from Sam?. This is all unfair Brother!", said El sobbing.

"There's nothing wrong El. Maybe this is just a misunderstanding. You should never blame yourself. We don't know what's going on in the future" said Saga.

"But, if Saga had never met and befriended me here, you would never have gotten into this kind of trouble" El sobbed.

"But if I don't meet you here, what about your own fate?", said Saga.

"I don't know Brother. Maybe my destiny is like this" El bowed down.

"Maybe the way of the Lord should be like this first El. I know one day you will be happy!", said Saga.

"Why do you think about my feelings and my heart?. Why did you never think of yourself, Brother?", asked El not to accept.

"Because I believe God's destiny will never go wrong" Saga replied.

El grew sobbing after hearing the answer from Saga. He did not expect that Saga could say that.

On the other hand Mr. Ardi has arrived at the XXX apartment. He climbed into the elevator and headed to the 8th floor. He can't wait to find out that his boss is doing well. But after arriving in front of Edwan's apartment room, he saw many people crowded there. He rushed to split the crowd. And, deg someone was lying on the floor with fresh blood and battered which was quite severe. "Mas Sammmmmm!", cried Mr. Ardi.

Mr. Ardi immediately invited the apartment waiter to carry Sam to his car.

El is still waiting for Saga faithfully.

"Why aren't you the same Sam?", asked Saga.

"I told Sam Kak everything about this misunderstanding. I don't want you to be burdened with everything" replied El.

"But right now Sam needs you El?. He still has feelings for you. I'm sure he's in a state of frustration", said Saga.

"She said she would never see me again. And I can't force all this either. There might be a lot of people who would get hurt if Sam and I were together. And I don't want that to happen" El said.

"Sister mean?", asked El confused.

"So you said that there might be a lot of people who would get hurt if you and Sam were together?" Saga explained.

"That's reality Brother!", Sahut El.

"And that means you're insinuating me?", said Saga.

"I'm not insinuating Brother. It is true that many people were injured, including both my parents and Sam's own, because of my first failure" El replied.

"And I feel insinuated!", said Saga.

"Can I?. Oh.... Don't-don't Brother still like me?", tempt El with a happy smile.

"Actually yes. But that will not be possible!", replied Saga.

"Why?", asked El curiously.

"Because you already think of as sister Brother himself", answered Saga scrambling El's hair that was neat.

El smiled to hear Saga say something very important to him.

On the other hand Mr. Ardi took her to XXX hospital. The health workers pushed the bed and helped Sam to lie down on the bed.

Health workers immediately pushed into the ER room to perform first aid.

El who is taking care of the papers and signed the files for Kak Saga's operation later.

Mr. Ardi and the health workers pushed and passed through the administration room.

El who was finished immediately went to walk to the operating room because soon the operation will begin. However, before he went to the operating room he looked back because of his premonition saying he wanted to look at the ER room. And there he saw Mr. Ardi running while pushing the bed. "Isn't that Mr. Ardi, Sam's driver?", asked El to himself. He then ran after Mr. Ardi, he did not want anything to happen to his family.

The health workers immediately took him into the ER. Mr. Ardi is forbidden to enter.

Mr. Ardi hit the wall next to him. He didn't want anything to happen to his boss.

"Sir Ardi", call El who is already beside him.

Mr. Ardi immediately looked at the source of the voice. "Mbak El's. Ma'am El why here?", asked Mr. Ardi worried.

"I should have asked Mr. Ardi. Mr. Ardi here what is it?", asked El who was impatiently waiting for an explanation from Mr. Ardi.

"I'm sorry Ma'am. I really don't know what happened to Sam!", said Mr. Ardi scared.

"What does Mr. Ardi mean?. Sam was with me, kept me out of Sam's car", El said.

"I found Sam mas battered in his apartment mas Edwan mbak?" said Mr Ardi.

Deg. El gets a Molotov cocktail, he does not believe that Sam will fight with his brother. "So, who came in was Sam sir?", asked El reassured again.

Mr. Ardi replied by nodding his head.

Hix... Hix... El's cry broke out in front of that ER room. "Should I have been with Sam sir?. Maybe it won't happen like this" El said as he sobbed again.

"Sir, this is not my fault. I will check the cctv in his apartment mas Edwan mbak. I will not stay silent to see Sam mas like this" said Mr. Ardi.

"This must be Brother Edwan sir. Edwan's brother did all this. It's all because of me sir", Sahut El.

"So calm Ma'am?", said Mr. Ardi to calm El's heart.

"I won't stay silent sir. I have to finish this all by myself!", said El immediately rushed away leaving Mr. Ardi.

"Mr.... Ma'am El!", call Mr. Ardi several times.

El continued to walk with emotions that could not be controlled anymore. He was angry with the attitude and behavior of Kak Edwan who arbitrarily asked. He has to solve his problems by himself.
