After the office, Yuna ran after Mario who immediately let go.
"Mario, wait!" hatch Yuna. "You misunderstood! I have to explain this misunderstanding to you!"
Mario stopped after he heard the sound of Yuna's breath being stupefied by exhaustion chasing after him. "What else? I guess there's nothing more you have to explain to me, Yuna! It's all clear! You still love her!"
"No! I swear I don't love him anymore!" reply Yuna fierce. "Trust me, Mario. The only man I love is you, not Shane, not anyone else!"
"Oh yeah? Then can you kiss me now?" ask Mario. The two neutrals locked onto Yuna's blue bead which was currently trying to be diverted.
A crystal-clear liquid, falling from the corner of Yuna's eyes. The girl quickly rubbed it.
"Can't, right? You may love me, Yuna. But not with your heart. You could've said a thousand times that you loved me, but, you can't prove that. Your heart's still on Shane!" sahut Mario fiery. His face was reddened from restraining emotions. He pulled his hair back while breathing out.
Yuna was still sobbing, her head was shaking continuously. "I don't love him, Mario.! You're the only one I love right now, and we've even planned to pursue this relationship further, right? Come, Mario! Ii'm sorry. I was angry with Shane!"
"Why should you give him chocolate?" ask Mario annoyed.
"You remember the day you visited me yesterday, I asked you what you would do if someone you hated appeared before you? That person is my mother. And, Shane is my mother's ex-lover. Yesterday, Shane helped me to meet my mother. Therefore, I gave her some chocolate as well," Yuna replied as she pleased.
At first, the girl did not want to tell Mario her personal problems. Because Mario already saw what Shane had done to him, inevitably, he was forced to tell the past he considered a disgrace to Mario.
Mario stunned. "Ka-, are you serious? I didn't know there was a problem? Why didn't you tell me this?"
Mario shook his head while playing the tongue inside his mouth. He ruffled his waist, again his face was disappointed. "You know? After I realized, everything that happened to you was always related to Shane. Why is it like that?"
"Gosh, Mario! At first I didn't know that she was my mother and I didn't know that she was Shane's ex-girlfriend either! Think big, Mario!" reply Yuna. Her tears had dried up and were replaced with uncontrollable emotions.
His body shook with anger. He's upset, why doesn't Mario want to hear his explanation? Why does the man always concern Shane in their relationship?
"Well, if you want to break up, come on, let's do it!" yuna was furious. "You're always dragging Shane into our relationship,! And it's not healthy, I think!"
Mario looked at him, after which, he closed his eyes for a moment. Then, he nodded. "okay! I'm tired of all the drama in our relationship, too,"
Yuna looked at Mario who passed by without looking back at her. His strength suddenly evaporated, he fell in a squatting position, and cried.
A car stopped in front of him. The car door opened and a woman offered Yuna to enter. "Hey, you're a grown woman! Come inside!"
Yuna raised her face and she saw Liana in the car. The woman poked her head, telling Yuna to come in.
Since Yuna has no destination and she doesn't want to go home, she gets into Liana's car. She rubbed her sticky cheeks from tears, she did not want to look weak in front of Liana.
"Don't wipe your eyes and just let your tears flow!" liana Sahut. The woman was really cold, she did not even offer Yuna a piece of tissue.
Liana smiled. "Yes, you're not crying. Then you got the flu? Because your voice is nasal and your eyes are only left in line because of puffy and swollen,"
Yuna cleared her throat to restore her voice. The girl also took a handkerchief and pressed her eyes with the handkerchief.
"Why do you refuse to cry? Do you know a theory that says tears are evidence of a woman's strength? Why are you ashamed?" ask Liana.
"I'm not ashamed. I just-I,"
"Don't want to look weak in my eyes. Right so?" liana guessed. She smiled as she saw Yuna's face turning red. "Anyway, you're my son, Yuna. Part of my nature is down to you,"
Yuna swallowed her saliva. "My blood did tell me I was your son. But you don't deserve to be my mother. Have you ever heard of a theory that says blood is no thicker than water?" reply Yuna.
"You know what that means, don't you? Blood cannot be family. There are people who have no blood ties at all, can get together and become a family. Right now, my family is just Aunt and Grandma. They are my home, where I come home," Yuna continued. His voice sounded resolute, there was no longer any linger in his voice.
Liana smiled back. "Believe it or not, that's what I said to my mother when she scolded me,"
Yuna's mother took her vehicle to a bar unbeknownst to Yuna. Before long, the four-wheeled vehicle was parked neatly in front of a brown and black building. "Come in,"
Yuna looked around. "You're crazy! Why did you take me to this place?"
"Just down. I won't harm you" said Liana casually.
"Who said? You even left me at Grandma's." Yuna opened the car door and got out of the car. However, he did not rush into the bar. He stepped out of the parking lot of the bar.
Liana immediately caught up with Yuna and continued to call out to her. "Yuna, hey, come back! Yuna!"
Yuna did not turn her head, even she accelerated her pace to get away from Liana. The girl kept walking until she found a supermarket not far away.
He went inside and paid for a bottle of cold drinking water. Yuna tried to calm herself down, until she knew what she had to do.
After he calmed down, he took his phone. He also sent a message to Leona.
("I'm with Bryan, not home yet. What's up, honey? Where are you?") reply Leona.
"I'm overtime. Okay, Bi. Have fun" Yuna wrote in her message. He wanted to ask Aunt Leona to come get him.
Yuna threw out her rough breath. Who else should he call? Think of the one person he'll call. So, he pressed the person's mobile number. "Hey, sorry to bother you. But can I ask you a favor?"
