The Glen family's private plane took him from Manado to Makassar for an hour and forty minutes and stopped for two hours to refuel, after that proceed to Maumere and finally land at Frans Seda Maumere Airport which is taken by one hour and thirty minutes. Then take a road trip up to Larantuka for approximately four hours.
“Uhhh finally, until also.” Paulo said Paula's sister, who accompanied Glen this time, was Glen's new assistant, in front of the inn that would be their home for the next few days while in Larantuka. “Come master!” Paulo said again when he did not get a response from Glen who was daydreaming either thinking about his wife or for what reason.
“Ah well.” Glen responded to Paulo, he immediately got down from the car that had been carrying them for hours, then went into the inn room they had booked first.
“Master. Why don't we stay at the villa?” Paul asked at the door of the room.
Glen took a deep breath, he reached into the key of his inn room from his pants pocket and looked at Paulo with an unreadable look. “Later think again. Right now let's just stay here dului.” Glen left Paulo who was still pensive in front of the door of his room which was next to Glen's room.
“Hufft is up to you!” Paulo said after Glen had entered his room, he followed into his room to rest himself who was quite tired because of a long journey.
Tomorrow Glen and Paulo head to the location where the company is located to meet with the branch manager there and his employees to investigate the problems that occur in the company.
***
Early in the morning, Glen and Paulo were ready to head to the company's location but had taken time to eat breakfast in the dining room of the hotel where they were staying.
“Mr Glen came.” The Manager shouted at his employees who were at the location with him to welcome the arrival of the president director. As soon as possible they gathered together and made two rows that opened the middle to become the entrance for Glen and his assistant. The employees immediately bowed in respect. “Please mr.” The Manager gave a hand gesture directing Glen and Paulo towards one of the rooms after he greeted them and shook hands with the two.
Glen and Paulo followed the manager from behind, and they headed to one of the rooms that Glen had set up there.
“Please sit!” Glen's orders to everyone who entered the room, they were the company officials where they were at the time.
“Thank you.” Everyone simultaneously responded to Glen's words while sitting in the prepared place.
Moments after they had all sat down before Glen, Paulo and the manager, Glen pulled Paulo by the hand and whispered something to the assistant.
“Good.” Paulo responded to Glen by giving a slight nod of his head, after which he stood up to open their meeting at that time without wasting any more time.
“Okay sir, I think the farmers mente in East Flores is actually threatened by foreigners who are also both mente processors, in my opinion, they are looking for as many mentes as they can to send to their country but they appreciate the harvest from the farmers at a very cheap price.” Obviously the manager opened their conversation after being given a chance by Paulo.
“They torture and even often punish farmers if found selling their produce to us.” Obviously another employee connected to the conversation that the previous speaker had said.
“They forced the farmers to sell the produce to them while the farmers did not want to sell the mente to the foreign party because they were paid a very small price and did not match the expected.” Connect with the next employee.
The employees who were more precisely the company's top officials were willing to give information frenziedly to Glen who calmly and carefully heard every story from his employees.
“What is done by a foreign company is paying a very big loss for us because for several weeks only a few mentes can be produced, it can be said this makes us unable to
sending mente to the central company so that our income here is very inadequate while we have to pay so many employees who depend on our company's life.” Added the manager.
“Farmers are also not prosperous because their income from selling mente cannot afford to finance the needs of their families, in addition, the torture they experienced caused so many injured farmers that they could no longer take care of their gardens.” Obviously an employee again.
“How is it sir?” Paulo asked who had been pensively listening to the expressions of the hearts of some people who expressed their opinions at that time. His ears were getting hot listening to their complaints at that time, impatient to want to teach a lesson to foreign companies that were their rivals at that time.
For a moment Glen thought, his face bowed with his eyes closed with the index finger of his right hand patting his eel like scientists who were thinking about what discoveries he would make, while he was thinking about the fate of the farmers and employees who depend on his company.
“Thank you for the information from all of you, I ask for the time being that you are calm and behave as usual, do not pay attention to them, keep up your duties well, keep doing your job, I will try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.” Clearly Glen after thinking for a moment. “Investigate those foreign companies!” Glen whispered to Paulo and gave the assistant an order.
“Siap mr.” Paulo said firmly.
Shortly after Glen gave the order to him, Paulo reached into his cell phone from his pants pocket and began to contact some of his confidants and some of his trusted friends who could help him through short messages. Several times Paulo was seen receiving calls on his smartphone, he listened to what was conveyed by the person opposite his phone.
“Halo.” Paulo stood up from his seat and stepped a little further away from the people so they wouldn't listen to him over the phone.
“Brothers, I invite you all to get out of this room and get back to work, me and Mr. Glen will try to solve this problem.” Paulo's orders without asking permission first to the superior.
Glen stared confusedly at Paulo who was driving everyone out of the room, he frowned at the sign asking for an explanation for the action.
