Compared to her twin sister Bella is indeed left behind in a career as a doctor. Zack was always more genius than him. Bella who always hesitates is in stark contrast to Zack who is more certain and confident in determining all things in her life.

"Marco?!"

"Buddy why are you here? what's the need?" zack asked as he pulled Marco's arm to follow him walking out of Bella's office.
"Why are you bothering my sister?" ask Zack with a more serious face, he will not hesitate to beat anyone who bothers Bella even if it is his own good friend.
"I just want to get acquainted with your very beautiful sister" Marco replied briefly.
"Whatchu mean? you already have a wife why are you approaching my sister?!" Zack almost got out of control and grabbed the suit Marco was wearing.
"If I already have a wife, can't I have Doctor Bella? you have a wife yourself but are still in touch with the women in the club" Marco said.
Zack closed his eyes trying to be patient and slowly face the likes of Marco.
"Listen friend, Bella is my patience if you dare to hurt or even bother her I will not hesitate to break the friendship between us"
"Alright, I think today is enough but I can't promise Doctor Zack if I don't go to that beauty anymore. I'm crazy about it!" Marco grinned then walked away leaving Zack who just shook his head inexhaustibly with the behavior of the mafia one.
