"OK." Putra Pratama nodded his head and then stepped his feet down the corridor of the Setiawan family hospital towards the parking lot of his car.

"What do you want to talk about?" Rezki frowned looking at his parents' faces.
"Father just wanted to say, whatever happens in your home life because of your mama, please never hate her. That will not change the fact that she is the woman who conceived you and brought you into this world. Opa and Papa will give the punishment that is in accordance with his actions so that he truly regrets what he has done so far." Riki Pratama replied while looking fixed on the handsome face of the child just his puppet which was very similar to him when he was young.
"What punishment will Opa give Papa to Mama?" Rezki asked again out of curiosity for what his father said.

The handsome CEO paused his intention and turned his head back.
"What's wrong?" He asked with one eyebrow raised, staring at the person.
"Are you Rezki Aditya Pratama?" Instead of answering Rezki's question, the man asked back.
"Yes." Yeah." Short Rezki while nodding his head.
"There's a package for you. Please sign here as a receipt." Said the person who turned out to be Rezki's delivery courier through online.
Rezki immediately received it and gave the signature and tip money for the courier as a sign of gratitude. After that he again stepped his feet into the VVIP room and then approached the bed of his wife's patient.
"Where are you from Yank? How long? Are you ashamed to not wear that shirt? Who was the guy who called you? I guess his voice is no stranger to my dech?" Cecar Arshi without pause while looking at the handsome face of her husband.
"I was just talking outside with Papa and Opa, they were both saying goodbye to going somewhere. After their departure there was a courier delivering my dress order, so your husband is a little long outside." Rezki answered, saying his wife's nose, and then wearing her clothes one by one.
"Oh." Arshi rounded her mouth to form the letter O, nodding her head.
After finishing dressing Rezki went straight up to his wife's patient bed and grabbed her into his arms.
"It's a shame that if our prayers and hopes don't match reality, can you accept everything?" He asked while kissing the top of his wife's head.
"Of course we have to accept all of that." Arshi replied as she looked up at the handsome face of her husband who was only a few cent away from her.
"Although it concerns our baby twins?" Rezki raised one eyebrow looking at the beautiful face of his wife who still looked pale.

Because the phone he put on the table suddenly rang constantly.

Arshi nodded her head unwillingly to move from her most comfortable position, because she was busy playing her finger on the chest of her inner lover by forming a pattern as she pleased.

"Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh." Answer the person who contacted him from behind his phone." I'm the courier assigned to deliver your food orders." He said while parking his second wheeled vehicle.
"Wait a minute I'll be right out to pick it up." Sahut Rezki then released his embrace on the woman he loved so much.
The handsome CEO immediately moved from his wife's patient bed and then stepped foot to the door.
"Yank, don't be long, I've been a laper." Pinta Arshi looks at her husband's back.
"Yes dear." Rezki nodded his head and opened the door.
He spread his gaze around looking for the whereabouts of the courier who brought his order while walking down the hospital corridor.
"Okay sir I'll be there soon." The courier walked straight to the entrance of the hospital lobby.
After receiving his food order, Rezki again stepped foot into the VVIP room by using the elevator. Arriving in front of the entrance to the nursery of his wife he met with doctor Bayu and doctor Adli who had just come out of the room VVIP, VVIP, he stared intently at the two for entering without his permission when he was not beside his wife.
"Pardon us both for being so lazy to go see your wife, we just want to find out about Arshi's current condition after losing her baby twins." Said doctor Bayu representing doctor Adli who was cold towards Rezki because he had beaten him.
Rezki just nodded his head without saying anything, he resumed his steps to enter the VVIP room and locked the door.
"Dear this is the food." He said after preparing the plate and spoon.
He immediately sat down on the chair beside his wife's patient bed and then pointed a spoon filled with food into the mouth of his lover, Halal, but Arshi instead came up with a question that made her come back to remember how heartbreaking she is right now.
"Yank are our baby twins gone? Why aren't you being straight with me?" Arshi asked with a trembling voice holding back her cries.
Rezki immediately put the plate filled with food on the table and grabbed his wife's body into his arms.
