The next day after performing the congregational dawn prayers in the mosque in the hospital area Doctor Hasan invited Arsha and Rezki to exercise around the park there.
"Arsha, Rezki join the jogging papah yuk!" He said while embracing the shoulder of the child and his daughter-in-law.
"Ok Pah." Sahut Arsha and Rezki.
After satisfied exercising the three of them sat down to rest in the long chair in the park while chatting, coincidentally that morning the atmosphere there seemed quiet so they could talk seriously but casually.
"Rezki papah apologize before and after if there are words that offend you." Doctor Hasan started the conversation.
Rezki turned his head towards his in-laws sitting beside him.
"What does Papah want to talk about?" Tanya Rezki expressed her pent-up curiosity since last night.
"Papah and Arsha yesterday asked Dr. Gunawan for permission to check the cctv footage that is around the pool, where the wedding reception Wavi and Lida took place. Doctor Hasan deliberately paused his sentence to find out how the response of his daughter-in-law was.
"Who is that Pah? Is he someone we've known all along?" Cecar Rezki while clenching his hand for trying to dampen his emotions.
"She is the woman who conceived you and brought you into this world." Obviously Doctor Hasan by telling the truth.
"Mama." Call Rezki with his words.
"Therefore we must always beware of him." Doctor Hasan again reminded while rubbing the back of his daughter-in-law.
"Yes Pah." Sahut Rezki as he moved from his seat.
Why do you always try to hurt my wife? What do I have to do to wake you up, Ma? Should I leave Arshi so Mama stops doing it? Rezki asked in his heart."I honestly can't stand Ma!" His mind while staring blankly in front of him.
"Follow Rezki Sha, don't let him do anything." Doctor Hasan's orders by emphasizing his words.
"Good Pah." Arsha nodded her head and followed in her brother-in-law's footsteps.
Rezki kept walking all the way out of the hospital area, his mind drifting somewhere, he felt completely clueless as to what to do for his own mother. His eyes straight ahead with a blank look, Rezki continued to step his feet across the highway that many motorized vehicles pass, until unknowingly there was a car speeding like deliberately wanting to hit him from a distance.
"Rezki watch out!" Shouted Arsha who saw it from behind.
He ran and pushed his brother-in-law's body forward.
Bruck... Rezki crashed into the sidewalk, while Arsha himself was immediately unconscious because he was hit by the car.
"Arshaaaa!" Shouted Rezki when he saw the condition of his brother-in-law who was drenched in blood.
He rushed her to the hospital with the people who were helping her.

Meanwhile, inside the Setiawan family home precisely in his kitchen. Wava was busy helping his in-laws cook breakfast menu, suddenly his hand that was slicing red onions along with sliced knife he held.
Awwww.... He was strangled because blood started dripping from his wound.
"You why Va? I don't think that's the focus?" Khardha asked while looking at the beautiful face of her daughter-in-law.
"I think Arsha's with Rezki Mah, why haven't they both come home yet? Papah has come home from that." Wava replied while looking at his mother-in-law.
"Mamah is also confused why Papah justin they both go that way? What if something happens?" Grunts Khardha while attaching wound plaster to Wava's finger.
Suddenly Doctor Hasan approached the two and told Arsha's condition.
"Arsha got hit by a car! Papah just received a call from the medics who handled him in the ER." He said with hunting breath.
Glass glass glass that Wava had just held drinking warm tea immediately fell in his hand.
"Wav!" Doctor Hasan and Khardha cried simultaneously.
Wava's cry instantly broke out hearing him, his body staggering backwards. Until sitting on the floor while holding his stomach that has been getting bigger.

Arshi was surprised to hear a noise outside her room whose door was slightly open, she should not be allowed to get out of her bed because Pure Doctor told her to bed rest. But because his feeling said that something was wrong with his twin brother he slowly set his foot out towards the source of the sound.
"Why are you Va?" He asked while crouching in front of his best friend and brother-in-law.
"Arsha Shi's accident." Wava answered by pouring into Arshi's arms.
Arshi rubbed Wava's back to give him strength, but he himself could not stem the tears that dripped from the corner of his eyes. Khardha grabbed the child's shoulder and his son-in-law after cleaning the glass shard earlier.
"The three of you stay here first, Papah wants to see Arsha's condition first. Later if there is further development papah will soon notify all of you. Assalamualaikum." Dr. Hasan then stepped out of the house.
"Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh." Lirih Khardha represents her son-in-law.

In front of the door of the emergency room Rezki sat on the chair beside his door, he seemed to bow his head in deep guilt over the accident his brother-in-law had experienced.
"Recki." Call Doctor Hasan while patting him on the shoulder.
Rezki looked up at his father-in-law and said.
"I'm sorry Pah, Arsha got hit by a car for saving me." Speak with her words.
"It's Ki, it's all happened." Doctor Hasan said in his flat tone." Better now you go over Arshi, Wava and Mamah, you clean yourself up." His orders because he saw his daughter-in-law's clothes there was a blood stain on his shirt.
"Good Pah." Rezki nodded his head and moved from his seat.
He stepped his feet up to the top floor in an elevator. Arriving at the entrance of her father-in-law's house, Rezki rang the doorbell.
Ting tong's...The bell rang Khardha opened the door from the inside.
"Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh." Khardha replied as she looked at the disheveled face of her daughter-in-law." How's Arsha doing?" He asked as he walked in Rezki's footsteps.
"He is still being dealt with intensively in the ER. Papah asked me to accompany Mamah, Arshi and Wava." Honestly explained.
Khardha nodded her head and said.
"Arshi's in Wava and Arsha's room." Said telling.
"Whataa!" Rezki was very surprised to hear that." He should have stayed Mah's bed rest." He said by speeding up his steps towards his room-in-law.
Tok.dok... Rezki knocked on the door even though it was open.
"Assalamualaik." He said as he walked over to Wava and his wife who were sitting on the edge of the bed.
"Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh." Arshi replied representing Wava which is still as much as it is.
"Where is Arsha Yank? He's okay, isn't he?" Cecar Arshi while looking at her husband.
"He's still in the ER. Papah told me to accompany you all." Answer in a soft tone." You shouldn't be getting out of bed, honey, I don't want you to be the same baby twins for nothing." He said while looking at the beautiful face of his wife who still looked pale.
"I'm okay Yank, I want to nemenin Wava first yes." His request with a pleading tone.
"You gotta bed rest, honey." Rezki tried to remind me.
Wava immediately stopped crying he stared at Rezki and Arshi alternately arguing in front of him because his best friend and brother-in-law wanted to accompany him. He only realized that from earlier Arshi seemed to hold back his pain by continuing to hold his stomach.
"Go to your room Shi, I'll take a break." His ink with a soft tone." Carry Arshi Ki, don't let the content why." His orders were to emphasize his words.
Rezki immediately carried his wife bridal style to their private room. In front of the door the couple met his mother who was about to meet them.

"Honey we have to go to the ER now!" He looked at his wife who was in his car.

He rushed his wife out of there to the emergency unit at the end of the hospital corridor on the first floor.
