Helen Greece took a deep breath.
"And Mrs Brown?"
Dave Hudson said quickly
" I might believe Brown's wife died by suicide. Or believe Brown killed his wife if there was no death of Ian Castella. But the sudden death of Ian Castella is hard to believe. Maybe I can trust Ian Castella to kill himself if there's no death of Gladys Brown and vice versa."
Helen thought for a moment. She said
"Maybe I can help."
And he told me about the porcelain doll that Brown told me about this morning.
Dave said
"Yes as I recall there are indeed ten porcelain dolls. "
Helen thought for a moment and said
"It's too weird to say it's a coincidence. The night we arrived the accusation was leveled. Castella died suddenly from choking. The next morning Gladys Brown died in his sleep."
Dave Hudson grinned and threw his cigarette.
"And then."
Helen said
"And then there was another guest . This Smith is our mysterious guest. "
Helen shuddered in fear. She said
"Brown could only swear. We are the only ones on this island. "
"Maybe Brown lied."
Helen shook her head.
"I don't think so. When the porcelain doll was missing two pieces. He looks scared. So scared I think."
Dave nodded his head. He continued saying
"This morning the boat did not come. According to Brown, the boat should come every morning. I'm sure this is all an order from Mr. Smith. He wanted the island to be isolated from the outside. "
Helen's face turned pale. She said
"This man is cold-blooded and cruel I think."
Dave Hudson said confidently
"Only one is not counted by the Smith."
Helen asked in a curious tone
"What's that?"
Dave said in a triumphant tone.
"The island is not very large. There is no forest to hide in. We'll easily find out where Smith is. "
Helen exhaled. She said
"The man is very dangerous."
Dave just laughed out loud and said.
" dangerous ? Who is afraid of danger. I can definitely catch him."
He was silent for a moment. Then he continued
"Maybe Fraster can help us. Better not tell Miss Cluster. He's very fragile. Mrs Barrent might be able to help us too. Old Hart can't act fast. To Captain Morris I'm a little confused. I doubt we should not have told him this plan. "
Fraster easily agreed to the idea.
"About that porcelain doll is indeed very strange. You don't all think this idea is done with an intermediary like any other case."
"Try to explain what that means."
"Look good, after the accusation made by our host Smith, Castella became frightened and drank poison. Dan Brown was also afraid his wife would talk so he killed her. I think this is all from Smith."
Helen shook her head. He emphasized cyanide and Fraster nodded in agreement.
"Yes that's right. But I wonder where that thing could be in his drink?"
Dave said
"I'm thinking about that. Last night I was pretty sure that Castella drank a few times that night. And among the last three drinks there was a considerable time span. I am sure that the glass on the table is placed close to the window. And I'm sure that window was open that night. Someone could have put the poison in his glass through that open window. "
Fraster asked in a less certain tone.
" Unseen by us ? "
Dave said in a furious tone.
"There was a storm in the dining room. "
Helen said in a soft tone
"Right then we were all arguing, yelling, angry . And busy with each other's thoughts."
Fraster shrugged his shoulders.
Dave pulled something out of his pocket.
"It."
Fraster coughed small.
"Did you always carry that thing ? "
Dave says.
"I always go to dangerous places. So I always carry it. "
"But we also don't whether our targets have complete weaponry. He could have had a knife, a machete and even a firearm. "
Helen smiled amusedly. She said
"Maybe in this case you're mistaken Mr. Fraster. Many murderers remain silent. Waiting for the right time."
Fraster said
"I don't think this one is like that doctor."
Together they surrounded the island. A job that is not too heavy. To the northwest is a quiet beach. In other parts of the island there are no forests so it is easier to find. The three of them were very thorough. Every inch of soil is investigated. They walk towards the rocks and caves. But the cave is not long . It doesn't take long to explore it. There was nothing in that cave.
Then they went down another street and Captain Morris was sitting and looking at the quiet beach. Not a single wave appeared.
He did not care about the presence of the three people.
Fraster thought.
"It seems like he's contemplating something."
He cleared his throat and said.
"It seems like a good place ."
Captain Morris looked over and said
"I'm sorry but I don't want to be disturbed right now."
Fraster said apologetically.
"Sorry we didn't mean to bother you. The three of us had just walked around this island. We intend to find someone who may be hiding on this island."
Captain Morris scowled and said
"You don't understand."
Fraster memihon. He returned the two people who were waiting for him. He's berkats
"I think he's crazy. He can't talk."
Dave asked in a curious tone.
"What did he say?"
Fraster said
"Saying doesn't make sense. He doesn't want to be disturbed."
Helen frowned at the mark she did not understand the meaning at all.
The investigation on the island could be said to be completed. The three of them stood outside and looked towards the sea. There was no boat in sight.
Dave said
"The milk will not come. And soon there'll be a storm."
Fraster said
"What if we make a signal like SOS or smoke. "
Dave said while shaking his head
"It feels like everything's been set."
"How about?"
"How do I know.?"
Fraster looked towards the clear water. She said
"I don't think anyone can come here."
Helen Greece thought for a moment . She said
"feels impossible. The cliff is pretty steep. There's nowhere to hide."
Dave said
"Maybe we can check the corals. Who knows if there's a cave there."
Fraster looked at the sky. The clouds turned black. The wind is getting stronger. He glanced at Helen and said
"What do you think about the doctor?"
Dr. Greece replied
"I'm thinking about Captain Morris. "
