Dark Souls
Towards the Middle Continent

Aafreda and Alex returned safely, Alex looking at Aafreda with a puzzled look on his face. For some reason since Aafreda was agitated, Alex touched Aafreda's shoulder gently it made the owner surprised.

"A..Alex! You still here?"

"You okay? It looks like you're thinking something"

Aafreda clasped her hands together tensely, she wanted to head towards the central continent to find something that would set herself free from this fear. Aafreda clasped Alex's hand and spoke to him.

"Alexes...Do you think there will be someone who survives if it enters the central continent?"

"Of course not, the continent is very dangerous even for a Hero"

"It's very dangerous, I understand"

"Don't tell me you're going to Aafreda"

"No.no I just asked, I was just curious there was a merchant who told me about it in the market earlier"

"Never think for an impression, the point is never to think about the continent"

Aafreda nodded her head, Alex let out a sigh of relief and stroked Aafreda's head gently. After Alex's departure, Aafreda dropped herself on the bed, almost telling Alex that she was going there. Aafreda looked towards the door, she did not want to put Alex in danger so she decided to go alone towards the central continent.

Aafreda prepared all her needs in a backpack she had made herself. Fortunately in this hut had some unused cloth, Aafreda hid her backpack under the bed. He's leaving at midnight, he knows that it's a big risk but he can't linger in the Ghoul race, if the council knows he's from here, the Ghoul Race will be in danger because of him.

As the day began to enter midnight, Aafreda walked quietly behind the hut. He saw that the surroundings were as quiet as there was no life, and Aafreda touched the ground. He felt his vines giving direction towards the exit of the Ghoul race, Aafreda stared longer at his hut and then quickly left.

Quite a lot of time-consuming to get out of the Ghoul race, it could be said that this race was the second largest territory in the Dunkelheit faction. Aafreda walked into the dark forest with her scrub protecting her in the ground.

Middle continent....A continent that was very rarely talked about by any creature in any faction. As if the continent was considered a great threat, Aafreda once read a legend about the central continent. It is said that there used to be a Hero from the Dunkelheit faction who headed there, but miraculously the Hero returned alive despite being full of wounds all over his body. Not only did he get there, the Hero always said the same thing continuously as if he saw something that should not be seen, and the next few days death was what welcomed him. But the Hero left an important message that no descendant of the Dunkelheit faction should be allowed to head to the central continent or they will die.

Aafreda also did not remember very clearly about the central continent in the novel he read, now his memory has begun to be mixed by the memory of the original Aafreda. I don't know if he's not sure that he's Aafreda from the modern age or Aafreda from the present. As her memory begins to change continuously, Aafreda barely remembers much about her life in the world she once was. Most of the memories of this world he had.

Aafreda continued walking towards the end of the portal of the Dunkelheit faction, she saw from a distance that the blue portal was not guarded by anyone. Aafreda already knew this, the Dunkelheit faction had never been guarding against its portal inversely proportional to the Alliance's extremely strict faction.

Aafreda felt like her body was being whipped, the influence of the portal in her still weak state was incredible. Aafreda was thrown from inside the portal and dragged on the ground, Aafreda could feel her whole body in great pain. He opened his eyes and sat down, Aafreda seeing clearly now where he was.

Aafreda stared at the red mist in front of her, she could feel a pressing and familiar vibration in the fog. Aafreda tried to stand up and healed herself with the twists of her scrub.

Aafreda walked closer to the red mist, she did not know where she was now. But he hoped that he was already in the central continent, let alone with this strange red mist in front of him. No one in the three factions had a protector like this.

Alright let's start Aafreda, I'm sure that I won't die because I have this strange power. Thought Aafreda was nervous

Aafreda also directed her hand to touch the red mist, her hand felt very cold in contrast to her fiery red color. Aafreda took a breath and entered into a circle of red mist.

The Ghouls

Alex opened the door where Aafreda was staying, he had already cooked some food for the young girl's breakfast.

"Aafreda I brought your favorite food? Aafreda?.... Aafreda!" Shouts Alex

Where's dia? It's still very early in the morning if he walks out

Alex thought of something he did not want to think about at all, there was no way Aafreda would go to that place. Alex also looked around to the hut where Aafreda lived, he found a cloth that was quite shabby but visible some random writing on the surface.

To Alex

From your best friend Aafreda

Forgive me for saying goodbye like this, but I must leave as soon as possible from the Ghoul race. The protection you're giving may be putting your race in greater danger, I don't want it to happen Alex. I'm really grateful for your help Alex, if it wasn't for you I would have died eaten by a beast out there. One day I will repay your kindness.

Hail Aafreda.

"This stupid girl, is she really going to go to that place? After all, the faction portal will not be able to take you to the forbidden place Aafreda. I'm afraid you're in a dangerous place" Alex said sadly
