Engagement

For an hour they discussed when the wedding between Glen and Leoni came to all the preparations needed for the event, finally, the talks between the two families reached an agreement that within two weeks they will hold the wedding of the two people without any engagement first.

After an agreement between them, Glen suddenly stood up and took out a jewelry box from his pants pocket, the box contained a pair of gold rings bearing the names of the two of them. Glen explained that the box contained an engagement ring that he had prepared three months ago which he should have pinned on Leoni's ring finger at the time.

“Consider today is our engagement event.” Glen said after explaining about the jewelry box he took out of his pants pocket. “Ny, I will put this ring on your ring finger, put on my ring that says my name so that the whole world knows that you are mine.” Glen said romantically, Leoni thrust her hand towards Glen and Glen put the ring on Leoni's ring finger. “Now wear this ring that says your name to my finger as a sign that I am yours!” Glen thrust another ring at Leoni and asked her to cook it to Glen's finger.

After the ring-mounting scene they both did, everyone in the ring clapped and congratulated them.

“Leoni, sorry mama did not prepare a fancy engagement event for you, but mama promised your wedding will be held in accordance with what you expect.” Said mama Glen who felt guilty about what they were witnessing at this moment, where the engagement was impromptu.

“Ma, this alone is enough for me.” Leoni smiled at her future father-in-law and pointed out the finger that had been wrapped around the ring worn by Glen earlier. “I think this has been very luxurious, I do not need more, the most important thing for me is Glen will always love me, love me and live with me until anytime.” Obviously Leoni.

Not felt, the night was getting late. A happy atmosphere led them to an uninterrupted conversation, almost forgetting to eat dinner prepared by Mama Leoni.

For several days Leoni and Glen were busy with marriage affairs, they both did not want the business to be taken care of by others or Glen's subordinates, either, they want to intervene directly even though there are things that are helped by some families.

“Where are the preparations? Is there anything else that's not right?” Ask Glen to Leoni who was sitting by the pool of Glen's house while looking at the list of preparations in his hand.

“I forgot, food for the reception has not been handled.” Leoni's reply showed a confused expression.

“Where do you want to order food? Or do you want to go directly with the hotel resto so as not to fuss?” Ask Glen again.

“Heemmmm...” Looks Leoni thinks. “Oh yes.” Suddenly Leoni seemed to remember something, Glen became confused by Leoni's sudden expression but he just kept quiet while frowning. “We try to Anita and Aryz how? Use their cafe only for food handel.” Leoni said with passion. “What do you think?” Leoni asked Glen.

Without lingering, Leoni immediately invited Glen to the cafe owned by his two friends to discuss the plan.

“There's in the room mba, sit down first! I call Miss Anitanya.” The waiter told Leoni.

“Where's the room? I went straight to see him.” Leoni said impatiently.

Leoni follows where the servant leads her to meet Anita.

“Nit...” Leoni suddenly opens the door of Anita's room.

Anita was shocked to see the pair of lovers who were in front of her at this time, never crossed her mind for now would get a special guest. As she recalled that Glen was looking for Leoni at this time because a few days ago Glen had contacted her, she did not expect that Leoni had returned and was currently in front of her.

“Leoni?” Anita stood up from her seat, she stepped over to Leoni and they embraced. “Glen, have you found it?” Anita glanced at Glen without taking off her embrace with Leoni and got a response from Glen by nodding her head. “Come sit down first!” Anita pulls Leoni's body and they sit on the guest sofa inside her room.

“You know that Glen's looking for me?” Ask Leoni curious.

“Iya I know.” Anita answered briefly. “Before we continue to chat, I make you food and drink, what do you want?” Ask Anita.

“Drink aja. What you can do, that's all. No need for complicated. We're here to talk to you and there's something we want to tell you not to come eat.” Said Leoni.

Although he was curious about the words of Leoni just now, but Anita still headed to the kitchen to make drinks and a little snack of drinking for his two friends. During her time in the kitchen, Anita wonders to herself what Leoni and Glen will tell her, in addition, he was curious to hear their story how so that Glen could find Leoni and how the story of the two of them continued.

A few minutes later, Anita returned from the kitchen with drinks and snacks for the guests.

“Now let's tell you what purpose you came here?” Anita placed the tray under her and sat down beside Leoni. Anita did not want to start the conversation with the questions that were lodged in her head, but she wanted to know in advance what their purpose was.

“Next week we will get married.” Glen didn't want to have too many pleasantries.

“Woowww..” Anita was shocked to hear Glen's words. “Congratulations well, this is what we have been waiting for from the two of you, hopefully the event will run smoothly and most importantly, congratulations on climbing the household. May your household be happy forever.” Anita said sincerely. “What can I help you with?” Ask Leoni.

Leoni conveyed what their intention and purpose was to come to meet Anita at that time, with great joy Anita responded to Leoni and Glen's request, she was willing to provide food for their wedding reception.
