This world, called Naturra, has two great continents divided into two camps. The first was the Alliance stronghold consisting of the Human, Dwarf, Night Elf and Gnome races, and the second was the Dunkelheit stronghold consisting of the Blood Elf, Troll, Undead, Titan and Ghoul races. Because both camps are many areas that are also neutral and do not participate in their battles.
In the novel, the reason the two camps fight in detail, Aafreda only finds out that the Dunkelheit camp first attacked the Alliance camp because of something that has not been explained. But in the end the goal of Dunkelheit's stronghold is to kill princess Cenora by giving her body to the Titans. However, Dark Soul did not do that and betrayed his own race because of that Dunkelheit camp experienced extinction.
Aafreda understands that Dark Soul does so out of love, but thinks that love will destroy her own family. Sacrificing your family for a girl you only knew in a few days, Aafreda thought it was a pain. He glanced at the Dark Soul that was Achiel beside him, now they were sitting in the tavern. They both decided to rest in the village they stopped for a while.
The village was named Da'i located near the border between the bloodElf race and the undead race, to get to the academy they had to pass through the undead race.
Aafreda heard the talk among the villagers that in the world of Naturra, martial arts were not just something called spirits. It was explained that everyone had their own spirit, and among them very few people could awaken his spirit through cultivation, if they managed to awaken the spirit within them then they could become a spirit master, and a spirit master was something most honorable in this world. It seems that according to the legends of Hundred years ago, this village once produced a great spirit user and famous for Myhtic Spirit was the title to rank above spirit masters.
Spirits are divided into two categories: one is the spirit of the tool and the other is the spirit of the animal or plant. The spirit tools had a wide range of power and most of the people in this world used spirit tools, and the ratio of tool spirit users was enormous compared to the spirit beasts or plants.
Therefore Aafreda concluded that Achiel used a spirit tool, the Dark Soul sword. Since he was 6 years old, Achiel has been able to use the spirit tool well, but unlike Aafreda who can not awaken the power of his spirit. Aafreda thought she was still so young to cultivate spirits.
With regards to becoming a spirit master, Aafreda was not interested in it, she only wanted to live a quiet and longer life in this world but she had to have the strength to protect herself.
"Aafreda are you listening to me?" Achiel asked confused
"Well?"
"I've called you several times, what are you thinking?"
"Nothing, I'm just curious about the academy"
Achiel smiled warmly and stroked Aafreda's head gently.
"We'll know if it's there later, let's continue the journey"
Three days later, the two of them arrived at the spirit academy. Aafreda saw many children who had been in front of the academy gate, it felt very strange to stand in front of beings who were different from him.
"Don't be afraid I'm by your side"
Aafreda nodded her head slowly, suddenly someone opened the academy gates and announced to follow her towards the spirit hall.
everyone immediately went in and followed the person. Aafreda could not see it because she and Achiel were in the rear row, quite a number of children were present and in the spirit hall Aafreda saw the figure of the young man standing in the middle of the spirit hall. The person seemed to be 18 years old, his posture looked gallant and his facial features looked sharp. The man was dressed neatly in a red robe on his shoulder, and right on his chest was a spirit emblem that he had. It was clothes for the staff that would test the children's spirit awakening.
On the left side of her chest was a badge with three red roses in bloom. Everyone knew well of the badge, the three roses represented the level of spirit masters, and the young man was at the level of an Epic spirit master.
"Since everything is gathered, let's start" the man said in his barinton voice
"Surely they will do something to us, stay close to me"
"Okay everyone, I am the Epic Master who will guide you to open the spirit gate. You all have to work well together, all lined up into one line now"
Aafreda felt her hands being pulled by Achiel, and now all the children were lined up in a line. I don't know what's going to happen next.
"My name is Abdias, the Epic Spirit master of archery, and I will be the guide of all of you. Now, I will make you awaken spirits one after another. Remember not to be afraid of what happens next"
Aafreda swallowed her saliva, whether the event of awakening a spirit was very frightening. If it could endanger his life, he would not forgive Achiel to death.
If I die here, I'll curse Achiel to be unhappy in his life.
Abdias took the right hand of the girl in front of him, the girl looked frightened because she was suddenly treated like that. He wanted to run but the strength of Abdias was very strong, slowly from the palm of the girl's hand was seen a leaf symbol, Abdias frowned.
"This is a plant spirit, can a leaf be a weapon? Well you have to find your own year later" said Abdias
Slowly the symbol on the palm of the girl disappeared. He was very excited and tried to look back at his own palm but there was nothing there.
"The spirit of yours is the leaf, the spirit of the plant. I will also test whether you have spirit power. If you have spirit power, however, plant spirits usually have very high healing potential"
"That's great, so how is it?"
"You have to remember your spirit and think about when you've used it if you know when, you can call it"
The girl tried to remember when she had used her spirit but she could not remember it at all. Abdias gestured for the boy to get closer to himself and reexamined his palm slowly the light came out of the boy's hand.
"It's a pity that you don't have spirit power, you can't be a spirit master. You may have to cultivate in order for your spirit power to rise"
The little girl unhappily departed from before Abdias, one by one the children had already begun to be tested. Some of them were mostly spirit tool users, there were no spirit beast users at all, and for spirit power there were only a few children who escaped.
When it was Aafreda's turn she broke out in a cold sweat, if she didn't pass this test. Then he could not enter the academy.
Ohhh... Isn't this a good thing? After all I'm sure I don't have spirit and spirit power. Good Aafreda you don't need to enter the academy and Achiel can't avoid this either.
"Next"
Aafreda confidently stepped forward Abdias, seeing Abdias' confidence looking at Aafreda with a look of disdain.
