Saif and Ali continue to provide treatment to treat Ruhi whose condition is getting weaker. The two doctors continued to chant prayers while trying to treat Ruhi. The operation went on for quite a while.

Some organs in Ruhi have been damaged because Ruhi cancer cells are increasingly malignant. Saif and Ali's cries continued to accompany the operation.

Ali bursts to the floor and tries to prevent the sisters from taking Ruhi to the mortuary. He holds one of the legs of the cage that carries Ruhi. Saif continues to convince his best friend to remain steadfast.

Tone hugged Ruhi's corpse with a heart-wrenching cry. Not long after, Caca came after escaping from his ward. He ran over to Ruhi's body and did the same thing Nada did.

"You promised to heal Ru! Why are you lying?"

"You must keep your promise to become a teacher at our Ruhi High School!"

"We love you Ruhi. We promise, if you come back, we'll take care of you. I swear."

Riko calms Caca while Rendi calms Tone. The two girls sobbed and still did not accept the fact that Ruhi was gone.

Tito stood up stiffly. Her legs were too heavy to approach Ruhi. But with encouragement from the heart, Tito steadied his heart to approach Ruhi.

Tito flicked the cloth that covered Ruhi's face and then kissed Ruhi's old forehead.

"Go Ru. I'll still love you."

Tito covered Ruhi's face which looked pale. Tito can't stand all this. He went somewhere. Bagas chased Tito fearing he would be reckless.

Now lives Indra.

This young man slowly approached Ruhi. Hugged Ruhi.
