IN THE BEGINNING

"How's your investigation going, Detective Haezel? Already found out who's backing up Zack?" Asked a police official to Haezel who was still silent.

Occasionally, Haezel's tail of eyes would glance towards the middle-aged man standing in the corner of the room, whose facial expression looked flat. A man who is certainly no stranger to Haezel, because in recent months Haezel often visited his house to just talk or play chess together. The man who is so respected by Haezel because he is the real father of the girl who is now Haezel's lover, Cheryl Anstasya!

"Gaz!" Haezel's superior urged an answer, making Haezel have to take a heavy breath.

"I'm not accusing. I have all the evidence," Haezel put one map of evidence on the table.

Two police officers entered the room and immediately arrested Mr. Wardhana who is now in revolt.

"Gaz!"

"I'm your future father-in-law! You fucking detective!" Maki Mr. Wardhana on Haezel who just flinch. Everyone also knows that Haezel is the golden child for Mr. Wardhana because the young detective is the lover of Mr. Wardhana's only daughter, Cheryl.

But now, it was Haezel who exposed all the decay of Mr. Wardhana and put the middle-aged man into iron bars.

"Does this have anything to do with Cheryl's papa case?" Asked Aileen again who was already sitting next to Haezel. It just so happened that Latisha's baby was sleeping, so Aileen had time to chat with her younger brother.

"What decision did Ezel take this wrong, brother?" Haezel asked softly at Aileen who was still sitting next to him earlier.

"Which decision do you mean? About you bravely uncovering Mr Wardhana's case?" Aileen asked Haezel, who nodded.

"You did the right thing, Ezel! Don't be afraid of this just because Cheryl left you, "sage Aileen advised while patting her on the back.

"Pak Wardhana has Ezel as Ezel's father, sister!"

"At least until Ezel knew all the crimes he had committed." Ezel smiled wryly.

"Yes! His parents died in an accident a few months ago. Then Mbok Sum asked permission for Mayra to stay here and help Mbok Sum also in the kitchen. Sometimes help sister babysit Latisha too. His son is diligent and obedient," said Aileen praising Mayra.
