The rain fell very heavily accompanied by flashes of lightning and strong winds. Acasha and I were trapped in an empty room.
The late night accompanied by heavy rain made Acasha's body shiver.
I created a furnace inside here with a medium flame, enough to give Acasha a warm body.
"You feel better?" I asked when his body no longer shook.
"Yes. I'm much better, sir."
"Come on." I grabbed his hand and pointed in front of the fireplace.
"It feels warm here, especially when you hold me," he said, increasingly tightening my hands on his stomach. "May I open this cover, sir?" Acasha pointed at a white cloth.
"Yes, why not? Here, let me help."
I removed a piece of binder that covered the pair of Acasha's eyes.
"Sir, why is there a hearth? It seemed, just now when I entered, the room was empty," he said, sounding astonished.
"You forgot I'm a god?"
Acasha sounded a little laugh.
"I'm sorry, which I always remember, Master is my lover and, at all times, always my soul mate. Can I ask you something, sir?" acasha asked in such a soft tone.
"What's that?"
"Master should be with me forever. Maybe one day my face is not this pretty. It's possible, my face started to slacken and wrinkle. Can you promise?" Acasha held up her little finger and I hooked it. Acasha's current position was in front of me, so I could hug her tightly.
I didn't answer, just hugged and put my body on his back. I put my chin on Acasha's shoulder. Inhaling the fragrance of a delicate blend of floral and vanilla perfume. My hands brushed her long hair, so I could see her ears.
"Don't you ask, honey," I whispered so quietly, right in her ear.
Acasha clasped my wrist with her left hand. While his right hand rubbed my cheek gently.
"I'm happy. Truly, this is the greatest happiness in the history of my life," he said then leaned his head against me.
My eyes were fixed on Acasha's neckline which looked white and smelled fragrant. The gentle blend of flowers and vanilla made this self seem to forget my purpose. Moreover, my lips and neck were only a few cent.
Slowly I started to get closer to her white neck. Getting closer and almost docked. However, the flash of lightning managed to disperse my mind that was already further in action than this body move.
The thunderous lightning ended all the delusion that was within. My delusion when fondling Acasha's white neck and sipping a little coffee tub in a cup to make a little red mark on her white neck.
All ended. Be it a far-fetched delusion with the fact that nothing happened between me and Acasha.
Acasha looks shocked. His body trembled slightly as the sound of lightning striking and thundering deafened his ears.
"Sir, I'm afraid" he said again.
Immediately I held Acasha's body tight. Until there will be nothing to scare him when he is in my arms. Close each other's arms, until you dissolve in front of a warm fireplace.
The rain is gradually easing. Lightning and thunder gradually disappeared then changed with thousands of glowing stars. The black clouds disappeared, though still leaving a cold dew tonight.
"We're home?" I asked Acasha.
Acasha.
"Why?" my question is in wonder.
"I want to be here with you, sir."
"Can't, honey."
"Why?"
"In the kingdom will be stirred when morning comes. When the waiter who used to deliver breakfast saw you weren't in the room. Your father would know and your mother would be sad."
I held both of her cheeks and looked at Acasha's face whose eyes were covered in cloth.
"But why? Tomorrow we'll be like this again. In fact, it could have been more," I said trying to convince.
Acasha threw away a glance.
"Not that I don't trust you, sir. But somehow this heart hesitated. As if, you're going to go far away from me" he said softly.
God, why did he know that I was going so far. I'll stay away from her, but I don't mean to leave her.
"Why are you talking like that?"
"If the heart could speak, perhaps it would express my feelings today, sir. I don't know, but my heart feels that you're leaving me. Far and away from me" he said with a face that looked bright.
"That's just your mind, honey. The proof, I'm still around you today," I said trying to calm him down.
"Now. Tomorrow? I don't know," he said as if expressing unease in his heart.
I don't know where the firsat came to Acasha. In fact, I never told her about my departure to look for a golden apple. Could it be that Hazzel told me?
Silent.
"Sir, you're not going away from me, are you?" Acasha asked again.
"Why are you talking like that? Has anyone told you anything?"
Acasha.
Where did he find out about my departure? Is this what is called the bond of the lover? Is he really my ribs?
The rain has really stopped. Throughout the night, Acasha and I were arguing about me who was believed to be distant from her. I admit, he felt too strong for me. So, without me mentioning, his heart was guessing even guessing everything that would really happen later.
"Related, home. It's almost morning" asked me again, who was still with a rebuttal from Acasha. He was still standing by when I invited him home.
"I beg you, Sir. Tell me what's going to happen out there? You're gods. How is it possible that if you don't know what's going to happen up ahead? Moreover, it concerns you, sir. Not another god."
Actually, I want to keep it a secret from him. But, his insistence which I cannot afford to refute.
"okay! I'll tell you everything. But--"
"But what?"
"I don't want you to stay away or worry."
"I mean, Mister?"
I started telling you about the golden apples in the ocean. Perhaps, for some people will not believe that the tree is on the bottom of the sea. But this is real, down there is another life, even with a golden apple fruit tree which is said to be only a legend.
"I won't let you go there!" refute Acasha.
"Why?"
"Better, you undo your intentions and please always stay with me. Even with eyes closed like this. I'm willing to."
I'm speechless. Quite confused to refute Acasha's remarks.
"Darling, can we live a life like this? We can't live together like this."
"meaning?"
"You're normal, not blind. Don't you want to look at your husband's face when you open your eyes when you wake up? Don't you want to see me holding a baby when we have a child? And to be sure, we live together but as if each of us were strangers. Do you want to, honey?"
"I'd rather be in a phase like this than lose you forever" Acasha said. The most stubborn woman.
