"What do you mean come pick up my granddaughter, bring this and that? Looks like you're old enough. Do you have a wife or family? I don't want my Yuna to be in touch with a guy like you!"

"I think you know that I'm with Yuna still in the approach stage. Honestly, I've loved your granddaughter since we first met at the Mall. You need to note that I do not have a wife, let alone children. I'm not a widower either" Shane replied, revealing the ring-holder's finger.

Lauren's pointer finger wiggled to the right and left. "Stay away! You can plunge my grandson because you're too old for my grandson!"

With a lazy look, Shane glanced at Dave. "Should it?"

Their journey to a cafe did not need to take long. Upon their arrival there, several people they knew waved at them.
