The clear afternoon changed with the beautiful twilight shade in the eye, a swarm of birds flying above the clouds began to return to their nests. Similarly, the six human children who work as Specialists in the Setiawan family hospital, they have just arrived at the parking area. Arsha and Wava immediately got out of Rasya's car after thanking and saying goodbye to his friends, then went into the elevator to go to the top floor to meet his papah and mama. Arriving at the door Arsha immediately opened his own key, because he was always holding the spare key. After the door opened the newlywed couple three months married, it went straight into the room of his parents when he saw the door was wide open.
"Assalamualaikum Pah, Mah." Speak to the two of them while walking closer towards the bed where his mother lay weakly.
"Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh." Doctor Hasan answered representing his wife who was still lying weakly beside him." Thank goodness you two have come home. Where's Arshi and sustenance?" He asked as he moved from his fall.
"We went home first with Rasya, Wavi, Lida and Tasya. Arshi, Rezki, Radi and Dira followed Pah. Especially on the road there was a consecutive accident to make the streets completely jammed, the trip that should be only 3 hours and a half to seven hours old we can get here Pah." Arsha answered explaining to his papa.
"Yes, then take Wava rest to your own room Sha, papah want to take a bath first. It's time for Maghrib prayers soon." Doctor Hasan said as he moved out of his bed.
"Good Pah." Arsha nodded her head and took his wife's hand out of her parents' room.

Meanwhile, on the way home to the city of Banjarmasin Radi, Dira, Rezki and Arshi are still stuck in traffic to make the four of them really feel tired and bored in the car.
"Yank we buy dodol, card and pot for souvenirs." Pinta Arshi when their car is next to the people who sell souvenirs typical of Hulu Sungai Selatan Kandangan along the road.
"Ok dear." Rezki nodded his head and took his wife out of the car with his hand.
Radi and Dira followed the couple after parking the car. The four of them were engrossed in choosing the typical souvenirs of the Kandangan with enthusiasm.
After paying for all the groceries they decided to eat Kandangan typical food that is Karau ketupat.
Very typical food with thick coconut milk sauce seasoning that is always present on the day of Lebaran is different from most ketupat, because ketupat here is famous for its rougher texture, more diluted food, and, but it is very delicious when eaten with a side dish of cork fish that is burned, coupled with sambel mixed with Binjai fruit.

The four of them ate so greedily that the toilet was not left. After eating they decided to pray Maghrib congregated in the nearest mosque across the street, but suddenly from the back there was a woman who deliberately hit Arshi to make him lose his balance.

"God, dear!" Shocked Rezki when he saw his wife's nose that was spitting fresh blood." Let's get back in the car!." Take him while helping his wife get up from there.
"I don't papa Yank, you pray first." Reject Arshi while holding his nose with the handkerchief Rezki gave him.
"Yes, you've been waiting here for the same Dira." Rezki said when he saw Dira just came out of the ladies' room.
I'm really worried about you, honey, but I also have to fulfill my duty as a Muslim." Inner Rezki for not having the heart to leave his wife.
Arshi nodded her head and leaned against the wall of the mosque courtyard.
"Please keep my wife for a minute." Pinta Rezki while giving a code with his eyes to his subordinate to sit next to his wife.
"Good Sir." Sahut Dira directly obey the request of his superior." Ms. Arshi why is her nose covered like that?" He looked at Arshi.
"I told you not to be so formal with me, call my name!" Said Arshi by emphasizing his words." My nose is bleeding." Arshi showed his nose to Dira.
"Couldn't you? Wasn't papa?" Dira frowned.
"So someone hit me from behind, and I fell to the floor." Honestly Arshi while reviewing her smile to cover her pain.
"But if it bleeds so surely it hurts?" Dira grimaces Arshi imagining his pain.
"I don't know Ra." Arshi's trying to make sure he's okay." If you want to pray Maghrib please go ahead, I'll take a short break." He said while smiling.
"I'm getting a monthly guest again." Sahut Dira while returning Arshi's smile.
"Oh." Arshi rounded his mouth to form the letter O.
He began to feel his head throbbing in pain, his gaze began to blur. Arshi tried to blink her eyes several times to clarify her sense of sight, but her head was increasingly swirling until she finally became unconscious with a sitting position curled up against Dira. While Dira was busy watching the surrounding environment seeing the people passing in front of him, he did not realize Arshi had fainted beside him.
Rezki and Radi had just finished their Maghrib prayer, both of whom approached the women waiting outside.
"Astaghfirullah Al azdim!" Shocked Rezki and Radi together when looking at Arshi's condition.
Dira turned his head to the side, he closed his mouth so as not to be hysterical to see Arshi's state of great concern.
"Dear wake up, darling." Rezki patted his wife's cheek gently to resuscitate her.
Please don't make me afraid of losing you again, honey, because you're the reason for my happiness." His heart while holding his wife's body into his arms.
There was no reaction and response from Arshi, whose nose was still spitting out fresh blood nonstop.
"We need to get her to the nearest clinic or hospital immediately!" Resolute Radi when watching Rezki not move in his place.
Rezki nodded his head and rushed his wife to the car parked across the street.
May she not be saved, may mam! Why does Sich Rezki love him so much than me? What's the advantage really?" The woman's inner self that hit Arshi.
He prepares to follow Rezki's car from behind, disguised as a man wearing a mustache, a sunglasses mask and a black leather jacket.

