Part 10 New Assistants

That afternoon there was a lot of change in Lana Dupont. she began to feel better after Zack invited her to talk a lot and took her to sit in the park together.

Lana is secretly fascinated by Zack's doctor who is kind to her. Besides he feels that Zack's doctor has little resemblance to Jason, the man also looks patiently treating Lana with her condition now.

Somehow Lana felt like she found something new and began to be eager to fight for her to stay healthy and sane.

Finished with the affairs at the hospital Zack rushed to the nightclub to meet his prospective men.he recruited an assistant because he was not free if he had to move alone.

"I'm looking for an assistant who is like Uncle Tim, is there still such a person in this world?" muttered Zack as he put down his drinking glass as a young man stood politely before him.

The man can be said to be physically worthy as Zack's assistant.he also mastered the black belt martial Judo. clearly the young man was good at fighting, he said, but IQ and EQ Zack is not too sure about his assistant.

"What's your name?" ask Zack the guy he's in front of.

"Giovani sir, you can call me Gio"

"Well, Gio, I'll test you before making sure you'll be my assistant, I'll give you your first job"

"Okay, sir, I'm pardoning it"

"I'm investigating a girl with her background, I want you to report everything to me! here's the girl's photo"

Zack hands his phone to Gio, with Gio awkwardly accepting Zack's phone.

"It's two days since tonight" Zack said as he grabbed his phone back and walked away from the club.

There was actually a huge worry that was troubling Zack's mind. A few years ago Zack shot a middle-aged mafia-led man, who had a business in cosmetics that was well-known all over the country. Zack just doesn't want any reality to surprise him, he doesn't want to surmise that Lana is the daughter of the man he used to kill.

Zack's phone rang making him shocked and aware of the daydream. Zack smiled observing Mommy's name on his phone screen.

"Yes momm?"

"Zack anywhere, why is it so hard to call?" mommy Lily's voice was heard on the phone.

"Sorry momm there's a little business"

"Zack don't forget tomorrow night mommy and Daddy are celebrating their anniversary"

Zack patted his forehead slowly, he indeed forgot the anniversary event that had been planned in advance. lately he had a lot of work outside the hospital that took his time.

"My beloved mommy can't possibly forget Zack's big day mommy and Daddy"

"Alright, tomorrow to the house mommy wait for suit fittings"

"Yes mom"

Zack turns off the phone and keeps his phone in his shirt pocket.he drives in his sports car to the apartment to rest.Tomorrow morning he has a patient to deal with.

Upon arrival at Zack's apartment, sitting on the sofa, he threw himself down and looked at the ceiling of the living room, his mind kept spinning the memory where he shot the middle-aged man who was the head of the mafia. somehow Zack felt so sure that Lana was the daughter of the mafia kingpin.

But why would I worry if that girl was indeed the son of the mafia that I had killed? I should be ordinary! after all that girl is also nobody in my life, why am I even worried if Lana even knows the truth?!

Zack squeezes his well-groomed hair, he is not out of thought with his current self, ever since Bella introduced him to the girl in the hospital, zack's mind got a little distracted because he was a lot to find out and curious about Lana Dupont.
