Chapters. 29 Waiting for Meera

It did not feel like two weeks Evi was at Meera's house, even though she was annoyed by Alex's arbitrary attitude, but she tried to hold him back. Evi was reluctant to reprimand the man in order to be polite to him. Yes, the woman remembered the kindness that Meera had done for her. Currently Evi was in the room, more precisely standing on the balcony. He stared towards the sky, the weather looked bright unlike his mood.

I don't know why he misses the past so much, but he doesn't remember that at all. For a moment his eyes closed, he inhaled a deep breath of air and exhaled slowly. Then, Evi glanced at the wall clock. It turned out to be ten but Meera had not yet returned from the hospital.

"Oh my God, I want my memory to recover quickly" he murmured before leaving the balcony.

Finished saying her wish, Evi walked out of the room. He intends to wait for Meera in the living room. He was so lonely because he had no friends. Arriving in the living room, the woman immediately sat on the sofa. Don't forget he turned on the television so it wouldn't be too quiet.

As time went on, Evi's eyes felt heavy. He yawned and rested his head on the sofa while closing his eyes. Shortly thereafter, he fell asleep.

At exactly half-twelve in the evening, Alex had just returned home to pick up Meera. The two went inside and were surprised to see Evi who was asleep on the sofa.

"Gosh, why is he sleeping here?" pekik Meera while walking towards Evi. He patted the two cheeks of the woman while calling her name.

"Ayesha, wake. Why are you here? Hey, let's go to the room."

Nihil, Evi kept her eyes closed with regular breathing. He did not hear Meera's call at all.

"Hows it? Doesn't he want to wake up? Just drag it, Ma." said Alex origin.

Meera patted her son's shoulder quite tight, she glanced sharply at Alex. "So talk! Quickly carry her, maybe Ayesha's exhausted."

"When why? From earlier he was just sitting at home, lying in the room." argued Alex.

"God! Never mind, no need to talk at length. You better follow Mama's words, pick her up and take her to the room. Let's just say he's your brother,"

Alex sniffed, inevitably, he held Evi and stepped into the woman's room.

Evi woke up from her sleep, she felt the sunlight shining in from the gap of the window curtain. He was shocked to find his body in the room. For a moment the woman rubbed her eyes, she looked all over the blue room.

Evi immediately rushed down from the bed, she flicked the window curtain and immediately passed to the bathroom. After a few minutes, he came out to change his clothes.

After getting dressed and getting her hair done, Evi is now at the dinner table with Meera and Alex. He was so scared of waking up like this.

"Ma, sorry if I woke up bad luck."

"Not pa-pa, son. Mama knows that you must be sleepy, don't think too much."

Evi smiled and then glanced at Alex who had eaten breakfast without guilt. Evi feels tired because Alex pranks her, the man tells her to clean the shed, the pool, and sweep the backyard. Meera said that once every two days someone would come to the house to help with homework.

"Why did you sleep outside last night?"

Evi smiled shyly. "I was going to wait for Mama to come home, but somehow my eyes were difficult to make friends with and I ended up falling asleep."

"Just bother." sidelines Alex as fast as lightning.

Meera cleared her throat reprimanding Alex's words just now. "Last night Mama had a sudden patient, thankfully Mama hasn't come home yet."

"I just don't know why I'm in the room."

"Alex is the one who carries and carries you to the room."

"Uhuk." Evi immediately coughed, the bread that was about to enter his throat like it was stuck in the street.

He glanced at Alex who looked relaxed.