The four of them got into the car immediately. Radi drove his car at a moderate speed to find the nearest clinic or hospital, but for almost half an hour they looked left and right and had not found it.
"I think you've searched the internet for the nearest hospital address!" Rezki orders while holding his wife like a baby.
Hold on, dear." Rezki continued to kiss the top of his wife's head while cleaning the bleeding in her nose with the tissue in her car, because her handkerchief could no longer be used.

Dira showed GPS to the address of the nearest hospital in the town of Rantau Tapin district to Radi. At high speed Radi turned his steering wheel towards the address and stopped right in front of the ER entrance.
"Please take care of my wife!" Pinta Rezki while lying his wife's body on a gurney right in front of the ER room.
"Well Sir!" The female doctor who just happened to come straight to him." Please wait outside." He said with friendly.
Rezki nodded his head and sat down in the waiting chair in front of the ER room with Radi and Dira.
Only a few minutes doctors and medical team handle Arshi but Rezki is impatient waiting for news about the woman he loves so much. He walked back and forth like a broken iron in front of Radi and Dira so that made both of them feel dizzy looking at him.
"It's better that you sit quietly, doain Arshi let's not do anything." Radi's advice while patting Rezki's shoulder." From Lo pacing back and forth in front of me like an iron that never runs around." His grunts with his annoyance.
Doctors and medical teams in the emergency room have taken action to stop bleeding in Arshi's nose. The doctor, tagged as Wartie Sp.ENT, immediately came out to inform Arshi of her condition to Rezki as her husband.
Rezki immediately got out of his seat when he saw the Doctor coming out of the ER room.
"Where is my wife Doctor?" Rezki asked impatiently.
"Pray hopefully there are no complications in the cartilage of his nose that suffered the injury. We will immediately transfer him to the inpatient room to monitor his progress, whether further action is needed or not." Dr. Wartie replied by putting both of his hands in the pocket of his Doctor's signature suit.
"Please move my wife to the VVIP room, do whatever is best for her recovery." He stared at the nurse who took his wife out of the ER room.
"Alright, please take care of the administration." Doctor Wartie nodded his head and signaled to the nurses to do what Rezki wanted.

Meanwhile, in the room of Doctor Hasan and Khardha, they both just finished praying the congregational prayer and shook hands.
"Dear." Call Khardha after kissing the back of her husband's hand.
Do not forget Doctor Hasan kissed his wife's forehead because it had become his habit from the beginning of his marriage.
"Dear what's wrong?" Doctor Hasan cupped his wife's face.
"From that moment I thought Arshi was still sweet, I don't feel good." Honestly Khardha conveyed his heart.
"I called him first." Doctor Hasan moved from his alphabet and took his cellphone which was placed on the nightstand next to the bed.
"I've tried to call Arshi's contact number dozens of times, honey, but not appointed." Khardha stood next to her husband who made a voice call to her daughter's contact number.
"It's me not being lifted up, too, dear." Doctor Hasan looked at his wife and clasped her hands to calm her down.
What happened to you, son? Don't make Papah the same Mama worry." His mind while kneading his temple.
Doctor Hasan diverted his video call to the contact number of his son-in-law, Rezki who just finished performing his prayer immediately received it.
📲"Assalamualaikum Pah." Sapa Rezki from behind the scenes of her smartphone.
📱"Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Rezki, where's Arshi?"
"He's resting Pah." Rezki replied because his wife was unconscious.
"Where is Papah just as Mama wants to see the situation." Strictly Doctor Hasan emphasized his words.
Rezki was forced to point his camera at his wife.
"Why Arshi Ki's nose? What the hell happened to him? Which hospital are you in?" Cecar Khardha while staring at the screen of her husband's mobile phone because the room she saw was completely different from the hospital owned by her family.
"Hidung Arshi injured Mah, Pah. Earlier when we stopped at the mosque there were people who hit him to fall to the floor, we are now in the hospital of Rantau district of Tapin." Rezki explained.
"Then Papah and Mamah will go there now, all to Grandma's house in the village near there." Doctor Hasan said.
"Well, Mah. I'll chat the name of the room and the number of the room." Sahut Rezki while looking at the face of his wife who is still faithful closed his eyes.
"Yes already Papah same Mamah want to get ready first huh. Assalamualaikum." Doctor Hasan then decided on his video call.
"Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh." Rezki answered and placed his phone on the nightstand next to his wife's bed.
Radi and Dira who sat together on a long sofa looked awkward to talk until finally both chose to busy themselves with a mind at their respective phones. Unknowingly the two of them fell asleep while sitting leaning on the sofa with their heads touching each other. While Rezki, of course, he climbed on the bed of his wife's patient and lay beside him while tightly clutching the body of his eternal lover.
