Marco muttered alone in front of the glass, and tried all the facial expressions on his face.
Michael only let out a long sigh when he saw his brother acting strangely.
Michael calls Jim, asking him for help, so he can accompany Marco in his place, to come to Ella's new book launch event.
“What? Where are you asking me?”
“That's... aaa.. I have to pack the moving goods, talk to the homeowner, and also clear up all my part-time work.”
“Why do you beat around the bush once? Don't make small talk. So, you're asking me to go with Marco, to attend that crazy woman's show?”
“Yes. Such is. Can you?”
“Good. Send me the time and location.”
“Thank you, Jim. You're very nice to me.”
“You prefer me or Marco?”
Michael instantly turns off his phone when Jim asks the stupid question again.
At Jim's place, it looks like he just finished cleaning his fried chicken restaurant.
*TYING*
The sound of bells and doors open, a sign of a customer coming to his shop.
“Welcome to the store..”
Jim's words were interrupted when he saw that Jane was the one who came to the tavern.
Jane and Jim have known each other for a long time, because Michael is Jim's best friend, and Jane comes from the same hometown as Michael when they were children.
“Jane?” greet Jim.
“You open fried chicken shop again?”
“Yes, that's it. Sit first. I'll prepare a drink for you.”
Jane quickly sat on the chair, waiting for Jim to prepare a drink for her.
“You want a beer?”
“No. Don'tdon't. I can't have a beer, because I have to come back this afternoon.”
“Soda?”
“Good. I drink soda only.”
Jim took the soda back in the fridge for Jane, then sat down together in the chair.
“Ya, there you go.”
Jane answered by looking around.
“You will move to another place again?”
Jane asked when she saw the writing of ‘This Store is Rented’ at Jim's diner.
“You already know me, don't you? I've moved around a lot. People who don't like to settle somewhere.”
Jane just smiled and nodded when she heard Jim say that.
Every now and then Jane gulps down the soda Jim gave her in the bottle.
“Omong-by the way, is everything okay?” continued Jane.
“As you can see, Jane. I'm very healthy, and my shop is also running as usual.”
“That's not what I meant, but Michael. How is he doing?”
“Jane. Do you know what? Michael was very sorry. He won't be in a close relationship with anyone.”
Jim sipped a glass containing alcoholic beer until it ran out, then continued his speech.
“Because in the end, he had to move somewhere else. What's the point of a relationship that ends in a year?”
“Why does he keep moving?”
“It's because..”
“Because what?”
“That's all because...”.
Jane was very curious as to what Jim would say. Jim's words were interrupted, because he was drunk because of the alcohol he drank spontaneously.
“Everything because of that damn butterfly!!!!”
Jim poured alcohol into his glass again, then gulped it down until there was nothing left.
“Gosh. Fucking butterfly!”
“Butterfly?” ask Jane to be curious.
Jim had fallen asleep because of the amount of alcohol he consumed. He fell asleep at his own table.
Jane took a deep breath and left Jim asleep.
